The physical property is genuinely stunning. The attention to detail in the design is impressive - from the thoughtfully arranged furniture to the beautiful accessories that complement the space. I particularly loved how plants and flowers were incorporated throughout the property, creating a lush, tropical atmosphere that felt authentically Balinese. The pool area was a definite highlight - well-maintained and the perfect place to relax after exploring the island. Everything about the facilities showed care and excellent maintenance. Special mention goes to the staff members Ayu and Oko, who were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. Their warm service made daily interactions a pleasure.

The internet connection was by far the worst I've experienced in my year living in Bali. Often crawling at just 1-2 Mbps (compared to the 15-50 Mbps I typically get elsewhere on the island), it regularly cut out completely. Even basic tasks like opening YouTube were sometimes impossible, making remote work challenging. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention, I received a surprisingly dismissive response. Rather than addressing the problem, she texted back suggesting I should have a business phone or WiFi dongle, adding that they "aren't a business hub." This response felt unwelcoming. Despite seeing the owner around the property multiple times during my 12-day stay, she never once greeted me or made any effort to welcome me as a guest. Combined with her dismissive response to my internet concerns, this created an uncomfortable atmosphere that overshadowed my stay.
