Great hotel with great breakast in a great location at a fair price

Great breakfast, clean room and bathroom, with everything one would need or expect.

Lobby feels at tad on the functional side. It does have a bar with a good selection of beers but it's not really great for socialising (e.g. having a last pint at the bar to chat with your friends before heading off to bed). The chairs/sofas weren't very comfy, and the environment was a bit sterile (also felt slightly cold and drafty).

Excellent hotel for bed and breakfast

Great location close to Grand Place and with a tram stop 2 minutes walk away. Very clean rooms and public areas and bed was really comfortable with choice of pillow firmness. Despite being very busy, room was very quiet and weren't disturbed by people in the hotel or outside noise ( 6th Floor). Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and staff kept everything regularly topped up and fresh.

On arriving, we were very tired, so ordered from the food available at the hotel bar instead of venturing back out. It was essentially a frozen microwave meal and not even properly defrosted/heated. Very little atmosphere in bar, would recommend going elsewhere if you can.

This is my second time staying at this hotel for a trip to Brussels. The location is great, only a short walk into the centre but just far enough out to feel quiet and relaxing. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good and helpful and friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable beds good location nice staff with pretty decent breakfast..

Breakfast was not the best, but not the worst. The croissants were very, very good and the coffee machine with all those different coffees was very nice as well. It’s convenient to have a little bit of something before you go out for the day.

Everything was nice, beds were comfortable. Nice big walk in shower. Nothing spectacular but I think pretty much you get what you pay for price was right ..The only thing housekeeper needs a little bit more training. They never left enough towels, and there was two of us in the room, one day we didn’t have the wash towels another day. I had to dry myself with a hand towel because they only left one large towel…. I’m sure if I would’ve called they would’ve brought one up, but it was too late. I was already in the shower when I noticed.

Nice place for a couple of nights.

Nice mattress. Nice shower and bathroom. Room and bathroom are well cleaned. Very fast internet. Room is not big but it's good enough. Simple and good breakfast.

The entrance of the parking lot is tight and requires some maneuver expertise for big cars. TV is new but there are just few channels available and HDMI connection is not available. Room temperature control doesn't work. I set to 23C and still blowing a cold air. There is no wardrobe in the room. Room was not ready at the check in. We had to wait.

Location is perfect. Simple and convenient rooms for short stay. We stayed for the weekend, and it met with our expectations. The room was quiet. Breakfast is okay. Luggage storage was convenient. I would stay again

Great location to be in the city, but updates to the room could be done to make stay more comfortable.

Location was great and central. Walked to the main train station for day trips outside of Brussels. Also able to walk the city from the hotel with no issues.

Wasn’t as clean as advertised. Carpet was worn and had stains, didn’t really feel comfortable walking around barefoot in the room.

Very clean and modern, with excellent location, they gave us early check-in. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. We want to thank Meghi (hope I am getting her name right) she assisted us with check in and check out, very professional and nice.

the Netflix not working internet was slow the breakfast was basic the sausages for so tiny as small as my pinky finger and they were chicken sausages there was no bacon the scrambled egg was a bit rubbery

I've stayed at this hotel several times, using it as my base for work meetings while in Brussels. My stay was comfortable, the room was spacious and non-cluttered, the location is well-placed, the breakfast is straightforward and good and the staff are always exceedingly helpful.

The fact we're we're told they did food till 11pm and when we went down at 7pm we were told they were not doing food at all but still had the menus out.. Plus we weren't the only ones who also came down and asked and we had to go out and find somewhere to eat.

Breakfast was elaborate. Had plenty of croissants, bread, egg s (boiled & scrambled), yoghurt, coffee, fruits. Juices, etc. Location was a 10 minute walk to city center and shopping places.

Lot of construction around the property. The bed gave me a back ache which I am still recovering on day 2. The front desk staff need some training for guest friendly service.

The location was great. Close to all the attractions and restaurants

Upon arrival, their system/computer is down and therefore unable to check in. Waited for a while but they didn’t even offer a drink or anything to compensate. Checking out was smoothly done but when asked how much our room was in sterling, the guy just simply said ‘ no idea’ made no effort to help or inform us. Booking was made through booking.com but it was it pounds but when charged it was in euro.

Central location, friendly staff

I particularly liked breakfast, particularly the vegan options. The buffet was not huge but had a nice selection. Fresh fruit seemed particularly high-quality. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional.

The "standard room" ended up having two small beds instead of one double bed, which was not ideal. I cannot really complain since, I checked later on the booking.com description, "standard rooms" may come with either -- apparently the guest cannot choose which. Unfortunately it was not possible to get a different standard room when we arrived and noticed the mismatch with our expectations.

Location - just 5 minutes walking to the main attractions. A lot of bars and restaurants around you just have to decide what do you want Cleaness Comfortable- the bed it's a 5five you feel like you are in the heaven :-)
