Communication before arrival was excellent and check-in/check-out were very easy. Everything operates via pin code (main entrance, lift and room doors), which made us feel extremely safe and secure.
The location is great, only a 3-minute walk from Anneessens metro station and around 10 minutes on foot to the city centre, shops, attractions and Manneken Pis.
Our fourth-floor room was spacious and well-equipped with a safe, coffee machine and pods, tea, complimentary chocolate and bottled water. We appreciated the individual toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion). The free gym, laundromat and microwave in the basement are great additions, especially for longer stays.
One of the complimentary water bottles had already been used. The refrigerator did not work despite the light being on and adjusting the temperature dial. The bin was quite small and the lid was difficult to use. We could occasionally hear conversations and plumbing at night, but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

Huge, comfy bed and excellent location (very short walk to the centre of Brussels and also close to zuid station!).
Pillows were actually too soft. Also no reception.

I could easily check-in and check-out on WhatsApp. Also, there were disposable slippers, some snacks and drinks. Those things surprised and delighted us.
When we used the bin, its lid flipped over and its underside was quite dirty. However, we understand it might be hard to keep every detail perfect.

We stayed in the suite, which was very spacious, with a large bathroom including a bathtub and an suuuuper comfy bed. The room was spotless and impeccably clean upon arrival. There was also a little surprise waiting for us in the mini fridge, which I found incredibly thoughtful. The location was very convenient, close to the city center and perfect for getting around.
Breakfast was delivered right to our door in a cute round box, beautifully and aesthetically arranged, such a lovely way to start the day. We also really appreciated the easy self check-in: you receive a message with a code at your arrival time, making the whole process smooth and straightforward.
Thank you, Numa

The property is in the city center, reachable by foot to the main square but also to EU Cove. I appreciated the fact that I was allowed to check-in earlier than regular. I was a bit skeptical by the fact that no reception with human but the communication with the team was excellent. I loved the coffee machine and the provided coffee and the tea.
The bathroom light is with sensors so there were many times when the light went off while taking a shower.

The app worked just fine. I'd wish they added the same functionality for the elevator. The room was very spacious.
Breakfast was pretty expensive for essentially two small pistolets, a croissant, some cold cuts & a small bottle of juice. I would not opt-in for that again.

Nice central location, very clean and nice room. The amenities also satisfying. The room temperature ideal.
Very dark room, extremely soft and uncomfortable bed and also uncomfortable pillows. Also we could hear the people above us walking and laughing and the people next to us taking a shower. You can hear everything! Last but not least, there is no stuff, everything is online and also complicated, to use the elevator you have to type your room code and your floor! Fast also. Every time!

Spacious and at a great location close to many amenities and activities

Like the privacy.
The facilities have some issues. Burnt out lights, shower seals inappropriate, toilet runs, etc

The location was excellent
The lack of front desk staff
And also the bathroom was really small
Other than that the room was very good value for money

We were in the disabled room, not that we were but the room looked bigger on the site and it was spacious. Had dining table. Kettle, large bathroom. We used the washing machine cost E4 and dryer E3, need to download the app to use it. Check-in is all remote and we could leave luggage early, there are lockers but we got a text that our room was ready so checked straight in with the code they sent me in the morning. We picked this place as between the train station and centre. Had beers in nice courtyard across the road and there are a few restaurants in the area.
Would be nice to have a tea towel to dry cups etc but all good.

The room was clean and well equipped for our needs. Location is good, the narrowest center was only 10 minutes walk from the hotel with a lot of cafes and some locations to be seen. For other stuff that were a little bit far from the center we used the bus or metro. For all of the questions or concerns we had whatsapp chat, which was enough.

Could be a bit more cleaner and room was not prepared at 15 , but the customer service was very helpful and provided us with another room

Location
TV didn’t work, stains all on carpet and sofa, bathroom shower walls not cleaned down, hot water took about 10 mins before it got warm, hairs all over bed when checked in.

Great location and fun space
The air kept turning off. And didn’t cool as much as I would’ve liked

Great space and location
Needed a couple extra towels

Comfortable bed in a very very good location. I liked the contactless check in being by code rather than collecting a key/ having a key box. It made things a very smooth process and we didn’t have to remember our key.
The aircon wasn’t working making it an uncomfortable hot sweaty nights sleep in July. Had it on full and lowest temp, but still blowing hot air. The kettle was also faulty, we had to lift the table to a certain height for the wire (pre plugged into somewhere in the back of the table) to work. Also stains to the carpet, no reason for them not to get a carpet cleaner in when making so much money

There is a washing machine, fridge, and the bed is very comfortable.
The room was pretty dirty with stains everywhere and the safe was broken. I probably expected more for the price. The location is also quite dangerous.

