Dirty rooms

Staff were friendly and it was in a good location

As well as myself, 3 other colleagues stayed in the hotel and all of our rooms were dirty. I personally found hair in my bedsheets, and in the bathroom. It was also dusty. My one colleague described his bed as "smelly".

Great location close to the Center, the breakfast was very good and varied. The room was good and had everything we needed.

Central location adequate hotel

Breakfast was great, staff were helpful, we were asked for feedback live

Baggage storage at check in did not seem secure, hotel appeared understaffed, directions to the car park were unclear. hopefully the upcoming renovations cure these shortcomings

Frustrating

The location is good

Room service operates within a limited time frame, unlike other hotels. We had to wake up at 11 so the housekeeper could clean the room, and we went out because the bedsheets needed to be changed. However, she barely cleaned and didn’t change the sheets — she left them dirty as they were. When we checked with the reception, they said they don’t change bed sheets every day, but ours were clearly dirty, so even if it’s not their daily routine, they still should have been replaced.

Great location, only a few minutes walk away from the nearest Metro station and close to the Grand Place. Friendly staff with a warm welcome on arrival. Good selection for breakfast.

Perfect location for solo traveller

This hotel was in a great (and safe ) location close to everything a tourist would need. Inclusive buffet breakfast was perfect

It is a 3 star hotel so appears a little dated eg you have to carry a physical key around with you, but it is definitely value for money

The sink was blocked and bedroom light by the bed didn’t work. Being a Sunday there was no one to take care of it.

Quiet, convenient, clean and close.

This hotel was a perfect location for an affordable price. Walking distance to everything or a train ride away. 2 mins walk and you were in the heart of everything. Breakfast was basic.

aircon not working too well but opening window helped a lot 😊 breakfast could improve a little … but still lots there - my son loved the pancakes

Great stay

The staff was extreme friendly at check in. Rooms were bigger than expected. Everything we wanted to see was within a walking distance. We had 3 rooms on the 1st floor and everyone slept well. Breakfast had good options. Would recommend.

I would give this hotel 9/10

Such a great hotel, was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and a great selection. The location is superb, everything you could possibly want on its door step. Most tourists sites within a short 5 minute walk, including the "hop on hop off" bus tour stops. Wifi worked great and a large selection of TV channels to choose from and catering for many languages.

The only things I didn't like where no1. the pillows in the bedrooms were very short more like cushions. no2. there was a slight unpleasant smell in the hallway and upon entering the lobby area

Great hotel, Staff and Location

My first time visiting Brussels, The staff were fantastic! The location is great (There is a restaurant on the street behind the hotel that is really good and the staff are great too, Called "9 et voisins". The room was fantastic and the bed was very comftable, If you require a quiet room you can ask on your booking for a room at the back of the hotel. Some advice, If you head out at night time avoid going south of the city as it seems to be not as safe as the rest of the city.But the hotel and hotel location is a safe place 🙂

Reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect to all amenities

The beds were uncomfortable, and there were stains on the pillows. Kettle didn't work. Paper cups are not applicable, with a poor supply of coffee and tea.

Budget Conscious Hotel in the Heart of Brussels Centraal.

Central location near most tourist sites and good restaurants. Good room size. Very clean.

Breakfast is ok but somewhat limited in choices. Only cold options. Some staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly the young lady from Colombia. Toilet paper is like sandpaper. Limited and low budget amenities are adequate.

Hotel staff is very courteous. Working break fast. Very centrally located. Walking distance from bruxells midi and walkable to many attractions including grand place. Close to lot of pubs, shopping centre sity 2 and taxi stand and metro. If one is short of time next place to be around to see the main attractions within least possible time.

A memorable stay while in Brussels

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, fresh and plentiful. The breakfast room was big with adequate seating. The location was easily walkable to the city center and the train station. My room was big and comfy.

The hotel is very close to all attractions and restaurants. Room was very spacious

Our lights were out during one night and a morning. They offered for us to shower in another room but they didn't offer us a partial money back for that night. One reception guy was not accommodating at all.

Wonderful

Atlas hotel was perfectly located and had lots of Christmas markets and a variety of shops, restaurants and bars around it. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend Atlas hotel. The breakfast was great and the perfect continental breakfast to start the day with lots of bread, meats, cheeses, granola, pastries and fruit.
