The only thing I liked was the location. There were restaurants nearby, a train station close by, and the city center was within easy reach.
What I didn’t like was almost everything except the location. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The towels were extremely dirty and clearly not properly washed, and the bed linen was also dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortably high, making it difficult to sleep.
The room was very poorly equipped and felt almost empty. Apart from a TV, two chairs, a small table, and a bed, there was absolutely nothing else. There was no wardrobe or any storage space at all, no cutlery, no glasses, and no basic amenities that should normally be provided. Overall, the room did not feel welcoming or comfortable and was far below the expected standard.

Disgustingly rude and unprofessional cleaning lady. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and management should be ashamed of their hiring standards.

Great location near a main train station (8’ walk) and with walking distance to the touristic city center (around 20’ walk)
Floor wasnt right cleaned and mattres was hollow from one side. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed between Ostend, Bruges, Ghent and Brussels

for one night max if you are going for a party or an event. just to drop your luggage or for a quick shower
Dirty shower , noisy, and the housekeeping dont care about the noise and slamming the doors doesn't matter if it's 8 or 10 AM.

nothing good
I did not stay this hotel even one hour, once I enter the staff was bad not friendly at all, I asked for check out time and locker room, he said if I get check out 11am maybe he will provide locker. Anyways I couldn't stay for super bad condition of the hotel, not clean, smells bad, bed sheets, towels all in very bad condition.

Breakfast was ok
Where do I begin?
1st thing was I smelt cigarette smoke in the foyer which was disappointing as this was supposed to be a smoke free property (i think the staff need to read the rules)
2nd Our room was not the best. I think it needs to be fumigated, as i now have several bites from something.,?? Having Our room serviced each day consisted of having fresh towels and having the bed "thrown together"
The window was broken, so we couldn't have it open which made for a very hot room. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows (well thats another story) and the noise that went well into the night from the nearby restaurant, bar and water fountain where people played was horrible.
To say we didn't get much sleep is an understatement.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless some major changes are made.
I wish I read previous reviews before booking this place 😧

The hotel is not providing basic facilities.
The breakfast (included in tariff) is very very elementary.
Location not very safe as the area is frequented by anti social elements particularly during evening hours (snatching is quite common)
Non-cooperating rather rude attitude of front desk staff during evening hours.

Another hotel cancelled my booking at the last minute, so this was the only affordable option I could find on the same day of my arrival. I appreciated how efficient the check-in process was—it made things much easier.
The location is decent, surrounded by local shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-lit, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels provided.
Where to start! Overall, the cleanliness of the room was quite poor. There were stains on the bed sheets and noticeable dust and dirt around the bed and table area. The bed itself was a disaster—it was broken, and the mattress was partially sunken, so I had to stay in one corner just to sleep somewhat straight!!!
The bathroom wasn’t much better—it wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was no soap provided, only a few small sachets of shampoo. The room in general, and the hotel overall, are in serious need of renovation.

Near the metro station.
The room no aircond nor fan. The interior looks totally different from the picture advertised. Breakfast doesn't look amazing. Able to hear the chatting noise outside the door. The hotel location looks shabby and unsafe.

Location to train station
Property was not clean. Sheets & shower in particular. Our door was missing a seal, so there was a 1cm gap where we could see out into the hallway and hear people yelling at 2am. I did not feel safe or clean here.

Everything. These photos must be 20 years old as the hotel is nothing like this. No electricity, doors broken into and don’t close. Not a place for tourists

One thing I like is the fact that I only stayed one night
Very loud, it’s not a hotel. I think it’s used as low income housing. My room had poor odour, like someone had been smoking cigarettes in the room. The doors had dents in them.

Walkable, friendly staff.
Very basic accommodation in comparison (I had just been in Amsterdam and got much better accommodation/facilities/location for the same price). TV remote was very dirty. When I checked out, i left my bag at reception for a few hours. Despite my ask, I was not given a ticket, but was assured the gentleman would be there all day, and he had a good memory so no one else would claim my bag. When I returned to collect my bag, there was a lady at the front desk. All she asked was the color of my bag. I could easily have made off with someone else's bag, or someone off the street made off with mine. This is a chink in the aviator's armor.

