    Very noisy outside on weekends as they party ALL night. Must be able to climb stairs. Must pay taxes prior to getting codes to enter. Otherwise excellent location,clean,and comfortable.

    Self service hotel above a restaraunt/bar in a busy area. Very loud until early hours of the morning, which wouldn't be an issue if you could keep the windows closed, but AC is broken. Lots of cigarette smoke below so if windows are open, it completely fills the room. Room is very tiny and the shower is a terrible design - shower is right next to bed with no separation and drain is semi clogged and there's no ledge so water spills out into the room. Also has no elevator and tight/steep stairs.

    Stayed in two junior suites. The hotel is centrally located in a desirable area that is close to the central palace and a good selection of restaurants. The bar of hotel itself was very lively and patronized by a large Brazilian contingent celebrating a band that night. That said there was great entertainment . The downside was the broken elevator which walking to the 4th floor a bit of a challenge. Courteous and helpful staff

    This hotel is in a great location - central to most things. But with that came insanely loud music, screaming and noise from the streets until 5 am. Its right above a bar and its LOUD. I did not sleep at all, which was really unfortunate since I had an early morning and long day of travel ahead. Would not recommend this hotel if intend to sleep.
