Great value for money in Central Brussels

The hotel is very centrally located, close to a metro station and within a short walking distance of Grand Place. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Andriy/Andrew, who truly enhanced our weekend with thoughtful tips and recommendations on what to see and do during a rainy Brussels stay, his suggestions even reshaped our plans for the better. Optional breakfast and coffee are available, and there is a great selection of restaurants, bars, and a couple of markets nearby. The room was also pleasantly warm, which was much appreciated during the cold and rainy winter season.

The lack of carpet in the room felt a bit unusual, as the tiled flooring gave it a somewhat clinical feel. A few small additional touches, such as glasses in the room, would make the stay even more comfortable.

The location is amazing! A 10 minute walk from the Grand Place. A very lively street. The guy at the reception was really kind and helpful!

Small and old room. The towels in the bathroom didn't look clean. Given the price per night I was expecting more.

A good budget hotel with nice staff

Staff were very nice, very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and although the room was not that big, we still had plenty of space.

Pillows were a bit too firm and a bit too high. The street is quite noisy meaning you have to shut the windows at night. Appreciated the fan in our room.

Tired but clean and great staff.

Helpful happy staff. Very clean which was the saving grace. Change of sheets and towels both days of stay which wasn’t expected so it helped get over the v dated, tired everything. Ok for getting head down and moving on.

It’s tired plus some. The thick plastic mattress cover made sleeping in the heat more uncomfortable. (A thin ‘topper’ over it would have vastly improved the choice of using the plastic.) Everything needs an overhaul but it’s very clean and ok.

Hotel in good location close to the center, but with broken Air refresheners not letting you sleep..

Good location close to the city center.

One bed rooms are inconveniently located in the middle of the staircase, hence there is noise during night when people walk the stairs. One bed rooms (maybe bigger rooms as well) have Air refreshener installed inside, that sprays the perfume even during the night each 20-30 minutes (despite being empty) which is super loud due to the small size of the room. It woke me up several times during the night, so no sleep for me at all......Super uncomfortable for such price

Wouldn't stay again

The location is very good. I could easily walk there from the train station and it's pretty much in the city centre.

Really overpriced for what you get. The room was very small and looked really old. Looked nothing like the pictures. Thankfully it was only for a night.

Great location, good value for money - but not your Hilton type of accommodation.

The location was absolutely perfect, within 5-10 min walk we reached the absolute center with the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. The neighborhood is okay, not the best not I've seen way worse. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.

There was no cabinet for the clothes to store so we used one of the single beds for storage. It was fine but we would have appreciated a cupboard. There was no cup/glass in the bathroom or a kettle. We managed it without them.

Good for one night

Very helpful staff who wanted to share their knowledge of the city, great the reception was open 24 hours. The room was clean and accessible via a lift. Decor in the common areas of the hotel were good. Our room faced in the interior so was quiet even on a Saturday night. 15 min Walk to train station, 10 min walk to Grand Place

Room was small and very bare, no night stand, bedside lights didn't work and bathroom was very small. Smell of cleaning products was overpowering when we arrived, so left the window open for a few hours. Also when we arrived we didn't have a shower curtain, but after coming back in the afternoon one had been fitted.

The front desk is really friendly and provided us with useful information. Also, the location is really nice. It only takes 10 minutes to the grand place.

This hotel is comparably cheap but not at all reasonably priced.

When I entered the room I stumbled about pieces of broken glass. TV and reading lamp did not work and have not been fixed after relevant information. When checking in and 2 more times I asked for an invoice on my companies name which has at all occasions been promised but not done. The same after two e-mails and two phone calls with the manager - promises but no results.

Served a purpose.

Served it’s purpose for a cheap place to stay for a stag do, beds were comfortable.

Only half built, wires still hanging out the walls, painting not finished. Area is not the best, felt like we were being watched by the locals.

Pleasant

The location is great, it's in the heart of old Brussels. Easy access from all the touristic attractions (walking distance) and right outside the metro. The staff/management are very friendly and helpful.

The individual bedroom gave on a very dark patio. If I kept the window closed it was very hot in the room, and if I opened the window it was very noisy and without privacy because other windows from other rooms gave on the patio. In the winter this may not be an issue as the windows are closed.

the hotel was ideally located a short walk from my work conference location

the bathroom was *tiny* I had to turn sideways to get between the sink and the loo! however, it was clean and everything worked no problem - just a bit of a tight squeeze!

Good choice for a practical stay close to the center

The hotel location was perfect. Only 9 minutes from the Grand Place and 19 minutes to the train station. Every member of the staff has been super nice. I can’t praise them enough.

The hotel needs some renovation work. The room is clean but very poor in the design.

really enjoyed my stay here! lovely and friendly staff / exceptionally close to the centre of town and right next to the train line / room was a good size (basic, but had everything you could need)!

the locks on the door were a little stiff to use but that's just because they're old and not really that big of an issue! the doors/walls are thin so noise carries but that's also due it being an older building and didn't really affect my stay much.

The Location is exceptional. I had a very straightforward journey to find the location and early check-in was possible. Staff members were helpful and polite.

- The lock of the room door was frequently been getting stuck, causing inconvenience. - Rooms are not sound proof and It was noisy. - The pillow was as hard as a rock. - By simple strategies such as putting an empty glass or a hairdryer in the room, they can enhance the customer satisfaction. I asked for hairdryer and the reception provided it. But there was no hairdryer in the room. I expected more based on the money that I paid.
