Great stay a la Grande Cloche, Pl. Rouppe Brx.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and the lounge area with coffee/tea was great to relax in too. Perfect location.

The room was over heated and it didnt seem to cool down when the thermostat was adjusted. But it did turn off and the windows opened so not a real issue. Plus the outside temp was -3/5 so understandable why it was on high; I just prefer a cooler room.

Great value for the price! Right next to the city center, very convenient to go on foot. First night we had a stain issue with the bed sheets, they moved and upgraded our room. The free coffee was from a nice machine. Very nice to chill at the lobby. Awesome Lana Del Rey playlist playing :)

Without a doubt the best hotel in Brussels!! From the reception to the room! We were very well received and received several great tips from the city! For sure if I come back to Brussels I will stay here again.

Quick and matched our needs

The room was ready earlier than the check-in time. It was pleasant after a long trip.

The window opens only to side, thus for safety reasons we couldn't leave it open at night. Thus it was too hot. Our window looked straight to the back stairs of the hotel.

Short city break

The hotel was excellent and matched the photos seen online, clean and modern. Location was perfect for us - a 15/20 minutes walk from Brussels Midi, and then 10/15 minutes walk in the same direction to the city centre. Towels, shower gel, tea/coffee, and water provided in our room. The shower was very good. The bathroom has a dark frosted glass door so if you're worried about privacy, room 21 is a good option for you. Comfortable bed. We were room 21, which faces inside but kept the sun/heat and noise out. Free tea/coffee in reception, some nice hotel merchandise on sale too. Breakfast was very nice too, served opposite reception.

Great location! So close to Grand Place and other Brussels central highlights. Despite being in the city we had a private, quiet room with a comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. Definitely recommend to stay here if visiting Brussels.

Very well located. 10 minutes walking from the center and also from the Central Train Station. The bed was very comfortable and the people attending very nice.

The bathroom in our room was strange. It did not have any door and you could almost see who was there from the bed. Having a little more privacy in the bathroom would have been nice.

Location for central Brussel's is good, but make sure you don't stay in their light-well rooms.

Location is a short walk fron Brussels main central station. The walk to the city centre was only 10 minutes and the hotel was clean. The restaurant was pleasent enough and the breakfats was good.

The room I stayed in was in a light well that had almost all light blocked by the fire escape. The room was tiny, but the lack of natural light, or view of any kind through the frosted windows made the room feel claustrophobic.

Its a great hotel, with a restaurant in the first floor. Paperless, super green and a funky industrial look. If I go back to Brussels I’ll be back at LGC

I had been here 2 years ago, and the breakfast was AMAZING. Fresh orange juice, waffles at order, more of a buffet. Now the breakfast was from a choose menu and I missed the nutella waffles

Located within a 15 min walk to the train station, the hotel is in a quiet area, but also within walking distance to the vibrant downtown scene.

My second time at Hotel La Grande Cloche. Superb experience. If you’re someone like me who prefers somewhere clean, easy and convenient so you can spend all your time exploring and having adventures then you’ll love it here.

Some of the guests can be noisy but that is a mild criticism. All hotels have noisy guests.

Had a great stay

I stayed at single room - a good option for solo travelers. It had all the amenities. Besides, hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

I'd suggest attaching mesh to windows - it'll make easier and safer (my window accessed the outer staircase) to keep windows open through the night. Luggage rack would also be a plus.

Perfect location with nice, super confortable and really clean rooms. Exceptional staff with 24 hr front desk, I arrived at 2 am and the check in process was really fast.

Very poor

My room was a closet with no light, and I could not sleep because there was the noise of water in the pipelines and stones or something falling on the roof (no idea what these noises were). My bed sheets were dirty.
