We had such a wonderful stay and we can't wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay! The kids (and us) absolutely loved the lazy river — it was the highlight of our trip and kept us all happily entertained for hours. Breakfast was fantastic with so many delicious options to choose from and the adults appreciated the happy hours while we all hung out at the main pool. The rooms were clean and styled beautifully — modern, fresh and very comfortable. It was such a lovely space to come back to after a busy day. We also loved the direct access to a private white sand beach. The beach was clean, peaceful and perfect for both the kids to play and the adults to relax. Another big bonus was the variety of food options right across from the hotel. Having so many restaurants and convenient stores just steps away made our stay even more enjoyable. A perfect mix of fun for the kids and relaxation for the adults. We’d happily stay again!

THE BEST STAY SO FAR ! Mind you , we satyed at three places in Bali ! :)

Amazing Breakfast , Different menus each day , We loved the Indian food there Pool : So many to pick and choose , loved the pool bar and service that comes to me every time i call them with a smile We booked the Suite so you know it will be great , actually it was big and roomy and was set for a King

Nothing to say , it had beach access and water sports at door step everything was great . They even took care of my daughter with activities. I would say maybe they should extend care for kids in theevening as well till 8 PM if possible

As usual a great stay , feeling home ..

Excellent location and large clean beach , Nice shoppees and restaurants nearby , We are regular visitors many years , got several staff friends . Beautiful dining at the sea-side .

Not any “ welcome home “ at the check-in inspite we were visitors numerous times .. Renovation still ongoing , but much is welldone . We miss the nice music stroll outside the sea-side restaurant . The grand restaurant menue changed , our so-loved soto ayam soup and sate no more available … ( have to cross the street to find ..).

An exceptional experience

We had a wonderful short family holiday before Christmas. Everything was beyond our expectations, especially the excellent service. All the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English, always welcoming us with a smile.

As we stayed in a family suite, which is located in a separate area with a different entrance, it would be even better if there were a shuttle or transport service between this entrance and the main lobby. The main hotel area has our favourite lazy river.

A hotel where wildlife comes into your room

The staff were nice and friendly. The food was varied and tasty.

We had a suite on the third floor. When it was raining heavily outside, we discovered a mouse in our room a few hours later. The mouse had stolen food from the table in our room, and we initially found the food on the floor. The hotel responded quickly and sent a team to investigate. As soon as the sofa was moved, the mouse ran across the room and could not be caught. The hotel apologized and offered us a room change and a free visit to the spa. Since I am really afraid of mice, this was a very negative experience for me.

Great for young families

Room was lovely and they had lots of outdoor options for kids. Staff were lovely.

I wouldnt stay here again as my kids are older and it is more suited to younger families. We also werent a fan of the location, we prefer the Nusa Dua area closer to Bali Collection. We didnt take up the all inclusive option as we couldnt justify it as we dont drink. And we enjoy dinning outside, but the options are limited in this area. We did do the breakfast and this was a great!

Nice place for family with kids.

The staff’s behavior and service are exceptionally good. There are great activities for kids, it has easy access to the beach, and the beach is beautiful and clean. The resort has two separate buildings, and one side is more suitable for families with children. The food variety is good, and there’s something for every taste.

I suggest that the kids’ club in family paradise should have better lighting and ventilation.

Very very disappointed

The staff were all very nice

The cleaners were very bad, we had a mouse in the room that kept eating our food, we were not offered to relocate, we couldn’t park our motorcycle at the hotel and had to park across the road, the bike went missing because hotel staff decided to move it and we had to ask security to help find it, the hotel in general was dated and old the food was not good especially with the price Overall it was very disappointing and I would never recommend it to anyone The only redemption was the staff were very polite

Amazing family resort with many facilities and amazing breakfast

Amazing resort with all water facilities and cafes within one place. Kids family paradise is cherry on top for kids with many activities

Surroundings when you step out you really can find any good food option like if you stay in ubud. This is bit secluded area and we rather hired driver for 2 days and went back Samniyak for good dining options outside of resort. Kuta and Samniyak are not too far though just half hour so it was best decision we took. And 3 days are more than enough if you just want to enjoy resort while I booked 4.

