Comfortable room in a great location from which to explore Brussels

Location was perfect - walkable to most everything you would want to see in Brussels, and anything else is a reasonable train ride away. The room was spacious with good amenities, and everything was comfortable and clean.

Great hotel great location would recommend

Very central with a number of restaurants ,cafes and bars in close proximity. Handy for the metro and easy walking to a number of main sites e.g grande place. Spacious attic room but to note that there are steps up to the room itself.Staff professional and helpful especially Filipe who could not have done more to help - explaining the hotels location in relation to sites to see and recommending places to eat which we tried and were excellent.

Amazing hotel in a great location

Location was great, within walking distance to the Grand Place and all city highlights. Bus stop in front of the hotel to Brussels central station that we used for day trips. Room was spacious. Not an issue the lack of a restaurant. Several places within walking distance.

The location was great and the fact that they stored our luggage. The staff were nice.

First, the hotel charged 100 Euro deposit instead of just putting a hold on the credit card like all of the other hotels. Because of this, when they credit the deposit back, the USD decreased and cost me $2. It's not a lot, but it's the point. Vacation is expensive enough. The rooms smell musty. This is because there are no fans in the bathroom. Luckily the windows open, which helps. The air conditioning didn't work so our room was hot and stuffy every time we walked into it.

Perfect Stay

I loved my stay here. The welcome was so warm and friendly. I had only gone to ask about leaving my luggage, but was pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in — such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. The room was huge and had everything I needed. The balcony was an unexpected bonus. I also really appreciated having a fridge in the room — so handy. The bed was really comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The next morning, I enjoyed what was honestly the best shower I’ve had in ages — great pressure and so refreshing. As a solo female traveller, I also felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made it even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for getting around and exploring. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot and a good value

Essentially located with friendly staff and restaurants and activities nearby. You can walk to everything, and just a quick 5-minute walk to the Metro station.

Breakfast not served in the property but it was not a problem at all since there are so many places just outside to eat. The staff were amazing and warm. They even offered a room after checkout to use the restroom.

Perfect Family Stay at OPO Hotel – Highly Recommended!

We had a fantastic family stay at the OPO Hotel in Brussels! The hotel is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient – everything is nearby, including cozy cafes, shops, and supermarkets. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were amazing – modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was ideal for our family. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, which we truly appreciated.

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location, you are central to absolutely everything at this hotel and can be in the heart of everything in 5 minutes. We found the hotel quiet, which was a bonus with it being so central. The hotel itself was very clean and well equipped and the staff were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had an issue with our return flight and had to stay an extra night at short notice and the staff made this far less stressful for us by helping us book an extra night ensuring we were able to stay in the same room which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we return to Brussels.

Amazing staff, hotel and location!

The staff was very friendly and spoke English which was helpful for us. Restaurant recommendations were all delicious. Location was convenient to sights we wanted to see and to the central train station. Bed was comfortable, good shower pressure, plenty of hot water and we were grateful for the cool air conditioning. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

The property does not have ajoining rooms but they were able to put us side by side. Some reviews complained about not having a restaurant. People need to read info before they book. There are countless delicious restaurants surrounding the hotel. Do not let an onsite restaurant stop you from booking. Amazing hotel, staff and location!
