Fish Market B&B

Everything. The owner was so welcoming, the room was amazing and so quirky, the bathroom was so well equipped, the breakfast was lovely, the facilities were so so good. The area was full of restaurants but was so quiet so sleeping was no problem. We loved everything about this amazing B and B. The art in the foyer was BEAUTIFUL. We are going back next week.

Excellent B and B. The room is large, spotless and comfortable. The host is welcoming and breakfast was fresh and ample. The out door terrace is lovely.

It’s a great property with a great location. Love the bathroom. Breakfast was nice. There’s actually a gym and sauna. Host was very nice and helpful and tried to make my stay more bearable.

I’m trying to be fair and I know this is not the fault of the host … however, the lack of any cooling during heatwaves is a killer. Yes, they are rare occurrences. But they do occur and more often with climate change. The oppressive heat detracts from any enjoyment of the place. The whole house is hot, even the common areas. There is nowhere to hide. My room was at the top floor and I think received the afternoon sun. It was almost hellish to stay in the room but I was so jet lagged I just wanted to lie down. I hope they take more measures to ease the heat when they occur (awnings or shutters on windows, better insulation, or installing air-conditioning of some sort) or just not rent out the rooms during really bad heatwaves (refer your customers somewhere else if they booked with you).
