    Picked this place for location and the value. Blown away by the experience ! Like any major city, you need to be careful. This place is in the heart of Brussels and very secure. Excellent restaurant and bar at ground level. Very cute room with everything I need and enjoyable ambiance. Has major things like private WC, AC, comfy bed, and safe. Little touches like fancy soap, trendy art, filtered water, and bottles of cantillion make it an easy sell. I plan to stay here next visit for sure

    Didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Small rooms but very well organized, i felt no sense of 'too small'. Easy to feel at home in the hotel. Wifi excellent. Bed fabulously welcoming, great sleeps. for anyone reading about noise at night, that wasn't my experience. so don't stay away on that account. Breakfast is wonderful, made at the moment -yay!. I felt the lunch and dinner menu was way overpriced and while the food was good, i left hungry. Metros nearby but walking is easy... I'll keep this spot in mind when I return to Brussels.

    This hotel was clean and excellent value for money. The bed was comfy and the shower really hot with good water pressure. Free coffee was a bonus downstairs and a kettle in the room was very convenient. My room (number 11) was quiet and although there was no view, it was dark so easy to sleep in. Definitely recommend

    The service is unwelcoming and cold. The single room was like a cell, to wash hands in a sink you have to step into a shower. What a nightmare, make a better choice in Brussels
