We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved a lot the pool bar, so relaxing.
The hotel in itself is really nice with a lovely garden and so much nice flowers and plants. The room was nice and spacious. Very good breakfast with many sweet and salty options.
Well equipped gym.
Cleaning could be more accurate, specially regarding the bedsheets and towels (also by the pool), many times the new ones were stained. We did not like much the food, the buffet for the lunch and dinner is repeated. It would be good to have more local food and less international in a local way.

A great resort especially for my 9 year old son, he found his paradise. He loved all the activities available for the kids . The pool bar staff were so accommodating to him and our whole group of friends.

We always finish our Bali holiday here. Love the inclusive and not having to go walking for food. Loved the upgrade that we got with our room. Husband was very happy. Love seeing the staff that we’ve gotten to know over the last few years. We will always definitely be back. This is our home away from home.
That we had to leave 😞
