Quiet cozy human size hotel in Nusa Dua

Lovely small hotel with 6 rooms. Room is clean and spacious. The staff is very nice. I enjoyed the view onto the pool and relaxing at the pool. Various dining options nearby. I loved the fact us was small and “family run”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my stay at Santai Suites, Nusa Dua! Wow — what a gem! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the team here really cares about their guests. The room was huge, spotless, and had every little thing you could possibly need — a torch, mosquito repellent, even a phone charger cord! The bathroom was beautiful and spacious with the most amazing shower and Sentasia products that smell and feel incredible. There’s heaps of space to hang your clothes (and plenty of coathangers — finally someone gets it!). The pool? Massive. Full sun all day. Perfect temperature. Honestly, it’s one of those pools you could just float in for hours. The breakfast dining area is gorgeous too with a little library — great brekkie and friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. I had a massage that was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty in Bali!). Breakfast was delicious, and every staff member I met was so kind and genuine. And the bed… oh my god. So comfy I actually asked where they got the pillows because I need them in my life. If you’re heading to Nusa.Dua, do yourself a favour and book here. Santai Suites is everything you want in a relaxing getaway — thoughtful, stylish, and full of heart. 💕

A M A Z I N G!!!

We were only there for 2 nights to check out the area. The beach was just average but as Santai Suites was just so beautiful we stayed during the day and enjoyed the facilities. The pool area was just so elegant and relaxing. And we had the place to ourselves. The breakfast was just outstanding. Everything about the place is elegant and calming. They have thought of everything. Lots of little details that make the place just a bit more special. The bedroom and bathroom were huge, shower had amazing pressure. It has been easily the most beautiful accommodation we have stayed at for our holiday.

There is nothing to not like. Yes the wifi was sometimes a bit glitchy, but our holiday doesn’t revolve around the wifi. There was a bit of noise from traffic from a side road. But it’s a road that feeds to a small village in the back. Quiet through the night. So for us not a problem.

The physical property is genuinely stunning. The attention to detail in the design is impressive - from the thoughtfully arranged furniture to the beautiful accessories that complement the space. I particularly loved how plants and flowers were incorporated throughout the property, creating a lush, tropical atmosphere that felt authentically Balinese. The pool area was a definite highlight - well-maintained and the perfect place to relax after exploring the island. Everything about the facilities showed care and excellent maintenance. Special mention goes to the staff members Ayu and Oko, who were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. Their warm service made daily interactions a pleasure.

The internet connection was by far the worst I've experienced in my year living in Bali. Often crawling at just 1-2 Mbps (compared to the 15-50 Mbps I typically get elsewhere on the island), it regularly cut out completely. Even basic tasks like opening YouTube were sometimes impossible, making remote work challenging. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention, I received a surprisingly dismissive response. Rather than addressing the problem, she texted back suggesting I should have a business phone or WiFi dongle, adding that they "aren't a business hub." This response felt unwelcoming. Despite seeing the owner around the property multiple times during my 12-day stay, she never once greeted me or made any effort to welcome me as a guest. Combined with her dismissive response to my internet concerns, this created an uncomfortable atmosphere that overshadowed my stay.

The Santia Villas and Staff where Fabulous.

The breakfasts where very well presented and very adequate for the Villas property size and very fresh.

Given how close to the main street, but villas off down a side street, Local Nusa Dua council could do better to clean up rubbish on the way to the Santia Villas.

Comfortable, smooth, amazing and defined relaxing.

Staff was amazing really friendly and always doing the extra to make your stay be comfortable. Property is really well decorated and organized, really clean, cozy. It was one of the best beds and shower I have had in Bali. I would highly recommend to anyone and will return to this place for sure.

The swimming pool was sometimes too cold. But always really well kept which compensates. .

The owner is too talkative, very disruptive. Julie thought her stories were interesting but truth is, it was a put off, especially when she mentioned numerous times her BF I'd in the biking gang he can scare anybody at the suite.

New, relaxing and beautiful

Beautiful and relaxing. Everything about this place is just so perfect for a wonderful getaway. What a fabulous find. Tucked away just off the main street, I was totally surprised stepping through the gates into Santai, it was just beautiful. Newly opened everything is pristine. My room was a very generous size with a large and gorgeous bathroom. ( Unfortunately I didn't get a photo of the en-suite) The very long pool is just outside and very inviting. Thank you Julie, Ayu and the team a thoughly enjoyable stay. Already looking at booking with family for June.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Bali.

La cama comodísima. La piscina increíble. Mucha intimidad. Buena vibración! La decoración perfecta. Se nota que hay estilo en cómo se ha construido y en cómo se ha decorado.

