Its in Nusa Dua. It has all the amenities u needed in a beach stay

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were amazing.

Old and dated and way over priced. I would hardly call it a 5 star resort. Maybe it was back in the day, but it desperately needs a revamp. I would never stay here again. We checked in with the all inclusive package, and they didn’t even know and were going to charge us an extra $800 per night. I had to show them my booking email. There was no option for us to book in for Christmas dinner and show, so we missed out. Had to eat in another restaurant and the food was awful. The resort is small, very little activities and not much to do. Stay anywhere else at Nusa Dua but here.

Lovely hotel. We were here for 4 days for a friend's wedding (which the hotel hosted spectacularly). We aren't all inclusive people normally, but really enjoyed Sol. The food, room, pool area, beach, staff and bar area were all 10/10

The bed was very hard unfortunately for us. Not enough pool loungers, most people are up at 7am placing towels on beds, very sad especially when they don’t use the bed for 5 hours after placing towels down.

Our stay at this charming hotel was truly unforgettable. What makes it special is its modest size, which creates an atmosphere of coziness and intimacy you don’t often find in larger resorts. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the essence of Bali. The hotel's surroundings and authentic decorations beautifully reflect the island’s rich culture and natural beauty. It genuinely felt like a serene escape. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and supportive at every moment. They listened with care, were always ready to help, and spoke English fluently, which made communication effortless—quite a different experience from other parts of Asia. We stayed in spacious and comfortable Junior Suites with breathtaking views of both the sea and the swimming pool. The all-inclusive package was an excellent choice, offering a variety of culinary options: generous buffet selections and refined à la carte dishes. We especially loved the dedicated dinners held in the garden near the beach—elegantly set and included in the package. The quality and variety of fish, meats, and local dishes were superb. The beach was immaculately clean, with plenty of sunbeds for relaxation. The swimming pool was equally pristine and featured a bar where you could simply unwind and sip your drink with ease. On certain evenings, there was live music and entertainment that added to the magical ambiance. The location was ideal—peaceful and beautifully integrated into its surroundings. Overall, you could feel the gentle spirit and magic of Bali in every detail. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and culturally rich getaway.

While the beach was stunning and serene, we did notice that during certain times of day the sea experienced very low tides, which made swimming difficult. However, it gave us a chance to explore the shoreline and enjoy the peaceful coastal atmosphere in a different way.

Have problem with 1) toilet smell always.2) swimming pool some tiles need to replace (because broken and my husband was injured). 3) some staff members (Cok De) not friendly sometimes. 4) all glasses in pool bar should be replaced to plastic glasses ( drunk people ezy can drop and break glass or bottle).

Everything was the best. Staff soo helpful. My daughter got sick last night and everything was soo nicely arranged.

Old and tired. Food extremely disappointing with lack of choice, cold meals and wait times. Service was dismal. Large number of trainees with poor english and others who didn’t appear to enjoy their job in hospitality. Pool and surround in dangerous condition. One of our party cut their foot on broken tiles and one slid as tile dislodged on the steps and completely came off. Cleanliness resort wide was poor. How this property is rated 5 star is beyond comprehension. Does not come anywhere near other 5 star resorts we have stayed at! Will not return or recommend.

nice hotel with amazing staff, food selection good but not perfect. Good selection of fruits and even juices/ smoothies. Rooms cleansed and well looked after but bathrooms near pool... shame. Pool itself was nice but the water pomp didn't work for maybe 2- 3 days so we could see this getting dirty. Staff simply amazing making our stay super good

Unfortunately beach is nothing as in the pic, dirty stinking with petrol and full of plastic. Breakfast is good but waiting for omelet is ridicules and dont understand why not to place scrambled egg in plates but asking guests to line up for 20 min to have egg done by one cooker only. No entertainment at all

The suite was lovely and cleaned well. The food was great and varied with the choice to eat the buffet in the gardens in the evening with entertainment rather than the 24 hour restaurant. The staff were very friendly and well trained. The pool was larger than expected with a great pool bar. The beach was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds. The lunch buffet by the pool was excellent and there were daily activities to join in with such as cookery demonstration, cocktail making and massage demo.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and lovely staff.

The all inclusive package was great,need not to worry about where and what to eat/drink. The property well presented and room was clean with comfortable bed.

only local liquors included in silver package but friendly staff is willing to make even signature cocktails with the local liquors. Food could have been 5-10% better but can't complain too much. poolside chairs are mostly blocked by some towel reservation system, so can be a bit hard to get one.