Digital check-in was a breeze, it was nice not having a clunky hotel key just a digital code. The room was a good size, and the bed super comfy! The location was very convenient, a metro station a short walk away and most of the main attractions were within walking distance. Plus, a few cafes/restaurants basically at the front door was very handy.
2.0 / 10.0
The location is just about okay, a 10 minute walk from Brussel-Zuid/Midi and Grand Place. Not really any close metro or tram stations though. Facilities in the room were just about okay when they worked properly but were often poorly maintained. Luggage storage was available but very limited.
Automated hotel means absolutely no one is on site if you have any problems, except for cleaners in the morning. Our room lost power due to a broken bedside light and their chatbot advised us to locate and fix the room's fuse box. That seemed rather bizarre so we called a number and spoke to a human (after a long wait) who advised us to do exactly the same thing. We refused as the fuse box was located in the bathroom ceiling and neither of us could reach, so we were reassigned a downgraded room for the night. A/C did not work in there, nor did the door lock properly. Breakfast box was terrible value for money and delivered to our old room. Free snacks left in our room included a packet of expired crisps. Overall, Numa was bad value for money and the automated hotel concept was really, really poor. I would not wish to stay in another fully automated hotel for this reason.

Our rooms were excellent. No lift. Had to walk up and down flours of stairs. People had to carry our bags up four floors. Staff had to carry them down again.
No human contact. Never staying in a digital hotel again.

Spacious and clean room. I enjoyed my stay.

Great location. They also accommodated an early check in which was great! The communication was excellent and I received the access code for the room on time on the day of travel. There are no staff at the hotel, which didn’t bother me
The carpet in the room was a little dirty; however, if this was down to me being able to access the room early, then that’s a fine trade off in my eyes. Hopefully under normal circumstances the carpet will be cleaner

The place is easy to find, access by code is great (no keys to lose or share), free luggage storage available until 8pm.
Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good.
The room wasn't insulated enough, you could hear a decent amount of noise. The window blinds let some light in, especially in the morning.
3.0 / 10.0
The advert said there was aircon, but it wasn't turned on. Was told by customer services that it wont be turned on at all due to it being the "winter months". During a heat wave and the room reaching 25degress, that's false advertising.
7.0 / 10.0
Easy to access and check in
Well located 5min walking from the grand place
Clean and quiet
The room was quite spacious
The bed and pillows were not comfortable for us. They put a layer of soft foam in top of the mattress which makes the bed to bend towards the center
The view was another building wall

Had a problem but they didn’t sort it out. Had to message via WhatsApp and they said it would be sorted but didn’t. What would have happened if we had needed someone ?

The location was spot on, couldn't have been better. Never heard any noise once inside our room which was warm and comfortable. The bed and bedding were amazing, slept like a log. The key code entry was simple no hassle at all and the wifi was good. Would definatley recommend.
The only thing wrong was the kettle leaked and was faulty, we had to mop up with the hand towels and although i messaged about it and they said they'd replaced it they didnt and the bedside light didn't work but nothing was done about that either. We were only there a few days so we managed but these things should have been sorted and eveything would have been perfect.

The locker facilities were great and the common area. Our train was late in the evening so after check out we were still able to leave our stuff somewhere safe.
Bed was extremely comfortable, almost made it difficult to leave!
The WhatsApp messaging is great. I had numerous questions and all of them were promptly answered.
The carpet floors, but that can be overlooked - Just bring slippers.

Location, comfortable, large room. Reasonably quiet. Good bed. Doing laundry was cheap, good facilities (machine, rack).
A personal welcoming note.
Having to communicate with a bot. This is something I won't repeat when staying in a hotel in the future, I need a human connection, life is too digital as it is.
Lights came on and off at random in the toilets.

Everything was perfect. Room was so clean and cute. The location was nice and close to city center.

When I arrived in my room, I noticed a strong cigarette smell. I opened the window, to let some fresh air in, and noticed over a dozen cigarette butts on the ground outside the window. I wrote to customer service and they acted quickly to resolve the problem, bringing over a little odour-removing machine which they left running for 30 mins, after which the bad smell was gone. They also replaced a lightbulb which was not working in the toilet.
Apart from that, the room was perfectly fine, well designed, in a good state and well equipped. I appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later. The complimentary snacks I found in the room added a nice touch. Even though there is no physical reception desk, the staff were very reactive via WhatsApp and quickly resolved those small issues I had.

Fully digital, breakfast with 100% local products (but very limited choices; no coffee served although you can make it in the room)
On the first day there were two workers who entered my room while I was sleeping. They had knocked the door but didn’t wait for my authorization to enter the room. This has never happened to me before.
There are no restrooms in common areas, so you won’t be able to use the restroom if you leave your luggage in the hotel after check-out.
Breakfast is cheaper if you pay on the spot. Only one hot/cold drink is served. They don’t serve coffee as they only provide 100% local products, you can make it in your room but some people like to have coffee while eating breakfast.
For business travelers: on the invoice they use wording such as “intimate” to describe the room, without mentioning “double room” or similar. There was no flexibility from the hotel to adjust the room description. Perhaps this is not appropriate for everybody.
The management team sends many messages via WhatsApp, a bit annoying.
Overall, I have had more positive experience in Brussels for lower price.
