The resort was beautiful and our room was all new. The gardens and facilities of the hotel were amazing! We spent everyday in the pool and the lazy river. Would recommend this resort to other families.
No happy hour.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
We ordered room service (room 3310) on our first night. We ordered nasi goreng that has chicken satay. My 10YO kid ate 1 satay and I ate the second one half and realised it was pink and half cooked. We returned back to the kitchen. No one came back to inform us anything about it. My daughter got sick and we called in house Dr 3 times in total. We had to extend our stay because she was too ill to travel back.

The room was amazing, the main pool amazing, staff amazing
Everything is quite spread out. Kids pool from the rest of the resort. The restaurants are too expensive, eat across the road rather.