I like the bed and the small table you have inside the room. I had to work online and it was perfect.
I felt the door was not closed.. It was very light to open... But it actually was closed, just a strange impression. I would have felt better with a heavier door.

Great location and staff, facilities of 24 hour reception and free luggage storage were also great.
Bed wasn't very comfortable, rooms and furnishings were very tired, dated bathroom, hotel smelled like smoke, thin walls (noisy in the morning)!

There is absolutely nothing about this property that I liked. Completely waste of money. It cost 130 euros but worth 20
Staffs are as bad as the property
I will not recommend this to anyone

I like the bed it was very comfy, the room was okay, the bathroom was big and the soap, towel, and shampoo was lovely. No toothbrush, no toothpaste.
The location was the most scary and I did not feel safe, as a matter of fact, my friend was unfortunately attacked and his gold necklace was stolen just outside the hotel, there are alot of homeless roaming around and it would not be safe to go home late.

I would say the check-in time was kind of flexible, but you're better off on the streets.
A couple days ago we needed to book a last minute hotel, because we would be stuck in Brussels due to a sudden strike. This hotel had a late check-in time and we needed to be quick, but on the site it looks very decent. We called in advance to ask if we would arrive late, and that wasn't a problem since there were a couple rooms ready and free.
However, getting there, the room was NOTHING like the pictures. That in itself is not the end of the world for me and would be solved by a reduction or even a clear explanation.
But the room was also extremely dirty. The cabins being half off, the shower doors bending and the wallpaper hanging loose are nothing in comparison to the rust and mold. There were toothpaste spots on the mirror and bathroom door and the most disgusting part were SPERM stains around the bed board... I was honestly shook. All of the fabric had suspicious stains on it as well and the floor was dirty (we took of our shoes, force of habit: big mistake). My partner didn't want to stay there, even if it meant paying almost double the price for a taxi. We felt so dirty because of the hectic vacation we had, but still felt like showering there would leave us more dirty. We didn't stay there, we went downstairs. The receptionist couldn't really give us much information or cancel/refund our stay. He was honest enough to tell us that it sometimes happens that people run out (?!) and that I should definetly try to get my money back.
I book hotels regularly, but I have never felt so betrayed by a booking site. This doesn't come close to legal advertisement anymore, neither does it follow any hygiene regulations. The hotel shouldn't exist without legal consequences and Booking.com shouldn't offer it on there site.
Photo's: above the bed isn't very clear, but it's black mold. The shower also had a smell of urine.

Price was very reasonable plus they keep your stuff even after you check out.
Didn’t feel safe inside the hotel room. Lots of noice and shouting outside our room.
The neighborhood is very creepy,
Hotel staff not very friendly
Rooms not very clean at all!

Location near the train station is great for quick in/out of the city. The price was one of the lowest for a reasonable place. The people at reception spoke english and was easy to ask questions and get help.
BED BUGS!!! woke up to some bites after the first night. The ventilator in the bathroom didn't work so the air stuck there. Had to open the bathroom door and window for several hours a day for it get better.

Great location; only a short walk from Brussels-Midi station.
Staff were all nice and very helpful, with great language skills (spoke to me in fluent English, but Italian was heard in addition to the expected French).
The room (en suite bathroom in particular) could have been cleaned a lot more thoroughly before arrival (there were marks and stains on the floor, walls and (surprisingly) the TV), as well as there being holes in the walls from previous lighting arrangements.
The shower holder was also broken.
If you're a light sleeper, this would not be a great place to stay at all: very little in the way of soundproofing. Both nights I stayed, loud music could be heard from either another room or (more likely) an adjoining building. There was also a 3am wake up from another guest, although that is not the fault of the hotel.
The breakfast was not good value for money at all - at €7.50, I would have expected a bit more to it.
The décor in the entrance of the hotel was quite tasteless too, particularly the weird caricature statue lamp things.
