It was not very convenient

Difficult to find, room was not cleaned when I came in, there was dirty underwear and socks under the bed, no safe locks and they did not mention when the time for close was for the booking.

It's a decent stay, if you are on budget.

Very basic hotel. Well I couldn't get a cheaper one. For a solo traveller like me, it was a good deal. Lift, oven and kettle are the attractive things I found in this hotel for that price.

Too small rooms and extremely small bathrooms, but the price just keep you happy comparing to other hotels.

Was quite skeptical seeing the ratings but it definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff was amazing super helpful and sweet, room was small but value for money, we had no issues during our stay. It is in the perfect location. You can definitely visit.

Rooms were a bit small and also cpuld hear my neighbor's talking in my room, which could be disturbing at times.

Affordable, cozy hotel. Perfect for solo traveles.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. Lots of shops and restaurants around the area.

Room was small, quite tight in the bathroom. The hot water took a while to heat up, was sat waiting for about 20mins.

It was one of a very few "cheap" hotels. For me it was just a base that I never intended to spend all day in. It was fairly easy to find, within walking distance of Brussels Midi (20 minutes). There was a fan in the room but no aircon unit. It´s a pretty quiet road

The fridge didn´t work. One of the tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen. So small they put the sink in the room. Other rooms may well be bigger, this may just be a room for an individual.

Location city centre with a lot of buzzing cafes walking distance while quiet in the night. Bed was comfortable!

Property Maintenance. Showerdoor broken and poorly glued together. Toiletrole holder fell off the wall. Showerhead couldn’t be moved up. Window couldn’t properly close. Everything worked, but was in dire need of replacement or professional fixing. Breakfast seemed included, I was just asked whether I wanted to make a ‘reservartion’ for it. Turns out the word ‘reservation’ has devaluated. It no longer means: “hold my spot”. It means “buy”.

I would like a hotel located in the center of Brussels to meet at least the minimum sanitary requirements.

The only plus of the hotel is its location. 10 minutes from the center, 2 minutes from excellent restaurants of Belgian cuisine, everything is at hand.

The room was very dirty and shabby. Napkins with unknown contents from previous guests, the bathroom in a terrible state, as well as all the accessories that were either torn or rusty. The most important thing is that there was not even warm water in the tap.... considering that the price for the room is not the smallest for such a state

This hotel is very close to the center. My little daughter, my wife, and I easily walked to the Grand Place in Brussels.

We booked a triple bedroom (1 double + 1 single), but my room had 3 single beds. The staff coordinated with us to move the beds and solve the problem

Location at short walking distance to restaurants , bars , Grande Place etc

They try to keep up the cleanliness of the hotel - but it needs an important renovation . Carpets are very old and worn out . The one person room was very small and the toilet in front of the shower which was therefore hard to reach

this is a hard one as you find out later,,I am a H&S Auditor so I notice alot The bed was the best thing, very comfortable and the receptionist was brilliant

cleanliness, state of place, it’s like they are trying but not quick enough, it need closed for a few months and renovations carried out, from front door to reception to lift to floor corridor to bathroom

You get your money’s worth

The hotel is located very well close to the attractions. The check in and check out was very easy. Beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Breakfast not possible as it was undergoing some renovations. The room was not so clean and the heater in the bathroom was running non-stop. The room was full of stains including some black dots in the white wall.

Nice staff and location but low room and buildings quality

Near to the Center and the staff really friendly and so nice.

It was a pretty old building and the room it self smells really weird.. I kept the windows open all night to be able to sleep. the staff was nice and offered to change the room but the smell was over all. no matters how many times the staff cleaned the rooms I think the whole building needs renovation.

A good night's sleep, but far from perfect

Slept very well, the bed was comfortable, the surroundings and the room were quiet. The staff was very friendly and capable.

The bathroom: old, not very clean and actually dangerous, a broken tile in front of the bathtub in my room could cut your feet! Hopefully not all rooms have that issue.
