The room is always clean and didn’t smell anything. And it’s Nice. I do give you a good review before, even though that pan pacific and guacamoleland light dazzlingly me every night!!! And I paid $*** dolar per night for that!!! But now is more disappointing! Because the room was super tiny! The toilet need renovation asap! And nothing in the bath! am feeling like just stayed in the cheap hotels! Jus half price of this price! No bathup, No organic loopha! Nothing!!! Poor Hairdryer! Limited tissue. And the worst part is mine was “sea view room “ that’s why I paid double for this hotel. But am so sorry, where is the sea ??? It this kinda low budget sea view or we have different meaning of “sea view “ please do not scam me! I trust you !!! Now, thank you, I can’t trust anything from this country anymore because of you.

I booked this hotel for the night after hearing about the world class brunch they offer and ended being blown away and thrilled by such a wonderful and carefully curated experience. We had our anniversary celebration there and the staff went above and beyond the baseline typical efforts which can leave one feeling deflated. Instead we were elated. The staff helped me surprise my wife in the best way possible. To top it up we had the most incredible Michelin star dinner (I mean that in itself is a pretty rare opportunity. I don’t want to spoil bread much for anyone but trust me! Book this place and book it now, especially if you care about food on your travels as I do. The brunch and s the best I’ve ever experienced and am a chef who’s cooked around the world. Don’t miss this place for special occasions or the utmost in pampering Thank you again… All the magnificent team at St Regis Bali

As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member who often stays at Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis properties, I can confidently say that the St. Regis Bali Resort has been one of my best stays so far. My butlers were exceptional, and the hotel manager, Felix, personally introduced himself and even came to bid me farewell during checkout, a truly thoughtful gesture. The chauffeur service was outstanding, with polite and helpful drivers, and the airport staff were equally attentive. My ocean-view suite was spotless and serviced daily, with every request handled promptly. I loved the resort’s facilities from the serene spa and lush gardens to the beach and recreational areas. It was peaceful, scenic, and wonderfully private exactly what I look for in a vacation. The restaurants and bars were excellent, with attentive staff who made every dining experience memorable. This marks my third-best St. Regis stay after Mallorca, New York, and French Polynesia and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pool tiles are releasing off the pool floor, I nicked my foot on a broken tile. The foot paths are in need of repair and the beds have a heap of dust under them. Food was very good at breakfast and the staff were excellent.
