Nice accomodation, friendly host.

It is nice accommodation, two rooms share bathroom and big dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The position is perfect. It was my fourth time to stay there and I am still very satisfied.

A bit frustrating when room wasn’t ready on arrival as was not far off 3pm. But owner was really responsive.

Overall I absolutely loved my stay.

I appreciated how spacious the room was and the daily cleaning of the shared spaces specifically the toilet. It’s also very conveniently located to navigate Brussels. Nobody bothers you and you can have your own separate life despite the shared spaces.

The WiFi strength could definitely be improved on the 3rd Floor.

Very good location, there’s only 2 rooms per floor which makes it convenient for the bathroom. You also have a restaurant next to the building which sells very good Asian food.

The accommodation is perfectly located, just a short walk from the historic center and very close to public transportation. The cleanliness and service are excellent. The room is spacious, comfortable, cozy, and filled with natural light. The internet works flawlessly. If I return to Brussels, I would definitely stay here again.

I like the location. It is in the center. Very convenient to everything you are going to visit as a tourist. I like the room with balcony, was clean, spacious. Also the kitchen was equipped with everything you are going to use while breakfast.

Bruxelles - varied options for everyone!

The position is very good and easy to reach - very close to the metro station (De Brouckere), a walk for few minutes towards the Grand Place and about 15 minutes by walk to the Bruxelles Centrale station or to the museums area. The wi-fi connection very good, also. The quick reactions of our host, Anna, was really great to our messages and needs.

The access stairs a bit narrow and steep.

A pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location.

Great location – safe and very close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, with one bathroom shared between two rooms. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Although my room faced a small inner "patio" instead of the street, it didn’t bother me as I didn’t spend much time in the room.

There was no wardrobe in the room – it wasn’t a problem for a short two-night stay, but it could be inconvenient for a longer visit. The kitchen was poorly equipped, though I didn’t need to use it.

The accommodation is excellent! The hosts are very polite and helpful. The shower is great, and they also provide toiletries and a hairdryer. As a small suggestion, the pillows could be more comfortable, but it doesn’t affect the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Clean accommodations, perfect for your necessities

Close to metro and attractions. The room is very bare bones but clean and has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. I spent one night here and it was perfect and affordable. They even hold your bags after you stay. This is great if you don’t plan on spending much time in your room and plan on exploring the city.

No encontrábamos el alojamiento, pero bastó con copiar la ubicación en Google más y nos llevó a la entrada correcta! Para futuros viajeros timbren en el número 14 de la dirección. Puesto que nosotros llegamos muy tarde y además el cambio de hora. Todo lo demás estuvo genial

Çıkışta bile resepsiyon kapalıydı . O fiyata çok daha iyi seçenekler olduğuna eminim. Eğer ikinci günde geçtiğim oda soğuk olsa otelden ayrılacaktım. Mutfağı kötü banyosu soğuk

Une chambre bien située pour découvrir la ville de Bruxelles. Facile d'accès, les propriétaires disponibles vous accueillent même pour laisser votre bagage avant l'entrée dans le logement. Vous disposerez d'une salle d'eau partagée, et d'une kitchenette. Vous pourrez y prendre un petit déjeuner (acheté par vos soins) et y faire réchauffer un diner.

Pour la kitchenette, ne pas prévoir de cuisiner. Juste réchauffer un plat.

Très bien situé et très bon rapport qualité prix

Si on accepte le principe de partager les sanitaires avec des inconnus (ça s’est très bien passé pour nous), ce logement est surtout appréciable pour son emplacement à proximité du cœur de Bruxelles mais dans une rue au calme. Il est très propre, équipement basique, ménage quotidien. Les propriétaires tiennent le resto attenant (Osaka Sushi) qui est délicieux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour !
