Really basic place to sleep but also really cheap

Good location, cheap and okay beds

No curtains, One toilet for the whole building which also served as the shower. So if somebody is showering you can't use the toilet.

Location was good.

Cleanliness of room fixtures and linen. Comforters provided were visibly dirty, old and worn. Shower head in bathroom was extremely dirty. Condition of apartment was below standard, damage to walls in bathroom area. Half roll of toilet paper was provided. No hairdryer in room.

WORST EXPERIENCE - scam❗️

The property owner is a scam. He gave us a room completely different from any of the pictures ( offered a person to sleep on a cot / stretcher - unbelievable)- after complaining about the whole situation he replies with - « I had some reasons/issue, therefore changed it ) Upon arrival, he demanded €100 in cash as a deposit—even though my card is already saved on the booking platform. we are left outside at night and had to improvise finding a new place .. despite having already paid for the booking.

We booked the hotel one day before arrival. This hotel turned out to be a scam. They charged us for our stay and did not allow us to enter the room because they tried to charge us 300 euros through the card for the reservation. We rented a hotel for just one night, and we were ready to pay cash for the reservation, since the money would be returned by card in a week. As a result, we were not allowed into the hotel and I ask you to return the money and hide this hotel from your website because they are scammers

Comfy and fancy bedroom, don’t expect anything else.

The room and the view from there was nice.

There’s no parking space, the “hotel” was not clearly identified (considering that we arrived at night). The “amenities” are not identified so we never saw any kitchen or garden.

Terrible staff, good rooms

The rooms are big, it’s in a good/safe area

The staff didn’t talk in english and when we arrived at the property, they made us pay 50€ for a deposit, without it being clarified in the website. They announce that guests can use the kitchen but didn’t let us know at what time. That so, one morning we were going to use it and the door was locked so we called the manager that refused to talk in english and screamed at the phone. In addition, there was a broken lamp in the room that they never fixed and just left it there.

Poor communication, nice area

Room was a nice temperature and bed was comfy

Sign from the front of the property has been removed due to large scale scaffolding works ongoing to front of building - we were not made aware of this before and spent an hour walking around in below zero temperatures, getting one word unhelpful responses from the hosts and eventually had to ask some locals. In the property we were only provided with one toilet paper roll that was mostly finished for our en-suite and hosts did not understand when we asked for more. Loud drilling noises coming from works on the front of the building. Other rooms can be heard very clearly from eachother.

The apartment was close to the metro station.

The young man was very helpful.

I had concerns until I got to the building. But when I got there and rang the bell a young man whose name was Yaser opened the door. Until then I couldn't get clear information on how to enter the building. And another thing the shower was too small.

They demanded a Caution for 100€ which I paid. I Wanted to extend for another night instead of checking out early and checking in again and I was to pay 30€ more for extending. I politely ask them to remove the 30€ from my deposit. But now they are demanding I pay the 30€ first so that they can send my Deposit back . And I’m politely telling them to just send me 70 € . They were not saying anything about returning the deposit. I paid the deposit on 28th now is on 9th August and I’m still waiting for the refund. I had actually booked the Apartment

I would not stay here again!

In my opinion, the owner seemed rude to me from the time he opened the door. I had attempted to ring the bell multiple times after the 4PM check-in time allowed, and after using the booking.com communicator to let him know I was there after no answer, he opened the door and motioned to the bell multiple times like I was an idiot. The room was on the 4th floor (I believe), with no lift (elevator). When I messaged him for the password for the free Wi-Fi, he stated I already had it (I was never given it and it was not in the room anywhere). I know there was supposed to be laundry on site, but was unable to find it and already felt I wasn't going to get anywhere after the Wi-Fi incident. The room was quite noisy; you could hear every time someone went up and down the stairs, and you could hear talking late into the night. There was some parking on the street in front of the building but was afraid to move my vehicle as there were very few spaces, and they were not reserved for this location. While I was waiting for the owner to get back at 4PM (no early check in), I saw someone attempting to break into the cars on the street, leaving the feeling of the area being unsafe.

The location is connected to the city center with train. If you want to walk it will take about 30 minutes. The apartment is nice-looking..

The guy handling the property was one hour late and we had to wait outside the property with our 6 year old son till after midnight to receive the keys. The next day, he demanded 20 euro extra for one extra towel and the use of the laundry machine. This in spite of the owner (a nice lady) telling us that it was ok that we used the machine and we did not need to pay. He kept asking for it until I asked about the owners contact info. Only then did he stop spoiling our vacation.

Great, will stay again!

We stayed in a double room with a bathroom, it was perfect. Loads of space and very clean. It was quite quiet at night even though its on a main road. Check in was late but check out at 11am was great, walking distance to the main square and beds were super comfy! Will stay again when back in Belgium!

I didn't read all the terms and conditions and was taken aback by the deposit needed for a key. My own fault! Deposit was returned super fast after check out.

The room was dirty. The host didn't speak English. The garden was a ruin. The description of the property doesn't meet the actual situation. The shower was dirty. No coffee/tea maker. No refrigerator No kitchen (there was a "PRIVATE" sign on the kitchen door). No hairdryer. No terrace No TV area.
