We wished we had the opportunity to stay longer than a night because the hotel was in a great location. Shopping and dining was just beyond the doors. Best surprise were the Cuberdon candy left in our room! What an amazing little morsel. Never had such an amazing, delicious candy before. Made my whole trip! So sad we can’t get them in America!

Rooms should have closet or more space for language since there is no closet, especially if you have +2 in the room. Towels felt very old and over used. Front desk staff was hit and miss. Some were very friendly and helpful, some were not. Hotel provided free coffee and tea but hot water machine was broken so it did not work for us.

It was a nice experience. There’s a really nice restaurant downstairs. The hotel has a really nice theme, but it has a very strong smell of perfume that kinda gives you a headache. The people who worked in the front desk were very nice. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin.

Its a very cute hotel in a good spot. But the room felt dirty. There were stains on the walls and the comforter had holes. Also the drain hadnt been cleaned and the hair in it made the shower back up til we investigated.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I checked in on October 25, 2025. I wasn’t able to check in early, but the staff was able to store my luggage while I walked around and waited for my room to be ready. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The rooms are decorated in this gorgeous blue color scheme. I love the art on the walls and the wallpaper, the attention to detail is noticeable and admirable. I came back after staying in Antwerp for a few days and checked in on Thursday, October 30 and slept here for two more nights. I experienced both a single room and a double room during my time, both rooms were fantastic, though for more than one person, I would recommend a double room. I was traveling solo so a single worked well for me and I just had extra space in the double room. If I ever found myself in Brussels again, I would absolutely stay at the Craves Hotel. I kind of want it to be at my home away from home.

A great hotel in the centre. Intriguing layout, decoration, secret passages and rooms (if you're nosy enough), and very quiet at night. Would definitely go back, but probably won't, because Brussels itself is a disappointing, confused and uninspiring mess. That said, if you're there because you have to be, then Craves will not disappoint! And the staff were superb.

I loved the location of the property and the ease of checking in. It would be good to have a full length mirror in a position in the room where you can see the entire body to help getting dressed. The current mirrors are placed in a part of the room where you can not see yourself. Also, the key card access point is hard to find when entering the room due to complete darkness. A small fluorescent light would help. There were spider webs in multiple locations around the room including the bathroom above the towel rack.

Crave Hotel is a unique place to stay; walk to most all important sites and easy transport. Dinner was perfect for light meal or fancy celebration. Location is just at Grand Place historic district, so taxi gets you almost to the entrance.

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.

The experience at the hotel was truly enjoyable and memorable. I was captivated by the details that had been carefully considered in every corner. The design and arrangement of the decor created a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, I must highlight the kindness of the staff, always attentive and willing to help. The welcome gifts represented a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The room, spacious and comfortable, offered spectacular views. Every aspect contributed to a perfect and satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The room was beautiful and but a bit small, typical of older European hotels. Tip,: point the showerhead away from the doors. They may seem to seal but nope. Bed was very restful.

It was a lovely hotel and location was excellent everything at your doorstep. We had room on 3rd floor and it was a lovely room. I think there was in the way and I hurt my head twice trying to get past it. The staff were friendly

A terrific place! We loved our room. So close to everything. I really appreciated the ear plugs, as they're needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was a decent size and the bathroom was very good too. We had the buffet breakfast, however it was a little underwhelming unfortunately. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and we would definately stay again.

Great hotel in the heart of Brussels. Everything is pretty easy to walk to from the hotel. The Brussels central train station is conveniently close by for a day trip to Ghent. Great staff at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and pretty clean. Some of it was a bit tired looking - the shower for example leaked everywhere and the towels were a bit sad and radiator rusty. But the room was certainly nice overall and the bed comfortable. It is also very central to Brussels and all the sights etc. The one issue we had was that our room looked out onto the street and it was extremely noisy - there was a big party out on the street the first night we stayed which went on until well after 3am and we could not sleep despite the ear plugs the hotel kindly provided and having the windows shut. The second night the noise was much less and we slept ok but when you stay here - the hotel is otherwise nice - we strongly recommend requesting a room looking into the interior.
