Lovely place for kids

One of the good resorts we have stayed at in Bali - beautiful, well-designed, and truly world-class service. I was hesitant about the price, but it was worth it. The family area is separate from the main resort, which works perfectly - fun, lively activities for kids during the day, and peaceful nights since evening events happen on the main side. Service is highly personalised (via WhatsApp), and they remember your preferences and small touches that make a big difference. Pricing is transparent (tax included), which adds peace of mind.

The facilities are great, especially the pools and kids’ areas, and we did have a nice time overall. However, this is not a 4–5 star resort in our opinion. The breakfast buffet was the same every day and the food quality wasn’t great. The beach restaurant also had rats, and some glasses and plates didn’t seem very clean, which was disappointing. The food was not very nice and below average in all the restaurants, bbq or any food and function within the hotel. The housekeeping staff were wonderful. Our room was always very clean and they made the kids happy by arranging their teddies on the bed, which was a really sweet touch. Some staff were very kind, but others were not very friendly. We were also double charged at checkout and are still waiting for the refund. Overall, it’s probably okay for 1–2 nights, especially if you have small kids because of the facilities, but I would recommend eating at the restaurants across the road. Overly expensive for what it is.
