Location was great and our room was very clean
Wasn’t expecting to have the bath in the room with the bed, not that this was bad just not something we are used to. Also no kettle, which after a long day of travelling, dampened our spirits just a little. But apart from that, a lovely visit

Excellent location, incredibly central.
The single room was small but carefully designed, easy to stay in and very comfortable.
The only issue was the lift was out of order

Location only
Elevator is not working. The A/ C was not working and the room was not good. I tried to call the customer service number but nobody is responding or they were saying they are not responsible for the hotel. Also, they were slow to answer the messages on the app/ website. It took for me ask to change the room and the room to be changed.
