This hotel was INCREDIBLE. From the food, to the facilities, to the staff, everything was amazing. The Gym, tennis courts, spa, pool were amazing, and the breakfast was so good! i will 100% be coming back to stay here, so impressed.

Real Paradiso everyone needs at least once a year

I stayed at Nusa Dua hotel with my parents. It was our yearly reunion and we wanted to spend it in a relaxing hotel that would offer: - private clean comfortable beach - lush premises - close to life outside hotel if needed - spacious rooms Nusa Dua hotel exceeded all expectations - we were glad that after being trapped in the endless loop of reviewing 30+ properties in the area, we ended up here. Everything - from the friendly hotel team, to hotel's distinct architectural style and spacious gardens, to ducks joining human breakfast at the Palace club and basking for bread, to the fresh juices and exquisite poaches eggs, to lovely trees on the beach, inhabited by playful squirrels - everything was the highlight and offered maximum inspiration and relaxation! Palace Club or not? If you have the budget, opt for it. Across the breakfast in privacy, tea time, cocktail time (all with made-on-location delicious fresh dishes and bites) and spacious rooms it offers, It's totally worth it! The team at this hotel is top! Hope to be back again!!!

Hotel-wise everything was exceptional. I wouldn't say the same about hotel restaurants - they were alright: overpriced for the quality and quantity, the Bali cuisine was flattened to foreign taste buds. But that is not a tragedy and didn't ruin anyone's holiday.

Five Star all the way

Beautiful project in a great location in Nusa Dua. We loved the architecture, fabulous pool, spotless beach and beautiful landscaping. The food at Tamarind and the Asian restaurant was excellent, the service as well. We would definitely return.

Great location for a family holiday.

I loved the Palace Club for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapés/cocktails. A relaxing area with a beautiful outlook onto the lush tropical gardens, with peacocks and ducks wandering around. The staff looked after us so well. The food was delicious. The location of this hotel is great. Lovely beach area with deck chairs and nice ocean to swim in. Plenty of great restaurants to eat at. 20 minute walk to Bali Collection.

The hotel is a little dated but I really liked the Balinese style of the rooms.

overall a good stay.

it is located right in front of nusa dua beach, which is really clean, calm, and suitable for families. the hotel has nice restaurants also in front of the ocean, and you can explore the nearby restaurants too. it is about 20 minutes walk to bali collection which is a big shopping street and there were many nice restaurants too. the biggest point is definitely the location.

the water pressure of the shower is bad. our balcony door did not close all the way through, but no insects came into the room. the worst thing was the lighting. really dim and weak light, impossible to do your makeup, and just makes things harder. but i guess it is like that to not attract insects.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely and we had the most amazing time.

The hotel was beautiful, the grounds were beautiful, the beach was well kept.

I think that the pool tiles need fixing in one of the pools as they kept falling off under our feet. Also the sunbeds on the beach could have been kept cleaner.

Everything was awesome the staff really nice and professional I forgot my apple watch after checking out then they sent it to my country by dhl.

The spa is a little bit expensive for what we got, I recommend to change prices or provide better quality and services.

Good but some room for improvements.

There are good facilities pools, gym, tennis, spa, sauna, ice bath and the food is very nice.

The lighting in the room is very poor and dimly lit and the bathroom in our room was very small and difficult to fit all toiletries etc in bathroom for 3 people (which is what the room was for). Also - there was construction on at hotel with drilling and hammer in morning and night. I don’t recall being advised that this would be happening.

An excellent vacation base.

Great breakfast with a wide variety. There are a variety of swim options, including swimming, kiddie pools, lap pools, and the beach. The room was extremely spacious with excellent air conditioning. There was also an excellent variety of restaurants. Lastly, we took the on site cooking class that was both fun and "tons" of food! One of the friends got sick and had to be hospitalized. Staff even visited her and brought food. She needed assistance to travel back, and they supported these logistics.

The water was a bit too warm but that's on the climate.

