The location is very good. Close to the Metro station and lots of shops, restuarants and a cheap supermarket. Staff are happy to communicate on Whatsapp. I came via Eurostar and it was only a few stops on the metro from Brussels Midi station.
The room is a bit dark. There are two late-night bars next to the hotel, so can be lively in the area. Close the window to shut out the noise. Bathroom looks a bit tired and shower is small, but functional.

The location is near the train station and main tourist attractions, which is a good point. The staff are friendly and supportive, and we can keep our luggage there for free.
However, it's also located near 2 bar/pubs, which are quite loud at night. The lighting in the room is quite bad.
