We liked the hotel and the rooms. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Quiet vibes in the hotel but very lively neighborhood with lots of cafes and stores. Walkable distance to the city center. Nice staff
It was not easy the check in because the hotel system had issues and we wait more then 40 minutes to get our rooms. We had to pay afterwards and at check out our payment was not in their system and we had to send them an email with the banks details regarding the payment.

Great location, 10 mins from Grand Place. Staff very helpful, particularly Sergei. Comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Bathroom modern and clean, big TV with many channels catering to many nationalities. Breakfast adequate. Close to public transport connections.
Air conditioning broke down resulting in us having to move rooms twice in a 6 night stay. Although clean, there were holes in towels and bedding.
Be aware that housekeeping is only scheduled every 3 days unless requested.
