Perfect stay

Absolutely stunning hotel in an incredible historic setting with lavish interiors and a feeling of luxury throughout. The breakfast room in particular was amazing. The staff were delightful. Highly recommended.

Found a long hair in bed and then found. Some kind of dried item also in bed. Put it in small bag and showed it to front desk. They said it was not bug( I agree) but still was not pleasant. Wasn’t looking for compensation but though a mild adjustment was warranted

Friendly staff, good local knowledge, amazing service, helpful. The location was perfect. All the monuments and sightseeings were within walking distance. The room was perfectly clean. Very welcoming.

Delightful hotel very central, incredible friendly staff

Loved the personal touches, hand written welcome note, bags placed in our room so when we can back from exploring the city the bags were there. Staff were so friendly,helpful and welcoming

My room was quite warm (in winter), and being centrally regulated I wasn't able to change that. Had to open the window to cool it down.

Amazing fecor, fantastic ambience and top-notch customer service!

Location was amazing as was the decor, layout and design of not just the rooms but the whole hotel. You could tell that it was planned as an experience - not merely a place to stay as there was a calming scent throughout the building.

The restaurant was not open which was a shame as I got back to the room from a busy work day and didn’t t want to go out again.

The property and our room was so beautiful, clean, spacious, stylish and so well taken care off. Comfortable bed and bathroom, spacious and equipped. The location is excelent, did most of activities by foot and had just a great time. Staff at front desk is so polite, friendly and so helpfull. Breakfast is great with a lot of options to eat. Definetly recommend and would stay again when in Brussels.

Doesn’t really classify as a dislike since we still had a great time, but despite the great diversity options at Breakfast, the reposition of itens could be better. Maybe we just got there at a peak of guests, but it seemed a little understaffed for service.

Great location

Our room was beautiful and quiet. It was incredibly spacious and we appreciated the extra room.

It was so hot in our room. The AC was locked and we could not control it. At midnight I woke up sweating and my husband was awake and hadn’t fallen asleep yet because of the room temp. I walked down to the front desk to ask for help and he tried to make an adjustment. He was very nice but it didn’t change anything. If we had been staying two nights we would have requested another room.

Wonderful place in beautiful Brussels

Beautiful, with old world charm with modern renovations, spacious new bathroom, delicious breakfast, fantastic easy walking location to everything you want to see for all the sites. Great food hall market on same block perfect for lunch etc.

Amazing stay for the most part except for one thing!

- location is amazing - property looks AMAZING - staff is friendly and attentive - beautifully decorated - clean washroom

The room and washroom was spotless except for the bed sheets. I saw a couple of hairs and tried to ignore them and thought maybe it was the cleaning person, until I opened up the bedsheets and saw popcorn kernels in the bed as well as more hair… by the way they offer popcorn to buy. 100% the bedsheet were NOT changed. Told the front desk and they had someone change them immediately. As much as I appreciate how quick they are to get things fixed, this shouldn’t have happened at all. Very disappointing as I was so excited to stay at this hotel too. I’m hoping this comment helps stop this from happening again because other than that, the hotel is quite amazing.

Excellent option in Brussels

The 29€ per person/day breakfast charge seems a bit excessive. The small all day gratis coffee lounge sort of made up for it. There was no room service available at the hotel which seem odd as well and was the reason we rated it a 9/10. On another bonus note, the Wolf Food Court less then 100 yards down the street was a pleasant surprise although it was not open for breakfast.

Great location, spacious room, breakfast experience could be better

The location and rooms are great. Located in the heart of the city centre and rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds and in room facilities are very good.

Interaction from staff was limited. Breakfast was not a 4 star experience. One person at peak time is not enough, guests had to look for a table and some items were not present at time of arrival. In some cases the waiter didn't put right priorities and/or was clear that he wanted to clean everything at the same moment. Here the guest interaction was good but in some cases too long and other guests had to wait.

Luxury without a huge price tag!

Fantastic position, in the heart of Brussels with all the convinces close by. Street food hall is next door. Very tastefully decorated, very clean, fabulous breakfast and the staff bent over backwards to assist me with anything I needed. Not to mention complementary water chocolates, biscuits, tea and coffee every day of my stay. A luxurious hotel without the huge price tag.

Amazing hotel, very friendly & helpful staff, going the extra mile for customers satisfaction. Rooms are well decorated and equipped. Very clean, one of the best in its class when it comes to cleanness.

May be better placement of the safe deposit box! Higher shelf rather than at the bottom. Access to it as is was a bit difficult.

Location and hotel interior were excellent. Breakfast offered a good choice of fresh foods with something for everyone. In contrast the staff on reception were - without exception - excellent and went above and beyond to help. Friendly and informative at check in and always happy to help with recommendations. Possibly the best I have experienced in that role.

Staff covering the breakfast appeared to be under pressure - which showed - and perhaps could have benefitted from some customer training. Also for breakfast, more berries would have been useful as they often ran out and the coffee pod machine could have been better. The pods were weak and the coffee only tepid. Some guests had difficulty operating it which caused delays.

Excellent hotel in central Brussels

Location excellent 5 minutes to the Galleries and shops, Wolf restaurants were literally next door where you could have any cuisine you like. Hotel front desk open 24 hours, great amenities in the hotel rooms: excellent bed and bedding, large bathrooms, modern chic furnishings.

A gem of a hotel in the heart of Brussels!

What’s a delightful surprise Hotel Fleur de Ville was on our short trip through Brussels! The staff went above and beyond, they hotel itself is extremely well done and the food was excellent!

The only drawback was the construction next door that couldn’t be helped, but it did not detract from the beautiful setting of the hotel and it’s accommodations.

A very enjoyable stay in a great hotel. Will definitely come back.

Everything. The hotel was beautiful, well maintained and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Celyan and Lous went out of their way to help us buy our train tickets and were patient with our numerous questions. The breakfast was great and so was the dinner. The beds were very comfortable and was happy to see my favorite products( Aesop) in the bathroom.
