A very well located pension of the 80s

The location is very convenient, very close to Saint Gery, the Grand Place and other areas with restaurant and shopping. The room size was ok.

The hotel is very old, I was feeling back in the 80s! I was not feeling confident to use the elevator (not a problem as I was in the 2nd floor). The toilet could be cleaner and definetely needs a renewal.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. On top of that, the location is fantastic—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring the area so easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Amazing!

I saw all the previous reviews and was scared. When I arrived at the hotel I had a really positive experience; the very kind receptionist allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier, the hotel is old but clean and maintained. the location was the best it could be in Brussels, the room was small but very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was also small but very functional. an excellent surprise!

The hotel location is perfect.

We didn’t get an access card to enter the hotel. We had to call the owner every time which we found a bit odd. Also the room has No fridge, No boiler, No Coffea, No shower Gel and No hair dryer etc. In short it’s not fun to stay inside the room as it has No facilities, but the great location made up for it.

Perfect pleasant hotel in the very centre of Brussels

The hotel is under new management. The refurbishment has been carried out with taste and keeping elements of the previous design, which give a sense of history (back to the 1980s). But all of this has been done carefully. It is a small hotel with very reasonable prices in one of the busiest neighbours of Brussels also at night. The windows are modern, so the noise, which is inevitable in this part of the city can be kept out - even though you may decide to keep them open and sleep through it, which I did. The manager is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, polite and cultured and the overall experience was excellent.

I think hotel owners should reconsider naming the hotel. “Below Average Hotel” can be a good substitute for “Best Hotel”

Check in did not go smoothly, 4 bank cards were not accepted by the hotel’s poorly connected visa machine. The room and the bed sheets were not clean. Water in the toilet seat kept pouring non-stop all night The shower hardly pours water. ZERO privacy. Had to speak very quietly since figured out how thin walls were. I Was hearing other guests talking, even using the toilet!! Their mobile vibrations and notifications!! For this very same reason, i hardly slept. Smell of smoke and weed even though the booked room was in a non-smoking floor..

Molto calda e accogliente.

Bagno un po’ datato, mancanza di un microonde nella reception. C’è la macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore. Siamo arrivate alle 14, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz’ora che arrivasse il proprietario ad aprirci. Fortunatamente c’era il signore della biancheria esterna che ci ha fatto accomodare. Il proprietario, oggi prima delle partenza, mi ha regalato l’ombrello perché pioveva. Molto carino e gentile.

La posizione era davvero ottima, praticamente in centro città si può arrivare facilmente a piedi alle principali attrazioni presenti città. In generale era anche abbastanza pulito e comodo, noi non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma avevamo la possibilità di usufruire della macchina per il caffè senza un limite.

Sicuramente starei più attenta alla doccia, l’unica pecca che mi sento di dire che ho trovato proprio scomoda e piena di calcare un po’ non curata. L’altra pecca è che essendo un centro o comunque in una zona con pub e locali c’erano rumori anche durante la notte.

Die Lage ist sensationell: Man ist mitten in der Stadt und kann viele schöne Ecken, das Nachtleben, Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichen.

Die Heizkörper haben weder im Badezimmer noch im Zimmer funktioniert. Das Badezimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Türen müssen abgeschlossen werden – wenn man das vergisst, kann jeder ungehindert hineingehen oder, wenn man nicht da ist, sogar etwas stehlen. Leider war die Dusche defekt: Mehr Wasser lief aus der Kabine, als dass es den Körper erreichte. Nach dem Duschen stand der Boden unter Wasser, und selbst die Decke war nass. Der Duschkopf war stark verrostet, sodass Wasser durch Löcher nach oben spritzte, während die Düsen nach unten verstopft waren.

El alojamiento estaba cerca de todo, y tiene todo lo necesario para estar bien un par de días. La cama era cómoda, y el tamaño de la habitación estaba genial. El wifi funcionaba bien, y yo que fui por trabajo era algo imprescindible para mi. El hombre que me atendió en recepción era muy amable. Me ayudo mucho y era muy simpático! Si lees esto, mil gracias de la chica de Tenerife!

No cambiaban la basura. Estuve toda mi estancia con las papeleras llenas de la basura acumulada de 5 días de estancia. Cambiaban las toallas, pero no se llevaban la basura ni limpiaban el baño.

Es un Hotel para ir uno o dos días.

El señor que me recibió fue muy amable, y me aconsejó lugares turísticos para recorrer. La ubicación es muy buena y algo positivo, es que te cambian las toallas todos los días.

Me tocó una habitación a la calle, por lo que había mucho ruido hasta las 2 am, por 3 bares que hay cerca. Igual, lo que no me gustó, es la limpieza, estuve 5 días y nunca pasaron la aspiradora o limpiaron el baño. Además, es muy oscuro, le falta iluminación a la habitación.

Hôtel à rafraichir et à nettoyer. Prises électriques sans caches, fils d'antenne TV qui pendent sans caches, réception TV par box aléatoire. Vieux meuble ikea en mauvais état. Aspirateur non passé sous le lit, restes de cheveux d'ancien locataire collés au murs, traces de chaussures sur le pas de porte, crasse sur la cabine de douche qui fuit, tellement de calcaire qu'on ne voit pas quel robinet est chaud ou froid etc. Accueil inexistant, un n° wahtsapp au cas ou.

Chegamos ao local e o hotel estava FECHADO, ou seja, ficamos na rua pois a informação de quem estava do lado de dentro e que nos atendeu e de que o hotel estava literalmente fechado - não por causa do horario - simplesmente FECHADO. Tivemos que sair em busca de um outro lugar para nos hospedarmos as pressas para não dormir na rua

Fenêtre peu insonorisées au dessus de bars animés. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire dans les chambres mais du café est disponible à la réception.
