Very gorgeous and spacious hotel room located just a short walk from Brussels Noord. Staff were generally very pleasant and friendly but I had to call twice to request for a dental kit. I also found a used water bottle in my minibar when I checked in.

The hotel was amazing and good location. However, complementary wasn’t given such as water or anything small, it was charged as mini bar. Even the fine prints wasn’t told like deposit when checking in and city fee when checking out.

Located close to Gard du Nord station. Front desk is responsive but the housekeeping unit is poor. We needed to request multiple times for replacements of toiletries (eg emptied hair conditioner, body lotion, toothbrus) and coffee and tea packs. After repeated requests and no delivery of coffee packs by the housekeeping unit, a lady at the Front Desk had to personally pick up and deliver to us instead. Housekeeper stole my *** Membership card from the power key holder after the first night. Reported my loss of card to both Housekeeping and Front Desk but end up they said they couldn't find out who was the Housekeeper who cleaned my room. Luckily, that card was not essential. Wasn't expecting stolen item from a high end hotel.
