A clean, comfortable, and well managed hostel with friendly staff and good value for money.

The hostel was very clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the common areas were pleasant and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and everything felt safe and well maintained. Good value for the price.

The location is not right in the city center, so it requires a bit of walking or public transportation. Other than that, everything met my expectations.

Nice for a budge stay in Brussels

The hostel has friendly staff, which was very helpful since Brussels was on a transportation strike during my visit. They did everything to make the best of my stay with tips for getting around the city. The facilities are just about what are expected (kudos for the great space on the lockers) and breakfast was good.

Cleanliness on bathrooms could be a little better, since they are private to each bedroom. Travelers must also consider the location - it takes about 25 minutes from the hostel to the city center on foot.

excelent breakfast for the price beds are ok (I mean, is a hostal isn't?) nevertheless, a bit annoying the plastic protection on the matress that makes a lot of noise and makes you sweat

The shared kitchen was a letdown—it lacked basic items like forks and had very limited crockery, which made cooking and eating a bit inconvenient.

A very spacious room, two separate beds, a table and chairs created a cozy atmosphere, I would like to separately mention the delicious breakfasts and the incredible view from the window

I highly recommend it

A 20+ minute walk to Grand Place. The (gated) parking lot is an added bonus if you come by car. The room was clean, the breakfast was impressive for a hostel.

Our room was facing a busy/noisy street, but nothing can be done about it.

The reception staff is very kind. In general, the hostel is quiet; you only notice the people at breakfast after 9a.m. Nice bedrooms and breakfast.

The location is a bit far from the city center, about a 30-minute walk. While there are storage lockers available in the rooms, they can’t be locked, which meant I had to carry my backpack with me every day. If you’ve ever stayed in a hostel, you know how essential it is to have a secure locker for your belongings.

Easy and as comfortable as a hostel can be. Breakfast is great and is included - that's excellent!

The bathrooms are good, and cleverly arranged room so that light from bathroom causes minimum disturbance. Bathroom and toilet noise insulated. Really quite chic!

No hot water this morning or the morning before (maybe it does not reach 3rd floor?) in the shower. That was a bit cold - brrrr!

Location in Muslim district not looking safe, bedsheets had to be taken on and of by ourselves, towels we not present and available only for rent. At night we were bitten by mosquitoes. The location from metro is 15-20 min walk. Was quite expensive.

I stayed in a room with four beds. It was the clean room with the good bathroom. It was really hot in the room during the day but really comfortable at night. You need to have your own lock to close the locker. I had to buy it at the reception for 5 euro

Great staff, 24 hour access and front desk. The common area has a lot of plugs and seats to do any work needed in should it be required. The kitchen is also spacious and had two cookers, while the bedrooms were also sizable enough to feel not too cramped or too empty. The bathroom and shower area was also well kept and quite clean and spacious too.

The kitchen was a bit sparse on dishes, mugs etc.as I travel with my own that wasn't an issue but it might be if you drink a lot of tea like I do! Nonetheless I'd happily recommend this place if you are in Brussels as that's a general issue with most hostels I've been in in northern Europe (assuming they even have kitchens in many of them).
