We loved our stay here as a family of 5 in a 2br suite
They accommodated our request for a pool side room which we loved! The staff were lovely (our house keeper Mas yudi was great and our room was always cleaned perfectly) there was so much to do here we did not stop all day and didn’t need to go out of the hotel accept for dinner. Restaurants are close and there’s a cocomart across the road which is handy! The kids club staff were amazing. Poolside always had activities the foam parties were our favourite.
They gave out afternoon snacks to the kids, slushies, fairy floss and fruit sticks.
The beach was so beautiful and the family wing wasn’t far from the main hotel. The golf buggy was the highlight for a fun ride to the lazy river

The staff were amazing and the room was comfortable.
We like to swim at night but the pools closed way too early and nobody was around at night. Needs more night life around pool area.
