This hotel has an excellent location in Brussels. After walking the whole day, it was amazing how near was from the Grand-Place. The breakest is very simple, but it is included so it is a very good option for young people traveling in Europe. Staff was kind. No hair dryer in my room, it is the only thing I would add.

The rooms were clean every day and wear varieties of Shop all around and do it very close to big grand Palace so it was really really close to everything

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Grand Place, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our family of four.
However, there was no kettle in the room, and we had to request hot water and mugs from the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient. I also couldn’t find a hair dryer during our stay.
Overall, a pleasant stay, but adding these basic amenities would make the experience much better.
