Location was good very close to central either take bus or by 15 minutes walk to grand place . Local shops Nearly 5 minutes by walk

We checked and found there was issue with hot water . No double bed in room. Two single beds were joined to make double . Every time we move bed will become apart . No kettle to make hot drink .

Terrible neighborhood. No nearby parking spots. Shower takes a while to heat up. Couch bed full of stains. Avoid at all cost.

The rooms are designed by an architect and you feel that, evrrything is on the right spot

The management does not do maintenance and therefore doors dont lock properly, bath has no plug, water sometimes not warm

The location was only a 10 minute walk from the sights. The room was comfortable and quiet. We liked the social and environmental mission statement of the hotel.

The upper floor with the terrace was not very clean. The staff were a bit indifferent.

it’s a modern design hotel along the river. Close to tram links,supermarkets,food places and the city centres a 15-20 min walk.

The fridge didn’t work. The area is not the quietest. A lot of kids live in the street. The hotels daycare centre was right below me. The first night it woke me up early so didn’t get a great sleep. It’s a decent hotel for a short stay but for longer I wouldn’t recommend.

Perfect budget hotel in brussel.

The property was situated in a very convenient location. Its not in the old town so not expensive and not completely on the other side either. There is a bus which goes straight to the old town. You can also walk which was approx 20 mins. The staff were friendly. Unlimited supply of coffee in the reception area.

Robbery in the hotel

Someone enter to my room, open the bags and stole one tablet and a perfume while we were out, I had to go to the police station to report the robbery and then the hotel search the cameras and just limit to say: sorry we will check the issue. I had to leave because my itinerary, and the “investigation” still inconclusive and I’m still waiting for any response from the hotel.

Rude Manager! No hot water for shower.

Comfy bed, majority of the staff lovely

No hot water for the duration, the manager lied and said it was only off an hour then wouldn't speak to us. We paid quite a lot of money for basically just a bed. The manager was so rude, she never helped us or tried to make the situation better. There is a weird smell lingering in the bathroom. Not cleaned the best as there was a dirty earbud in when we got there which stayed there the whole time

Basic, affordable, would stay again

The location is good, just a few minutes to walk to the city center. (Central Brussels is so small and walkable. There is no reason to pay a fortune to stay there.) Staff are very friendly. Rooms are on the basic side but perfectly functional. Gare Midi (train station) is close and you can take the tram there at a stop less than a minute away.

It is beyond the building's control, but as of my stay (May 2023) there is construction right next door. It was loud enough to wake me up. You might ask for a room on the other side of the building.

The room is really comfortable, except the pillows. The attendees were great, gentle and very helpful. Nice breakfast, also.

Value for money, but minor improvements

Good value for money. Easy check in/check out process. Location is good, not a bad walk into town centre.

The rooms could do with a little more attention (e.g give glasses for water, more than 1 pillow). Unfortunately the bathroom had a terrible smell from the shower and the air flow/extractor fan did not work.

omg… concrete floor and sealing without any covering, Brocken facet in washbasin, all night siren from neighbors was sounded, I closed doors between our hotel and another to limit noise, when I went at night to reception nobody was there, I called and no answer. in the morning answer was : it was not from us, if you want to complain you can leave your information and we will address it to neighbors…

the quality of the building seems to be lacking, no basic amenities like cups, coffee, tea, hairdryer. they forgot about duvets and pillows so the housekeeper just entered our room to finish her unfinished job
