I often stay at this hotel when I’m on a business trip to Brussels. I value, the location, the welcoming feel of the place and the owner. I enjoy sitting out on the terrace working when weather permits, the short walk to work and customer friendly owner. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Lovely quirky hotel with interesting art displayed. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

A very cozy and charming hotel

A very cozy and welcoming little hotel in the heart of Bruges. The lovely, hospitable owner, the clean room, and the fantastic location create a true European charm. The only nuance is the very creaky floor. If you, like me, appreciate peace and quiet to fully enjoy your stay, this detail may be a bit distracting. We plan our trips, we dream about them, we invest in them — and such small things can sometimes influence the overall impression. But still, considering the perfect location, the cleanliness, and the exceptionally warm hospitality, I can’t lower my rating. This hotel truly deserves it, and I’m happy to give it the highest score.

For me, peace and quiet are very important, and the floor in the room was extremely creaky. Even a light step made quite a loud sound, which can be uncomfortable — especially if two people are staying in the room and one of them is sleeping. This is something to keep in mind when choosing the hotel. However, despite this nuance, I still gave the property a high rating because it truly has many positive qualities.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped rooms. Excellent lounge and kitchen with drink facilities. Lovely decor mix of old and modern. Very convenient location for city centre

Great place in Brussels.

The place is very near everything including the tourist sites and the shopping centre but quite quiet. It is very clean, a mix of old and new, and the room is quite big. Alex, our host was very helpful and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The bed is 2 single beds combined so there's a dip in the middle. Otherwise, its a perfect stay.

Fantastic stay and the host makes you feel very comfortable instantly.

This is a lovely B&B on 2 floors in an old traditional high-ceiling stone building. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is excellent (not too soft, proper support). The bathroom is modern, spacious and clean with a proper sliding door. This makes it good for couples since you have plenty of space. The breakfast is nice. The location is excellent. I found it by simply going for 9+ accommodations with sauna, but the sauna is just a very small one thucked away in de basement gym. Not very inviting to use. Its there if you *need* it, I am not sure you would just go there for leisure. For a B&B, its really great that they are offering this! If you expect more, a wellness hotel (much higher priced) might make more sense.

This is just a minor thing (if I have to come up with something..): Since its an old building, whenever someone is walking in the stairway/busy in kitchen, the noise will echo and you'll be affected in your room. However, its really just a small B&B: minimal foottraffic and I believe they only have 2 rooms anyway. You won't hear other guests in their room for example, so I suppose they wont hear you either. My main dislike: the price. But I have to be honest: all comparable options were even higher priced! Maybe its just me but I find Brussel accommodations extremely overpriced in general (compared to much nicer Belgian cities like Gent and Brugge). I had no choice, I was traveling for work. So this is not really a negative point for the B&B, more for the city. If you are vacationing and you have FOMO for Brussels, this is probably the most value you can get in this city, in the category of its level of luxury/comfort.

Lovely room in a great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was served at 9 which seemed a little late. But our room (2) was directly below the dining room so it was nice not to have traffic above us early in the morning.

A fabulous little hotel - great location!

Fabulous location and spacious, comfortable room! Alex the host was a superstar! He organised early breakfast one day and was always happy and smiling. Breakfasts were superb - individual too! A wealth of healthy ingredients and a range of foods. I’ll definitely stay again when back in Brussels!

Restful. Safe. Splendid.

Alex was a fantastic host—thorough, approachable, and having a can-do attitude. The rooms are huge, which gives you a sense of comfort right from the start. We just came from the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Spa, so we were exhausted. We slept well and rested enough to explore the city on foot. The apartment is within walking distance to everything—13 minutes to the Grand Palace, for example. Our flight was early in the morning and Alex made sure we had some pastries to start our journey. We would love to come back and stay here again!

The stairs, but it wasn't too bad. Our companions were elderly, so they stayed in the room on the lower floor. We hoped our rooms would be next to each other, but that wasn't possible. Again, the house is historic, so you basically get what you get; however, it's beautifully remodeled with modern conveniences.

Fabulous place near everything you want to see.

Such a lovely place. So full of art and special things. We loved the location which is not in the midst of the tourist trap but which an easy 5 mins walk away. Alex was so helpful but also unobtrusive. The darling dog Luna was such a treat. Breakfast was substantial.

Fantastic, friendly stay, close to everything!

This was a lovely stay. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great! The sit down breakfast was delightful, and we were able to prepare a picnic breakfast to carry for our touring days. The coffee was spectacular, and the terrace was so relaxing!! We would definitely stay here again, the staff was so kind and accommodating- especially little Luna, the miniature Italian Greyhound, who gave us puppy love!!

Great B&B in a great location in Brussels.

We loved the Fish Market B&B. Alex the host was charming and helpful. Our room was large with beautiful high ceilings and French door windows. Breakfast was terrific…croissant, pain au chocolat, fruit, cheese, prosciutto and muesli to choose from. The location is perfect being a very easy 8-10 minute walk to Le Grand Place with lots of really nice restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

The location is wonderful, everything that is interesting (sights, shops, art galleries), beautiful (parks) or delicious (restaurants) is within short walking distance. On top of this, a very clean metro station is just two minutes away. The house itself is nice from the outside and absolutely stylish and beautiful inside. The apartment was huge, design-oriented and comfortable, the bed fantastic. Breakfast in the stylish kitchen with all other guests at a large table was plentiful and the conversation a delight. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast near Christmas Market

The location was perfect! A 1 minute walk to the Christmas Market! The building is beautiful, and the art/decorations were equally amazing. The host was incredibly friendly and really, really helpful! The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities on-site were fantastic, too!

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great.
