Bright Brussels festival

Comfortable beds and location close to city centre.

We stayed on a Saturday evening with the family. Unfortunately the club below us played music late until 3am the morning and made it impossible to sleep. This is not the hotels problem but contribute to the location and a night's rest not possible.

Great place to stay in the city heart

Our room was big and well-prepared with the extra sofa bed for our child. The location is very centralized and convenient, But noisy. I'm very satisfied.

The room is well designed and very clean. The bed is confortable. The shower is really good. Good location.

Excellent Location! We walked everywhere we needed to be. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The restaurant in the hotel opens early for coffee, food and beer. Very convenient!

Location, reception staff, cleanliness, great value (at the €120 a night I paid), staff giving out cookies at checkout was nice gesture

The hotel staff was not very attentive, the breakfast very average and not everything felt so fresh or clean. For a family maybe it is not the place, because the hotel is located around bars and restaurants, a sector with a lot of nightlife.

Expected a boutique hotel, got a noisy party hub instead.

Staff was friendly.

Nowhere on the website did it mention the hotel is right in the middle of the party zone. Bars everywhere (including the "boutique" hotel's own bar, drunk noisy crowds literally all night until 7 am, when cleaning machines came through - impossible to sleep. Cleaning was inconsistent: very poor after the first night, a bit better after the second. Wi-Fi was terrible. Definitely not recommended for anyone wanting a quiet or comfortable stay.

Disappointing Hotel

Perfect location very near to the city center. This is the only positive point.

Many negative points need to be mentioned: 1- The room design is very bad. Can you imagine that they are putting the bathtub in front of the bed without any private area instead of putting it in the bathroom like all other hotels. This means that any 2 people in the room who might be friends, brothers, sisters or even a man with daughter should take the shower one in front of the other person and when I requested to change the room I was told that all rooms have the same odd design. It is really something disgusting. 2- The room telephone was not working so you have to go to the reception if you need anything instead of calling them and when I requested an alternative the lady in the reception lied on me saying that this is the same problem in many other rooms which was not correct. 3- The hotel stairs are very narrow and not suitable for most of people to be used. I have to wait for the elevator otherwise the stairs may cause that I may fall down. 4- The room view was awful as if it is a cemetery. The most negative thing is that when I mentioned all these negative points to the lady in the reception she answered me "I can give you back your money and you can search another place". This phrase chocked me. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone searching for good place to stay in brussels except for the good location.

Not great if you wanna sleep well during the night!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The location is great to go around, but a hell during the night! We had a room on the first floor facing the street, it was badly insulated and the noise was crazy! We couldn’t sleep till 4 in the morning, and we were using earplugs! The bed was also very uncomfortable, the mattress looked very old and deformed, a side was completely sunked.

Wouldn't stay again, okay for 1 night.

The location is excellent, the staff were friendly. The bar/lounge area at front of hotel is nice. We really enjoyed our time in Brussels itself.

The room was unpleasant, the fridge didn't keep drinks cold, broken blind... but more significantly, the room wasn't clean, stains evident around room, headboard collecting significant dust... We only stayed 1 night as a stop over but wouldn't choose again.

DISASTER, had 2 pay 2 nigths but just stayed 1 night

The location was perfect, downtown Brussel, but the hotel was a chatastrophy, no compensation in spite the bad conditions on the room. We had to move to another hotel.

Upon our arrival late Sunday evening, we encountered several unacceptable issues in the room that severely affected our comfort and the quality of our stay: 1. Shower Malfunction: The shower door would not close properly, causing water to flood the bathroom floor and spill into the hallway. This created not only a significant inconvenience but also a potential safety hazard. 2. Bed Issue: The bed on my wife’s side was slanted and leaning towards the wall, making it extremely uncomfortable for her to sleep. As a result, she was unable to rest properly — an issue that is especially problematic considering we were on a business trip and needed proper rest for our work commitments.

It was close to everything.

Room was super loud, bc bar downstairs and partying on street. Our room didn’t have a shower - just hand held and the tub drain didn’t plug. Decore was weird. 3 star hotel.

Fabulous in all aspects

Everything was superb. The staff attitude and their helpfulness was beyond expectations. The Hotel transforms from a loudly bar at night to a quiet boutique hotel by morning. The loudness of the Bar did not Impact our stay at all. Everything was close by. The staff was very helpful in any situation that arose Keep up the great work and please pass our gratitude to the front desk and bar staff. I will be recommending this hotel for my friends

Great location!

The location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance to all the things in town. The space also feels clean and the staff are very friendly.

The room was inside facing so it was very dark, although we didn’t spend much time here so that didn’t bother us much. It’s also a bit uncomfortable to constantly walk through the restaurant instead of a separate hotel door.

Charming boutique hotel in a great, central location

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It is only a 5-min walk from the Grand Place and is in a lovely area with lots of bars and eateries yet our room was quiet. The hotel is part of a brasserie/bar so there is a lovely terrace upon entering where you can have a drink/food. We didn’t eat here and didn’t pay for breakfast but it looked great from what we saw. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were super friendly.

My room was facing on the main street with a lot of noise from the several bars during the night - until 4am. In winter months I guess there should be no problem but in the summer with a lot of young people enjoying their drinks outside, it is an issue.

My room was a really good size, it had a balcony and a really nice view. Also had a bath which was a nice bonus. The hotel was in a great location though probably not ideal for someone who who is a light sleeper as there was a lot of noise form outside even with the windows fully closed. .

One of the few hotels I've been to where there was a kettle but no complimentary coffee or tea sachets, would have been a nice touch. Also, took about 10 minutes for service at the reception to check in, the person who served me wasn't particularly friendly either.
