Big resort with many amenities for couples and families with kids. Clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful.

There was a mosquito in my room. Beach allocated for Marriot guests not clean nor nice.

We wish we could have stayed longer

Breakfast was incredible. Room service an added bonus. Staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Facilities kept clean and housekeeping went above and beyond creating towel animals for our children. Family friendly pools, activities and kids club provided. We loved our stay in the resort.

The pillows weren’t the comfiest. But this is only if I’m trying to find something to criticise.

Relaxing stay

The kids loved the lazy river! The staff were exceptional, shout out to Chandra and Chiyo. They offered us a complimentary late checkout due to our late flight out of Bali. Buffet breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. Would very happily return.

Superb

Friendly staff, great, large pool. Very well equipped, spacious adjoining family rooms, backing onto the lazy river, with fully equipped kitchen/ washing machine. Comfortable and relaxing. A few very basic cheap places to eat within walking distance. Good base for a few days. We headed out to explore most days.

Not direct access to the beach, you needed a shuttle. (We had previously stayed at a nearby resort directly on the beach, but the shallow tidal waters weren't that great for swimming/ snorkelling anyhow, so not a problem for us). Pretty quiet, so lacking the ambience/ buzz which it might have in normal times. More of a very nice hotel than a beach resort feel.

The Best Family Apartment

The health protocol is very good. the staff very helpful and great. the room is very comfort. They have many activities for children at kid’s club and the swimming pool is very huge.

The bathroom is little bit small and the breakfast is average. unfortunately rain down over and over when we stay there.

Очень красивая территория и красивый бассеин

Сервис плохой, мы заказали за неделю трансфер, обратившись в отель, но нам не ответили, хотя раньше отвечали, потом мы напомнили, но ответа так и не получили, потом нам пришлось добираться на такси. Просили комнаты рядом, так как мы отдыхали с четвергом семьей, но нам не смогли предоставить. Зубной пасты, щеток и других мелочей в номере не было. Так как мы являемся постоянными клиентами Марриотт мы разочарованы, так как есть с чем сравнивать, поэтому больше в этот отель не вернемся(