Really lovely family holiday

The Lazy river was fun for the whole family. The staff were fantastic! They helped my son find his watch which broke off in the lazy river. The rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Food was ok, but not great. We preferred to eat at restaurants outside the resort. The cocktails in the swim up bar could be better. Would be great if younger kids could use the teen entertainment with adult supervision.

Nice resort, but a bit pricey

Staff were great and very friendly. Resort is split across two different areas, kids / family resort on one side and the main resort on the other. Pools were good, including the new lazy river. Buffet breakfast was nice. Highly recommend the Chinese restaurant for dinner

Food is expensive. The hotel is missing are bar you can sit at and be social. Cost is expensive compared to resorts in Kuta

A good family stay with loads of family activities, I wouldn’t go as far as saying it was luxury but the staff were grea

We loved all the kids activities. They loved both pools, slide, releasing turtle, kids club, lazy river and the beach.

There was zero shade around the pool and with the kids swimming all day, we all ended up extremely burnt, the ground was also too hot for the kids to walk on. The beach front was dirty with pieces of plastic and wasn’t as luxury as other places in Nusa Dua. The water felt clouded. The menu was very repetitive and we found the best food was outside the hotel, we would have liked more food options.

Great for families

We enjoyed the pools at both main wing and family wing, stayed at 2201, room was a good size and an extra bed was added for us, room was clean and aircon working properly while we were there. We went for the fire show buffet dinner, all of us enjoyed the performance, they advertised as seafood dinner but they only had BBQ meat that day, a little disappointed as I was looking forward for seafood dinner. They have a candy floss machine at the family wing and giving kids free candy floss, such a nice touch and made the kids so happy! Security guards at the resort will help to stop traffic, definitely a plus point for family with young kids.

Extremely long check in, reached resort at 2:35pm, got my room at 4:15pm. The middle age man at the front desk first said we arrive too early and room will be ready shortly. After waiting for more than 30 mins, we asked again and he said another 20 mins. He kept giving us different excuses when we asked, finally stepped into my room at 4:15pm, by then my kids were so hungry and tired. A 5 star resort like that should be able to offer coffee or give alternative suggestions like heading to the pool first while we wait, not giving random excuses and blaming us for arriving early. I also didn't like that they charge for bicycles(US$5 an hour) , I've used bicycles for free at other 5 star resorts. Breakfast was average, indian food wasn't good but they had good coffee! Pillow was way too high and I had stiff neck after that.

Was told that because I booked through booking.com that I wasn't entitled to access the free non motorized water sport even though we were staying more than 4 nights. Other people I spoke to booked on other booking apps and had access to it. That was a little annoying.

Lazy river!! Family fun 😁.

Amazing hotel with attentive staff. Lots of activities for the entire family. Many restaurant to choose from, though they are a bit on the pricey side. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the servers completed the experience. Wish we had booked a longer stay. And I can't forget the lazy river and infinity pool , and the kids pool slide. Book now don't wait.

Couldn’t recommend this place more for young families

Absolutely no need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Lots to do across the Family Paradise and main resort. All facilities were excellent. Lazy river was a great extra! It was the right mix of highly attentive staff but also played back and not pushy at all.

I have to be hyper-critical to find faults. I’d probably say some of the food and drink prices were approx 20% higher in the resort compared to the nearby eateries. Also, the pool sun-lounges were fixed so you couldn’t adjust the back up or down.

Awesome Stay with kids. Kids enjoyed alot

Awesome Breakfast and multi cuisine available. Pool is the best thing int he resort. So many options for kids to choose and play . They never get bored of swimming. Awesome play area as well.
