Unusual (in the best way!) and very welcoming place that I would definitely recommend.

I'm a fan of animation, so the stop-mo animation projected in the room felt like it was specifically for me! Very friendly staff. Great location for what I needed to see and do.

I wish it hadn't been raining so much- not your fault! Took me a minute to figure out the shower gel dispenser, but that's also probably more my fault...

Lovely accommodation, lovely people, and very artsy rooms!

The artsy rooms were a lovely breath of fresh air. The breakfast was well-made and lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The directions given by them were clear and very easy to follow!

Some of the plug sockets could have been fixed and the lighting could be improved in some of the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Some upkeep/tender love and care, could take this place from very good to great!! But these are all very minor quibbles, overall we were very happy with our stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very cozy, and the location was perfect — easy to walk everywhere in Brussels. Great value for money!

Colorful and unique Brussels spot

This place is the best! Incredibly unique concept, a welcome reprieve from the grey Airbnb options in Brussels. Our room was full of amazing sculptures and installations by David Bade that made the brief night we spent there colorful and delightful. The staff were so friendly and warm, and the neighborhood was great! We also loved the cozy breakfast nook, the beautiful old building, and the terrace.

Fantastic stay at Druum

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly. The breakfast was gorgeous and set us up for the day. We stayed in the Matthieu Marche room which was so calming, and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up! Overall, highly recommended Druum!

The room is spacious and airy situated just a 15-minute walk from Grand Place offering easy access to the city center. The breakfast was good and the staff were exceptionally helpful ensuring a smooth stay. Clear and straightforward self-check-in instructions made arrival hassle-free.

An real antidote to vanilla hotel rooms

The decor of my room was fantastic- such a refreshing change to the ubiquity of vanilla hotel rooms. After a busy day wandering in Brussels, it was a pleasure to spend time in my beautiful room. I instantly warmed to the room - it felt more like a home bedroom than a hotel room. Also, the room was huge!

A bit more choice for breakfast would not have gone amiss.

Great experience!

We got a big room with a cute balcony. It was great to sit and have some snacks in the evening. Considering that Brüssel is such an expensive city, I think it was even cheap with a breakfast. We got to use the kitchen for preparing small meals. Also easy to get to the station.

Quirky place to stay, interesting decor

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room was decorated nicely and had a lovely bathroom including a bath and two showers. A fan was provided in the room. Location was ok but a little further out than we expected. Breakfast was provided and was tasty, a member of staff was on hand to cook us fresh eggs, coffee and fresh juice.

Unfortunately we had some initial difficulties with check in - we arrived late to see another person had also been assigned our room by mistake and was already in there, and that the room had not been cleaned since the last guests. We had to go out and wait an hour for a cleaner to sort it all out. However the member of staff we spoke to was very friendly and helpful and really did do all she could to help us with the situation as quickly as she could. Also due to the design of the room, there was no bathroom door and a large window between the bed and the toilet - this might be a problem for some people depending on who you are staying with! We were not allowed to eat or drink in the room.

Clarice’s instructions before check-in was clear, very helpful! The room was in great design, cool and practical.

Only tips for the followers: 1. The noise of the fan in the bathroom would be stopped after turning off the light, but should wait about 2 minutes patiently:-) 2. Parking lot needs a reservation, €20/ 24 hours, which was just opposite of the building gate, very convenient.

Good experience in a quaint building.

The breakfast was very good; the usual cereal, fruit, meats cheeses, eggs, tea, coffee and good chatter. Parking was over road which was very convenient.

Steps would be a challenge if you can’t carry your own bags. More information about area in your room would be good.

Quirky, charming and quiet with a fabulous breakfast and delightful staff.

The staff at breakfast were delightful. The food was good and the coffee excellent. The rooms were whimsical and bedding comfortable. The only issue we had was figuring out the code to get in the outer door on our initial access. We were escorted in by a pre teen who was helpful to an older couple who didn't know how to hit the right buttons. Very close to two metro stations, and a brisk walk from the train station. Near great food. Wonderful base from which to explore the city over a few days and return to at night.

A second chair in the room to sit at the desk would have been a benefit. But not a big deal at all.