Disappointed for a 5 Star Hotel

Nothing!

Had the worst experience from beginning to end. We arrived on time and were told our room wouldn’t be ready for another two hours, so we ended up waiting in another family member’s room with our kids. When we finally got into our room, the aircon wasn’t working and the fridge was broken. We had to call maintenance to repair and replace these, and even then the aircon still didn’t work properly. The floors were dirty, sticky, and clearly hadn’t been mopped. There are no main lights in the room, so it felt dark and uncomfortable. Room service took over two hours—nothing like the last hotel we stayed at. Whenever we asked staff for help or information, they were not helpful at all. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have kids. Such a disappointing and stressful experience during our last three nights in Bali. Paid a lot of money for a 5 star hotel that didn’t seem like a 5 star! Never again!

The beach was pleasant - the beach side restaurant was nice. The food in every restaurant we went to was at a high standard.

It is old, our initially room was filthy with the air conditioning not working. We were upgraded to a suite which was much better. But the rooms are old. The pool is too small, not enough seating around the pool. It was not clear that it is an all inclusive property, this really changes the atmosphere of the property. There is no where to have breakfast after 10am. There is no information provided to inform you of happy hours, events. On checking out they tried to charge us $500 more than my booking.com booking. Overall not a great stay. Would not return.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN

Everything was absolutely amazing; from the rooms and the beds, the private balcony allowing for tan top-ups, the various pools, all the restaurants, the staff are exceptional, the design Balinese - why stay somewhere that looks like you could be anywhere else than Bali? And the buffet breakfast? You're going to need a week just to be able to try all their options. I could happily not leave the grounds for a week without guilt, if it wasn't for my active travelling partner. We'll come back year after year ❤️

Surpassed my expectations

The staff and service was excellent. The pool and other facilities were great. Although, a little outdated. Hence, a renovation is expected to commence. Lots of good choice restaurants within the resort and outside nearby area. Great choice of food at the buffet breakfast. Drinks and ice provided at the bar are safe for consumption. Fantastic landscape, nature and architecture.

Hard to say what I didn't like when everything was great. Perhaps, more beds at the pool are required as they get occupied very fast. The pool and rooms require a little renovation, as the management advised it will commence at the off season period. I will happily return to enjoy the renovated premises.

We had a lovely relaxing week.

Breakfast was great and the location lovely. The beach area was beautiful. We also used the services of the hotel medical clinic which was excellent. The Dr recommended my partner go to the nearby hospital and she organised an appointment with a specialist there. That was really helpful and meant we could enjoy our holiday.

Not worth the money you pay

The facilities like the pool area was nice. If you like not leaving a hotel then sure this is the place for you.

Our room was average for the amount you pay. The aircon didn't work properly. The shower would make the whole bathroom wet. The restaurants around the resort were pricey and the food wasn't amazing. The staff weren't as helpful as I thought they would be. We had a 5month baby and I needed to try sterliser some things, asked reception if there was anywhere in the resort we could use a microwave and we just got hung up on. The rooms were dated.

Breakfast top notch in terms of quality, offer of products and location. Beach was very clean and nice. Room was comfortable and clean.

Swimming pools are a little bit old (some tiles would detach from the pool floor and became a kind of game for "hunting children"). In my opinion, in general, the compound would need a "soft refurbishment" without affect the local style (which is really nice).

A renovation is needed

The staff at Nusa Dua beach hotel were all very friendly & helpful. The location is good & surrounding areas are nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast which had a large selection of everything and was well managed - didn't have to wait at all.

The hotel is showing its age and needs a total renovation - lots of broken tiles, steps & damaged walls in general areas. The room didn't have an iron, iron board, hairdryer nor hair conditioner plus a broken shower head - however the issues were sorted out by staff. The internet was also slow in our room with poor reception. All pool chairs were taken up early morning with some chairs only having a towel on it for the whole day. We ate once in the hotel at the Tamarind restaurant where the staff was great but the food was hit & miss.
