Shower with curtain doesn't retain everything, just a little spill.. Not really a wardrobe/closet. Heavy jackets might not be held properly. However, all ok for a short stay in the city and never anything better in Brussels in my personal experience

Perfect stay!

I stayed for one night and absolutely loved this hotel. It’s so cute, serene, and beautifully designed — such a peaceful little escape. Everything about the stay was amazing, from the atmosphere to the comfort. I genuinely loved everything about it and would happily return.

Perfect location to see the city. Highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect it was close to the areas that we want to visit first. Room was nice it happened only the air conditioner wasn’t working perfectly but manageable and we inform the owner to please next time to fixed it before they asked someone to stay again. We didn't take the breakfast because we stayed for one night in the city.

Good location, late check-in possible, some hiccups in the room

Location is very good, in real center. Also access to the house even if late hours is good (with electronic code registration). Also room was ok, with fridge and big enough, but there were some functional issues.

there were no doors between the bathroom and the bedroom which is little awkward. Also we were not able to figure it out how to open the shower in the bathroom. Also be aware there is no elevator and stairs are quite steep and narrow, if you are with some have bags this can be an issue.

The room was very comfortable, coffee facilities were available. I heard almost nothing from the other guests, the rooms being spread out over several floors probably helped with this.

Having an access code rather than a key was unusual but was one less thing to keep track of. The code to get into the building and then the room was similar enough that I wondered if it was the same code for all the rooms.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Great location and I believe it pays off value for money. It's very close to a lot of the emblematic places, staff always very kind when contacting them by phone mainly and the room was comfortable generally.

Initially, I felt a bit uneasy in the area, though everything turned out fine. A bit noisy when cars were passing through the area but not a big problem. Keep in mind that accessing higher floors with a baby trolley might be challenging as there's no lift.

Great location, staff and very comfortable!

This was my third or fourth stay in the hotel, and is certainly not the last. Staff is very friendly and always helpful either giving you tips about the area or simply making sure that everything works in the hotel. Rooms are spacious and light. The Saint Catherine are is lovely, with offers for all tastes. From Asian food, to Brazilian grill restaurant, to typical Belgian food. There’s also a range of options for breakfast or brunch in the square, where you will also find the metro station.

Pleasant stay :)

Easy to find, close to local amenities and good public transport connections near by. Room was good size for the price paid but be mindful there is no lift and room access is by stairs only

Whilst housekeeping did take place every day, I was without very basic toiletries for two of three nights I stayed The tv wall mount was positioned at a really bad angle or faulty as weight of the TV caused it to fall forward without warning - luckily it stayed on the wall but was fearful it would fall off

It’s easy to check in by yourself, as long as you follow the instructions. The bed and room overall is nice. There was no airconditioner but at least they gave me an electric fan to use. Location is good enough, interesting areas can be walked from the hotel.

Nice area , not busy. Good resturent and cafes around the area. Using passcode to get in the hotel and room so it is very easy to access, No need to wait for a person to check in which is convenient. Staff is helpful.

No lift so if stay high floor and have big baggage it can be tough because you have to carry up and down yourself. Baht room Floor can be slippery if wet.

Filthy, very dusty and not vacuum the room every day. Also our code for the entrance wasn’t working and had to get a new code everyday when arriving at the hotel.

Shower was too small and it was feeling up with water, same on the sink, bed was also really small not comfortable at all. 0 communication with staff, no reception. asked for 50€ deposit and they said it would be refunded when leaving the hotel but got it in 5 days. I don't recommend this hotel, completely different pictures

Brilliant location, lovely staff, ideal!

The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful and lovely! The location was beautiful! Quiet street but a 1min walk from a lovely little area.

Only tiny thing - something in the shower to hold the shampoo etc would be useful. Apart from that tiny tiny thing it was great.

The hotel is situated a short walk from city centre. The street was quiet, safe and there was no disturbance during night. Everything was clean and the bed really comfortable.

The hotel was great. The room was spacious and had all we needed for a short trip to Brussels. The location was fantastic with so many bars and resaturants just walking distance away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

There was an issue with the hot water on the first day. Luckily, this was resolved by 8pm. There was no wall hook for the shower which was annoying.

I wouldn’t book it again….

is really closed to the city center!

when we arrived we had hot water and the heater was on, but after few hours when I wanted to bath my kids we didn’t had hot water( was warm but not enough for them) and also was really cold during the night, the heather didn’t work! I told them in the evening about the water but nothing happened! we stayed there after a long trip with young kids(1 and5) and we wanted just few hours of rest… I had to give extra layers of clothes to not be cold and also they skipped the bath:( I have tried to send them few messages on the booking site but it coudn’t be send( I don’t know why) So at the end I am disappointed as I paid for comfort that I didn’t get:(
