Great location, nice refurbished old house, pleasant room.

Minor things: not all lights were working in our room, the door to the terrace was difficult to open, the kitchen downstairs was full of fruit flies.

Location was perfect. Property was renovated to a high spec, clean and airy. Everything was as described and the hosts were attentive and thoughtful.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. For some the staircases may pose a problem but I was fine with them.

Great location close to the historic center of Brussels, the Brussels canal, restaurants, cafés, and the metro. A public parking is nearby also. Beautifully renovated building, with luminous rooms. A common kitchen is available. Staff members who came by to check on the property were very friendly. There are only five rooms in the establishment, which makes the experience more personal.

Super narrow staircase with short steps. Rooms are very small. Not appropriate for people with reduced mobility and/or a lot of luggage. Rooms with windows facing the street were noisy at night.

The location was good and the neighbourhood was also like a safe area. It was well cleaned, but the stairs were quite tilted and felt unstable and dangerous. Also, there was no one at reception and the response time was quite slow when checking if something was wrong. The wifi did not work our room AT ALL and was disconnected every three minutes. I asked the manager about the wifi, despite many people writing reviews about it, and I was told it was the first time such a thing had happened, so I guess they haven't looked at the review section properly.The wifi only connects near the door on the ground floor, and you can't use the laptop properly. I came there for work so it was inconvenient. Also, the kitchen area was quite poor, not even a microwave, so it was quite difficult to heat food. There was an electronic stove, so I thought I would use a pot to heat up the food, but not even a pan was provided. Not suitable for a long stay. Given the price, my stay didn't seem fair.
