Pleasant, would come again was happy with my stay.

Breakfast was nice, fairly basic. the room was basic but comfortable and the bathroom was also quite nice.Location was excellent. Public transport good. staff were very friendly and helpful. check out was very simple

the Room was noisy due to the other guests who snored. they were older and I wasn't really relaxed. The number of people in the room made it stuffy.

Unfriendly staff

I booked a 6-person dormitory room for 2 nights, not to stay overnight, but to get some sleep during the day. Unfortunately, this turned out to be impossible because you are not allowed in the room between 11 AM and 3 PM. I only found this out during check-in. Of course, this was probably hidden somewhere deep on Booking.com, but I naturally assumed that when booking several nights, I’d also be able to rest there during the day. The woman at the front desk was anything but accommodating and kept rudely pointing me to the policies. I suggested paying extra or letting the cleaners do their job and skip my bed, but none of that was possible. A big 1- for customer service. I checked out immediately and booked a hotel instead. I strongly advise staying away from this place.

Good value for money

The hotel is somewhat good value for money, with a great location near metro and tram stations and walking distance to the city center. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast is simple but good. The beds and linens are comfortable.

The room has no AC, so on hot days it could be a problem. Our double private room was on the second floor and facing the street. The room insulation is not very good, so we could hear the vehicles on the street and people often chatting loudly on the sidewalk. We asked for an additional pillow and they said they would try to provide it, but never did. The housekeeping is basic, some days they would even make the beds, only take out the trash, but the room was clean overall. The access to the rooms is also a problem; the staircases are locked, so we are obliged to take the elevator every time, even if we are going up or down only one floor. And there's only one elevator available, so we had to wait a lot.

I Don’t recommend it at all!

It was very dirty, the bed was too small( i think it was teenager size). There wasn’t any equipment in the room like soap or toilet paper or hairdryer and all the other essentials. It was my worst experience. And doesn’t worth the price at all.

Broken air conditioning and no privacy

Good location and friendly staff.

Air conditioning was broken so window was kept open all night and I got bit by a ton of mosquitoes. Bathrooms were mostly clean. Sink in shower area did not have soap. Hand towels, paper towels or dryer for hands was not provided. No privacy in beds and I ended up in the bed right next to the door and facing the door. No curtains so woke up if anyone went in or out.

Convenient stay

The location was really good - close to shops, places to eat and at a short walk from main attractions. We also walked from the train there. Breakfast had a few options (fruit, cereal, bread, drinks, some cooked items) but nothing amazing, it did the job. The room had good size, same with the toilet and even had a mini fridge what was very convenient. There were several common areas that could be used by people at different times (example a little outdoor area, cooking facilities and a big lobby).

No AC - we had a fan that we used, but some days was really quite warm in the room. No AC on the breakfast room or lifts/corridors either. Some spaces were not very well cleaned -for example the fan was so dusty; there was limescale in the tap of the toilet. When we were in the toilet we could smell smoke, not sure if someone was smoking outside the vents, but the smell was undeniable. The shower pressure was not great and the shower temperature went from freezing to so hot and vice versa multiple times, very difficult to keep to a temperature. Also the silicone in the shower was peeling away creating a leek in the toilet.

Great location, small bed

Amazing location. The room was very clean. The cafeteria space (and simple breakfast) was nice.

The room was rather spacious, but the bed was kinda small. C’mon, I’m sure you can afford putting a bit bigger bed there. The room (202) was facing a street that was busy and loud (Sunday night) and I had to close the window which made it hot and stuffy. I hardly slept at all.

Perfect Location / Cost benefit

The location is amazing walking distance to the Noord Station as well to downtown, great common area with charging stations. The breakfast had plenty of options for food which was great as some of my friends have allergies. The Luggage lockers are also a great ideal specially if you want to checkout and come back later. The room we stayed had only 3 beds so with a pravity bathroom and as we were a group of three people it ended up working out perfectly. The mattress also have a good quality and great lighting system for each individual bed.

The only thing that really disappoint my group of the lack of staff at the front desk, I arrived at 4 pm to check in and there was already a big line of people waiting since 3:30 pm and no staff had appeared to help. The other thing was the strong smell of urine in the bathroom. the toilet itself was cleaned as we checked it, but we weren't sure why the bathroom had the smell of a public toilet. We think because if the walls are not clean as well and there isn't a ventilation system the smell just adhere to the walls.

It was a wonderful stay! The hostel was very clean, the rooms were tidy, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the city center and easy to access. The bar downstairs has a great atmosphere and a nice selection of drinks, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel at home. Perfect Breakfast 👍🏻

I stayed at Sleep Well Hotel and had a very unpleasant experience. Starting from 10 PM, there were continuous vibrations coming from the ceiling, as if someone was constantly running or jumping upstairs. The noise and shaking made it impossible to sleep and severely affected my heart function and overall health. Another major issue was the extremely poor design of the lower bunk bed. The height was so limited that every time I sat at the edge of the bed, I hit my head hard on the upper bunk. Worse still, at around 4 AM, someone started banging violently on our door. From the sounds, it seemed to be two men making strange noises, repeatedly shouting “nainai” and other disturbing sounds. The banging lasted for about 10 minutes, completely waking us up and making us feel extremely unsafe.

Great Hostel

The hotel was spotless. Check in was easy, the room we had was lovely with a little SMEG fridge. Staff lovely. For a "budget" hotel was very pleasantly surprised

After a long day we wanted some water but all Vending machines on every floor didn't have any at all. This was not ideal due to the warm weather and the amount of walking we did. Asked at reception but said there was nothing he could do. T.V in room could do with the option of other languages/channels but wasn't a big deal as we literally just slept there. Unfortunately not enough lockers to store our bags until check in which wasn't fab due to having to carry them around all day. There was a school visiting and the noise was loud in the hallways on the night (10.30pm) which wasn't great but I bought some ear plugs from reception €1 and had a good sleep.

I was not aware of the common rooms lock out rule: they unable the use of the keys for the ones who are staying in the shared rooms in order to keep all the customers out while the shared rooms gets cleaned and it takes 4 hours. On my first day I went out in the morning and came back after 12 only then discovered I couldn’t get back into my room until 3, which was of course annoying. I could stay in the common hall and use the toilet if I needed, but I just wished I was informed at the moment of the check-in the day before.

No early check in The luggage room to keep your luggage was a total mess. Everybody can take every luggage they want. They dont write any names on luggages and just open the luggage room and go a way( there was a possibility to a stranger from outside just come and puck up a bag). They should do something for that. I put my luggage only for 2 hours and i have so much stress. The room was soooo hottt. Only 1 fan to just make a small wind?! I woke up every night and drink lots of water. The dont have air conditioner and it wasnt good at all. The breakfast was not good
