Staff were friendly. Location was great.
The hotel decor was a bit dated and the reception/breakfast area needs modernising.

Excellent breakfast and kind, attentive staff.
There wasn’t much I didn’t like, as I stayed only two nights.

Great location and convenient, functional room, clean, had a street view
Glossy shower tiles are slippery and dangerous, bed was uncomfortable, walls are thin

Hotel stuff was very friendly and they helped me a lot - I could leave my luggage, they helped me with planning commuting by the bus, they were just very nice that I appreciate. Location is laso perfect.
the room is a bit dark but I didn't mind it.

The location was perfect for our trip.
We were also granted a different room upon arriving, since the original room we got was not in accordance with information provided on booking.com
Unfortunately it is clear that, even though recently renovated, the renovations are not of good quality. Tiles in the bathroom are loose, mattresses are of the most inexpensive sort and pillows not of hotel quality. Also, floor carpets throughout the hotel are stained and dirty.
Furthermore, as it was presented as an option, we had requested the option of 1 large bed instead of two separate beds. However, the two mattresses put together on the bedframe did not work as one bed at all and kept sliding away from each other, since there is no weight in the mattresses and nothing to keep them together.
We were also disappointed to find the rooms were with out a small.fridge/cooler.
We would have moved to a different hotel but hotel staff was not able to refund the stay, nor even a part of it.

Perfect location in Brussels; 1 minute walk to the square & all main attractions.
The lady who checked us in was so friendly (sorry, I didn’t catch your name.) We were able to check in hours earlier!
The room was comfortable, not overly fancy, but had every thing you need for a good rest after exploring.
There was no conditioner In the shower- later I realised it was available on request

Location is great
Room has no sound proof so I could hear all the noise from the street specially I had to sleep with the windows open cause the room was too warm and has no AC

Lovely clean room, good shower pressure, comfortable bed and welcoming staff.
Noisy on the first night, all night party in adjacent property. After that really quiet. Breakfast ok if you eat upf etc but it is optional.

Location was amazing
Room was incredibly small with a very soft mattress - room was facing street noise level was high

Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great shower.
Toilet seat was broken and no handle to pull shower door closed. Minor fixes that would have been good to have done.

The location was good
The room stank of old drain and the staff informed me this is an old building and that it is how it smells and they had no alternative to offer except male deodorant and a _refill_ room freshener without a dispenser which did not work even a little bit.

Location, clean, good working personnel and cleaning staff
Double bed was two beds together - cheat
Balcony was not a “real” balcony - cheat

Room was small, but really clean and comfortable. The location is ideal just a few minutes to walk into main attractions. It is a bit loud outside but that didn’t bother me
Original check in staff member was quite rude and unwelcoming, but all other members of staff where lovely

The location was perfect, this is the main reason I've booked this hotel. The bathroom had toiletries and fresh towels every day. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
No air conditioning. The mid-august was very hot and also the room, terrible. There was a fan, but didn't help much. The area is extremely noisy at night until 5-6am, impossible to keep the windows open. In front of the hotel there is a bar opened until 5am 😁 But this is the city center. No access to a fridge, you need the ask the staff to keep water and everything in their fridge. Air conditioning and fridge are not included in the room facilities, I was aware of that, but during the summer this place is unbearable

The hotel is perfectly situated in Brussels and within walking distance to major attractions, public transport and a cool neighbourhood.
The drainage on the 4th floor needs attending as it bathroom can get easily flooded . Otherwise the hotel is a good value for money.

It was located in the centre, next to lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
There was always someone at the reception who could help with questions and other things.
Our room was under the roof and thus really hot. There are bars and clubs so close that it was really loud ALL night.

Aesthetically the lobby was beautiful, the elevator was very nice to take advantage of, the ability to store our luggage was extremely helpful, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring beautiful Brussels!
It was very hot on our top floor and the fan that was provided did not do much to cool the room down. The card readers on the doors were also finicky.

The location is ideal, the staff very friendly. And value for money is absolutely excellent.
I could go into quite a lot of details here and there but won’t because of price. The only one I’ll mention at any price is terrible sandy toilet paper. Please change that.

Location.
Decor.
Comfortable bed.
Dirty coffee cup in room from previous guests, had been used and turned upside down - cleaner did not check.
Shower really smelt bad. No hot water for shower on second morning- receptionist just shrugged his shoulders.

The location was fantastic! Staff were very helpful and kind.
The room was extremely warm and took a while to cool in the evenings, due to the location of the hotel (opposite a range of bars) we could not leave the beautiful doors open as the noise was loud.

Superb location for the city centre and tourist locations
The noise levels were extreme. We requested a room move to the top and the back of the property yet we still had people/residents in the private square in the middle smoking/drinking and shouting at all hours of the night/ morning. I’ve never stayed anywhere in the world that was so noisy. Yes I’m fully aware that it’s a vibrant city and the entertainment is non stop, however the hotel really needs to upgrade the windows to triple glazing.
Also the house cleaning service do not understand what the DO. NOT DISTURB SIGNS are on a door. 3 times in 3 hours 2 days on the trot are ridiculous. Take note hotel and respect your occupants privacy for the lack of sleep they get.
6.0 / 10.0
Hotel is very central and it is easy to walk to most places from it. Communal area on ground floor is small but smartly decorated and there is coffee and tea available all the time.
Unfortunately the hotel is opposite an all-night bar which has customers sitting outside until about 5am. As my room was at the front, this meant there was too much noise to have the windows open at night. Also the road outside is busy and noisy. The hotel has no air conditioning and in hot weather this is a real problem with no open windows.

We were travelling as a group of eleven cyclists. The hotel were able to provide enough twin rooms for our party. Hotel is close to centre of Brussels. Breakfast was basic but fresh.
Room was a little on the small size with no view.

What did I like? Probably the best part was the staff, the location was great, it was close to the metro and the centre so you could get everywhere.
What didn't I like? There are a lot of things, as far as the room is concerned, the room was very small, so the price of the hotel did not correspond to it at all. Our toilet leaked, at the same time the bed was terribly soft, thus when my partner moved, I moved too, horrible, the room was so small that you couldn't even move around properly. We didn't have hand soap replenished on the first day. About the breakfast, it was a disaster, it was not worth 20 euro at all, for breakfast there was a pastry, some ham, a small block of Brie cheese and some sweet bread and that was the end of it, no choice of vegetables, fruit, some home made products, for that price I could have had a proper meal in the centre. As there was a demonstration in Brussels they cancelled 3 flights so we had to leave the day before, there was no one at reception to ask for any refund or help, mainly they have a sign on reception 24/24. There was no one to ask for any solution, so we had to leave our room card at the hotel and go, even though we waved at the cameras nothing happened.

Very cool decor, clean, central and staff were super helpful before and during our stay
I think the single room was very over priced for the size of it

Central location. Close to public transport if you want to move out of the city center.
Breakfast was quite boring. One single slow and tiny elevator you had to use because of the narrow and steep staircases.
