The property was lovely with clean spacious rooms.
Room had a significant smell of mould. Staff treated the issue and it did improve, although underlying odour remained.

Almost everything was perfect great staff, food a facilities
Would love the cocktail bar to open earlier on the weekends. Showers warmer a staffed bar at the adult pool and maybe a tv in the swim up bar with sport everything else perfect will be back again soon

We had an amazing stay, the staff were beyond amazing with Eni from the main bistro/restaurant area being an absolute star, goes beyond to make sure we were smiling and same with our 4 yr old daughter. I also used the resorts spa... wow it was so perfect so relaxing and being pregnant I had a pregnancy massage by Siti... she did an amazing job.
There were a few guests that treated the staff and resort terribly (like think absolute filth) while we were there and it upset me that maybe more could have been done from the higher up management... (not the daily management as they were not treated well by these guests either)
