Alex is a great host. He allowed us early check-in and introduced everything about the apartment. He even prepared a very early breakfast for us as we needed to catch early flight. We booked three rooms. Each room is spacious and super clean. We all like it very much. This is the best accommodation among all during this Belgium and Holland trip.

Beds are amazing. I rent it only because Bookings filter had the option soundproof. Food is great.
Noise from cars passing by and people shouting or ringing the doorbells. Anyone could hear the footsteps. I asked for the most quiet room as a very sensitive person. Otherwise I could sleep on the floor just to have silence. I find the guy in charge of housing to be not very serious. It is like he takes things subjective when people expect him to be serious. Yes is yes and No is No. Quiet means absence of noise. If there is noise, it is not quiet. Simple. Why is that some people are so stupid? Stop putting soundproof when you can hear traffic and people outside the room.
