Location and resort
People were putting their belongings on poolside lounges early in the morning and then leaving to do other activities for extended periods of time leaving no lounges available all day. Drinks very expensive

Location, gardens, pools.
TV terrible quality. Very tired furniture. Fridge broken, needed replacing. Patio doors dodgy hard to open and close.
