Excellent short stay with great breakfast

Spotlessly clean, super fast internet, piping hot water, warm bathroom. Excellent and varied breakfast. Quiet location within walking distance from the city center. Friendly welcome!

I could hear the other guests in their rooms, but this is inevitable in a historic property which hasn’t been renovated to death.

Breakfast was nice location was good

Room was a bit dull did not enjoy having navy blue bedding and towels not great Bathroom was nice but it stated free toilettries but was just a bottle of shampoo and a cheap shower gel

Great place to stay. Nice room with good breakfast

It was very clean. We left a mess in the room and came back to find she had straightened everything up. Everything folded and neatly put away. Breakfast was good . Served nicely in breakfast room. Convenient to Grand Place.

It was warm in the room. Unseasonably warm outside. Host was very sweet but quiet. We could not speak French.

Quite Enjoyable Stay.

Our hostess and proprietress, Nathalie, was gracious and informative. Her European-style breakfasts were quite tasty and the croissants were fabulous! Our room was nicely decorated and quite comfortable. The shower was powerful.

Excellent option for your stay in central Brussels

Excelente location, very close to city center and transportation, very quiet, clean and confortable. Magnificent breakfast. It is a traditional bruselense townhouse, so expect lots of stairs. Not a problem for us, but to be taken into account.

Perfect location and a lovely place to stay

Property was lovely, quirky and well presented, the facilities were good with Natalie welcoming us and providing us with a varied breakfast, it was located close enough to the centre of town to walk to, would recommend it

A lovely stay, in a great city

The B&B was very welcoming and very comfortable. It is close to the town centre, but in a very quiet residential street. We could not have asked for more.

Wonderful stay,great B&B, great host in a great city

The property was located near the city centre. Lovely rooms with own bathroom and toilet. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Our host was very hospitable providing us with a lovely continental breakfast and the offer of more if we wanted it. Rooms were cleaned each day. It was a pleasure to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend B&B 36

Quiet location but a short walk to the historic centre. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean, with a good-sized bathroom and a great shower. Breakfast was great too and the host was very helpful.

nice stay

the location is quiet close to the center like a 15 minutes walk but there are still cafes and restaurants around the B&B who served dinner till 10. Breakfast was nice, simple and small and the host served it herself. the room was well decorated and there were Zara soaps and toiletries in the bathroom which were so nice.

I expected a better breakfast and a small private table, as we shared the breakfast and the table with other guests. Most of the time I don't feel like socializing in the mornings, even though there were nice people residing there but it is something personal and maybe some people like it.

Old but renovated house in Brussels, big rooms with high ceilings, everything was functional and with good taste. Breakfast is simple but tasteful, location is excellent, everything close by. The hostess is very attentive but discrete. Definitely recommend it for a 2 or 3 days stay.

Excellent location, spacious room, fantastic breakfast and lovely host.

Great location, 15mins walk to main square, short walking distance to main tourist attractions. In a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Room and en-suite were spacious and clean. Comfortable bed with a kettle on the room. Breakfast was excellent, best quality produce. Highly recommend staying here.

Would be good to have blackout curtains.

The name "Villa 36" is misleading. It is anything but a villa. It is a few rooms on top of each other with no lift.

Exceptional

Communication with the manager was excellent. She showed flexibility for early check-in and met us right on time. She kept our luggage for free after check out time. Every detail was considered in the design of the room and the facility. It was obvious that she had been carefully chosen from the toiletries to the artworks. The comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room were very adequate and the room was warming up very quickly. Speaking of breakfast, I can say that I had such a full and delicious breakfast for the first time in Europe, accompanied by beautiful music. The neighborhood and proximity to the center of the hotel was very good. It was quiet both day and night. And this is my first 10/10 rating for a property. I wish the continued success of the business.

Luxurious local boutique B & B. Great for a weekend stay.

We loved the decor, the luxury bathroom and toiletries, and the comfortable bed. Nathalie the host was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with good quality produce and eggs cooked to perfection. The property was walking distance from the train station and Grand Place, making it the perfect location. Quiet at night so we slept well.

A couple more t-bags in the room with some milk cartons to have a cup of tea before breakfast in the room.
