Luxurious and spacious. Every need attended to. We were made to feel special and was greeted by our names at all times. The lovely gifts we received every day were a real treat. On our anniversary they put rose petals in the bath and decorated the rooms with more petals. They also gave us a beautiful cake. The facilities are amazing, lovely restaurants, the saltwater lagoon was amazing. The service was more than 100%. We were treated like royalty. What a special place. ❤️

Opening in the wall above the bed headboard which opened up to the bathroom. Although could be closed with shutters it did mean you still could hear noises from the bathroom whilst in the bedroom. However, this was a very minor annoyance. I presumed designed to allow more light into the gorgeous bathroom.

This is truly the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

World-class service. The staff are simply put: phenomenal. Do not miss out on the included butler service which help you both unpack and pack your bags, which eases you in and out of the stay (giving you an extra hour or two to enjoy). The lagoons are beautiful (and the main one absolutely massive). The location is wonderful, as the hotel faces the very best part of Geger Beach and the staff around the beach and beach-facing pool are fantastic. The gym and spa were also very good. The transfer to the their airport was also very comfortable and peaceful. They really do take care of your check-in and your check-out.

The vegan options felt a bit scarce across the four restaurants. Boneca (where the breakfast and evening buffer are served) offer more vegan and plant-based options that are on display, as the chefs and staff will gladly prepare things on the spot (incluindo buns and the local mie and nasi gorengs), however it would have been nice to have these options displayed with the rest of the the food so vegans don’t have to wait, guess or ask. Kayapudi, the finer restaurant, offers lovely food at a fair price (given that it’s in a luxury resort), but also only has a few vegan options. The non-vegan options are great. The Regis’s best and most exclusive restaurant doesn’t cater to vegans at all, which was a bit disappointing, especially as the local cuisine has lots of plant-based dishes and elements to it, so it would have been nice for them to have had at least one option so that vegans or those with vegan partners can enjoy it, too. Finally, some of the mark-ups are disproportionately expensive, especially the mini fridge items. We have stayed in a number of 5* hotels and resorts around the world and have yet to experience a more expensive mark-up. For example, the champagne was circa £170 when it costs £35 in store!? I understand these are imported items but even then, given that they are available in other resorts and hotels for much less, it just feels like an extra financial pinch on top of what already is a very expensive (but worthwhile) stay.

Beyond any expectation we have had. The service was out of this world good and the attention to detail from the Butler Service was beyond. We were a bit worried to come to this hotel with a 7 year old, but everyone was very kind and he enjoyed it as much as we did

In comparison to some of the newer 5 Star Plus hotels in Bali the furniture could use some updating, but nothing to take away from the 10/10 rating

Magnificent breakfast! My favourite was lobster bisque omelette! Huge selecton of international dishes, fresh and delicious!

Bali has no shortage of luxury hotels, and choosing where to stay can be overwhelming — but The St. Regis Bali exceeded all my expectations and stood out in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and the attention to detail unmatched. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. Their thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued. The location is stunning, the villa was incredibly luxurious, and every corner of the resort feels like paradise. If I return to Bali, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. This was more than just a stay — it was a flawless experience.

Great facilities, very clean, outstanding service

I believe the property was built in 2008, but the whole ambience of the place still feels very warm, very homey, the property is huge, but doesnt feel overwhelmed by it. It was very comfortable, one of the best hotel i have ever stayed. I am in love with their mini baguette for breakfast, and their sunday brunch was also amazing. Big big than you to Pak Edi & Pak Rahmat for making sure that we have everything we need during our stay, and for Ibu Suarna at the children learning center for helping the kids making tons of arts & crafts.

The faucet water smells a bit like metal especially in room 606. Maybe they need to change the pipe, other than that, everything else is perfect.

The first day our AC unit was too cold but they came and fixed it promptly. Also the water in the shower and sink was not very warm, but they came to fix it.

The whole experience from pick up to departure was special. The suite was spacious and catered for our every need. The staff were excellent and attended to every need. The pool was perfect and the staff at the poolside bar were attentive. The food at all venues was excellent. The spa treatments were beautiful. Loved the entertainment in the bar in the evening with our nightcap.

It is a little dated, however, that adds to its charm. I can’t think of a negative.

The suits were very old and dated ! And they were smelling damp. But they kindly changed our rooms after the second nights to a very nice 2 bedroom villa

Loved the helpfulness of staff. The service standards are very high. Overall ambience of the hotel was exceptional with many eating options. Breakfast was also excellent. Beach area was very nice with regular buggy ride back and forth. Another great thing was the complimentary pick and drop from/ to the airport - very few hotels offer this, so definitely a plus.

Spa prices were very high compared to some of the other 5 star hotels.

Excellent food served buffet style. The room was furnished luxuriously. We received hats, beach bag and small gift. They made quite a fuss about spoiling us to celebrate our anniversary. The tub was filled with rose petals in heart shape, beautiful chocolate fondant cake, fresh fruit and towels folded in swans with red rose on the bed. The friendly and kind service was much appreciated.

The room was the second last down the passage making it a bit of a long walk. The next door room was obstructing the few as it sits forward. and we looked onto the side walls. There is no seaview from our balcony.

Could not fault this property at all! It was truely an amazing experience and one of the best stays we’ve had. Travelling with an 8 month old, the staff made the experience truely exceptional. From the butler, to all the restaurant staff and front of the house staff made it remarkable. Special mention to the butler Enda and buffet restaurant staff (Guna, Sureya)!

If I had to be really picky, it was hard having only one central light switch for the whole room. When our child fell asleep, we had to turn off the lights to the room meant that even the bathroom lights were off! We couldn’t have any lights there. :( Another one to be aware of for those travelling with babies, the floors are wooden and makes noise when you walk. So if your baby is a light sleeper you have to be careful when you walk around the room. We had to silently hop at times 🤣
