Never coming back here.

It had smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher in the corridor.

The place is run-down, dirty and incredibly noisy. People in the room upstairs were yelling and banging about at all our of the night and staff shrugged and did nothing. Loose plug sockets caked with grime, dirty bathroom (with a terrible layout), room entered without permission, rude and unhelpful staff, noise from the street, no way to turn down the heating. Would never stay here again.

It does not worth to price but the location is excelente.

Based on the photos on the website, I expected a much better property. While the location is excellent and the staff are very helpful, the hotel itself felt quite run-down and gave the impression of a low-budget stay. The property clearly needs better maintenance, particularly repainting and renovation. Additionally, the room had a noticeable smell of mold and humidity, which made the stay uncomfortable, even if the bathroom was fully renovated.

The word of mouth was not very good, but the smell of sewage was only at the entrance on the first floor, so I didn't care that much. I was crying because I was tired with my baby, so I let me check in early. You can use a microwave oven. The staff is kind. The price is good value for the location.

Would Not Recommend This Hotel

Location.

This stay was… memorable, but unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. Let’s start with the photos: I honestly don’t know where or when they were taken, but they clearly have nothing to do with the actual hotel. What you see on Booking is pure fiction. The bed was extremely dirty, with stains that I would rather not think too much about in order to get some sleep. The bathroom was just as bad: very dirty and clearly poorly cleaned. Sleeping was impossible. The walls and doors are basically made of paper. You can hear everything: the street, other rooms, and as a lovely bonus, at 2 a.m. we had front-row seats to a very loud marital argument in another room. No one from the hotel did anything about it, so I assume it was part of the entertainment package. Luckily, we didn’t book breakfast. We caught a glimpse of it and that was more than enough — ridiculous would be a generous description. In short: misleading photos, dirt everywhere, constant noise, and zero control. If you’re looking for a realistic example of how a hotel should not be, this is the place. If you value sleep, cleanliness, or sanity… stay far away.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind. Breaksfast was cheap and good. Had boiled eggs, coffee, good bread, juice, fruit, etc.

The toilet had problems flushing, and we had to pull it like 7 times. The shower flooded a little bit. The area is not too bad but in general the city is dangerous

Good hotel!

The attention was good. I went with my family and reception men were kind and always available to help. My room was clean. The location es great! There are several stores, coffees and restaurants around. The Grand Place is in short distance, you can go walking.

1. we felt safe & secure 2. we could leave our luggage at the hotel on the last morning knowing it was taken care of. 3. the receptionist was so friendly & gave us answers to our questions in English. & we were very thankful. 4. Also, we were given an electric jug & cups so we could make our cups of tea again, thank you.

The price is very low compare to the location. All the tourist attractions are very near by. The staff of the hotel was very friendly. The reception is open for 24 hrs.

Though I had the best view from my room but only problem was the window cover. May be they should adjust some sun shades. Or may be they have but I didn’t see them even I didn’t ask them as well. Because I was too happy for the hotel location and price. But overall I'll definitely recommend their hotel and if I go next time then I'll definitely stay there.
