After an inauspicious start - arrived at noon to drop bags off to find breakfast buffet/ dirty dishes not cleared away - we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and good shower. Slightly quirky style of room which was very small but perfectly ok for a few days. Breakfast was standard buffet style. Good location for exploring centre of the city.

Not somewhere I can recommend. I was eaten alive by bed bugs during a 3 night stay recently. Subsequently e-mailed the company who run the hotel to advise of this hygiene issue and 48 hrs later I've had zero response. Disgraceful.

Shocked and appalled by this hotel. Firstly upon checking in we found signs of BED BUGS. Have also seen other reviews on hotels.com stating the same thing, so multiple occurrences. We went to speak to the “receptionist” (person sat downstairs with a laptop) who had checked us in, explained the situation, and asked for a refund so that we could go and stay elsewhere. Long story short, they called their manager who agreed to a 50% refund. I left my phone number as was told the refund would be sorted the next morning. The refund never came, so messaged via hotels.com where I had booked the room, also emailed directly. Received no reply. Found a number online for the hotel, so sent them a WhatsApp message and tried to call them. Eventually got a call back after requesting one, as all correspondence to this point had been ignored. Was once again told they needed to speak to their manager in order to confirm and sort the refund. Received a message saying that the accountant was on holiday so this couldn’t be sorted straight away. I was stupid enough to fall for it. 3 months later I still have no refund, despite chasing regularly, so have been lied to by the property on multiple occasions. Would avoid due to bedbugs, as well as the duplicitous and shady business practises going on here. Pictures also made the room look a lot nicer than it was. Was very makeshift and basic.

Great stay. Small, but very homely room. Nicely decorated, and exceptionally clean. Coffee maker. Nice views of park. Very friendly staff. They gave us extra coffees when we used our complimentary coffee up, and kindly gave us bottles of water when we were leaving the hotel for the day. Would Definitely stay again.

This hotel has been recently refurbished in a very bright style. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but mine was small. There are a few quirks - the shower and toilet are separated from the sleeping area by glass bricks, so there’s no real privacy if that is important. My room was also internal and very, very dark. The breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is also perfectly located for the historic centre and for public transport. It’s a good choice, but I’d want a room with an outlook if I stayed again.

The location is great and easily accessible. The area feels safe. The room does not provide a stool or chair, not a desk either, it's rather inconvenient. However, both me and my friend received two strange whatsapp messages a week before our departure and indicating they need our confirmation about our credit card information. It was further find out that they are scam. So, I am unsure how this could have happened. Also, their staff changes daily. Other than that, the location is excellent.

We stayed in the loft room on the 6th floor. A very unique and fun experience. Felt a little like being in a treehouse. The room has been remodeled in a very modern way, with nice design work. It is a small room, but has everything you need. The breakfast was good. The location is really great. In a walkable area close to the center. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was amazing. It was on the 5th floor so had amazing views. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was 29/30 degrees outside. Very clean and toiletries supplied with towels and slippers. Breakfast was included too which was delicious and luggage storage on day of departure. All round great experience.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. My room is small and basic but I have the best view of the park and city. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is great, it just takes a while to warm up. Decor is very simple and cute. Breakfast is basic. Location is not far from the center.

Initial impression was mixed. We arrived around 6pm and there was no one on ‘reception’, just a box with key card in. However room was clean and breakfast good and location central. Fine for a one night stay living out of case but not longer as room compact with no space to unpack.

This boutique hotel was in the perfect location. The room was small and perfect for solo travelers. The bed was very comfortable- a queen sized bed. The color story in the hotel is very visually pleasing. Also about a 20 min walk from train station / 7 min uber. Literally by everything. The breakfast buffet was peaceful and food was very fresh. Easy access to central area. The room was very clean and the breakfast was fresh. The only complaint is the rooms are very small but typical for a European hotel. I would stay again but not on the sixth floor. It seems like they renovated the hotel and converted the attic into a floor of rooms. It was extremely tight. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

We really love our stay in Brussels with Hotel Mila as our host. Staff were excellent and attends to our needs. Also, breakfast was included in our stay which makes it easier for us not to spend so much outside to eat. The only downside was the shower room was plugged. Overall, our experience was pretty good. We will definitely come back and stay with Hotel Mila again.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the convenient location near to lots of bars and restaurants aswell as the quick and efficient service. Breakfast was better than I thought it would be as there was a few hot items that I wasn't expecting, however staff could be quicker to restock pastries, yogurts etc. In the room, the bed was very comfortable, it was very soundproofed and the shower was good. There was a bedside shelf missing on one side as well as a broken bedside light. Also, some glasses for water would be appreciated aswell as a shelf above the sink for storing toothbrushes, soap etc. The room was nice but felt sort of empty and could've been more comfortably furnished and equipped
