The room is very spacious with many windows. The location is perfect, just a walking distance from the city centre and the Grand palace. The owner is really kind and helpful.

There is a very bad smell when you arrive to the place, and in the room itself. The owner was extremly rude. Asked many wierd requests, was stalking during the stay and doesn't allow guests to come at all even though my rate was for two people anyway. She was angry at me that i came late evening for check-in even though i mentioned a week in advance that i will arrive for late check in and she confirmed it. I came late at night after a long journey, and the last thing i want to hear is complaints for something i don't have control over, and from a place i am paying for. My towels and linen was changed only once in 5 night period. The stairs was very small, sketchy and dangerous to climb on, almost fell twice. the place is very old and the water stream in the shower was really bad. You cannot open the windows completly which means the room was too warm and you couldn't get rid of the bad smell in it. The price is outragesly high for such experience.

Habitaciones céntricas, muy cuidadas, limpio y cómodo.

Me gustó que estaba muy céntrico, la amabilidad de la dueña, muy atenta y considerada y sobre todo los detalles cuidados tanto dentro de la habitación como fuera en la casa general, todo muy limpio, cuidado y cómodo. Con gel y champú de sobra, así como papel y toallas. Recomiendo mucho esta villa, muy buena opción para si viajas a Bruselas y quieres estar céntrico a muy buen precio y cómodo.

Soggiornare in centro nella tranquillità e con tutto l’essenziale

Perfetta posizione. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Camera ampia, pulita con tranquillità assoluta. La proprietaria molto gentile, accogliente e attenta. Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo. Sono stata benissimo.

De kamer was niet proper: spinnenwebben, een slechte geur, het behang kwam los van de vochtigheid. Het was een koud weekend en we kregen de kamer ook niet zeer warm.