El personal ha sido muy amable siempre con nosotros. Solo hay un pequeño fallo y no es en el personal, quiero resaltar la amabilidad de todos. Pequeños detalles como la reposición de lo amenities o la limpieza (a fondo) de las tazas, que tenían marcas de café o de pintalabios de otros huéspedes, y las toallas de la habitación que estaban no del todo limpias. Quizá es la forma de limpiar, los productos o el agua. Este comentario solo lo hago para que tengan la oportunidad de mejorar, ya que ha sido el mejor hotel de todo nuestro viaje de 15 días por Bali.

Veľmi pekné ubytovanie vo vkusne zariadených suitach, ktoré dýchajú novotou, čistotou, priestrannostou v Bali štýle nás potešilo a takmer vyrazilo dych už pri príchode. Boli sme vďační a spokojní s ústretovosťou personálu, ktorí nám pripravil vždy chutné a výživné raňajky, vyhovel pri akejkoľvek požiadavke a informáciach. Čistý a ozaj pekný bazén, luxusné a moderné zariadenie, no jednoducho odporúčam vidieť a zažiť 😊👌

Majitel naprosto neví jak provozovat hotel, ložní prádlo a ručníky nevyměňuje, personál se usmívá ale nepracuje, anglicky nidko neumí. Snídaně jsou hrozné, za cokoliv si hotel nestydí účtovat vysoké ceny.

Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und der große Pool lädt zum Entspannen und Schwimmen ein. Es wird ein frisches und leckeres Frühstück angeboten. Das Personal vor Ort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider hatten wir vermehrt vermutliche Insektenlarven an den Wänden in der Unterkunft (Schlafzimmer und Bad). Die Unterkunft organisierte Schädlingsbekämpfer, welche unter Tragen von Mund-Nasenschutz und Handschuhen eine Flüssigkeit in der Unterkunft (auch im Bereich des bezogenen Bettes) sprühten. Wir wollten unsere Gesundheit nicht gefährden und checkten nach Angebot seitens der Unterkunft vorzeitig aus. Das Personal vor Ort war zu jeder Zeit verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit der Chefin über WhatsApp war anfangs vorwurfsvoll, nicht zufriedenstellend und trübte die Urlaubsstimmung sehr. Nach Urlaubsende, vielen Nachrichten mit der Chefin, Anrufen und Nachrichten an Booking.com erhielten wir glücklicherweise die Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzten Leistungen. Solch einen Ärger möchte man im und nachdem Urlaub einfach nicht haben.

Bon plan pour être le plus proche de l’aéroport et éviter le stress permanent des embouteillages

Cet établissement est situé à Benoa, à environ 20 bonnes minutes de marche pour accéder au bord de mer et aux autres grands hôtels. Aux alentours immédiats, on trouve de très bons restaurants, de petits supermarchés et plusieurs instituts de massage, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique et agréable. C’est donc un endroit idéal pour les petits budgets qui souhaitent profiter de Nusa Dua sans se ruiner. Le gros avantage : tous les hôtels très haut de gamme des environs proposent des day pass permettant d’accéder à leur plage et à leurs installations.

J’avais réservé et payé sur eBooking deux nuits avec petits-déjeuners inclus. À mon arrivée, on m’a demandé de verser une caution de 1 000 000 IDR (soit environ 60 €), ce que je n’avais pas du tout anticipé. N’ayant pas cette somme en liquide sur moi, ils n’ont pas vraiment insisté, mais cela a été une mauvaise surprise au check-in.

Très belle suite bien décorée, avec goût et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Propre. Lits très confortables (je suis très exigeante). Personnel très agréable. Superbe piscine très longue pour nager. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Très bien situé proche de tous les restaurants à pieds. Nous avions un avion très tard et nous avons pu faire un late check-out jusqu'à notre départ. Merci Julia !

Неплохой отель, но есть нюансы

Просторный номер, удобное местоположение, стабильный WiFi, отличный бассейн, отзывчивый и гостеприимный персонал!

Дизайнер помещений накосячил - стеклянное окно в потолке санузла очень спорное решение: эстетики никакой, а утром с рассветом свет сквозь него через стеклянную дверь санузла попадает в комнату и становится светло. Шторы не закрывают всю ширину окна и двери - сэкономили, их следовало бы сделать на метр-полтора шире. За 3 суток уборку сделали только 1 раз и то только после просьбы. Подушки на постели ужасные - отдохнуть невозможно, пришлось просить замену, поменяли на удовлетворительные. Шумозоляции нет - отчетливо слышно, чем занимаются соседи и как до поздней ночи и с самого раннего утра по дороге рядом гоняет транспорт.

Endroit très cosy. Tout neuf. Julie et toute son équipe sont très accueillants ( en particulier Ayu, la manager) et sont toujours prêt à rendre service, quelque soit la demande. l'hébergement et bien situé si vous voulez être à la fois tranquille et pas trop loin de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Nous sommes resté 3 semaines.

Очень просторный и уютный номер, с большой ванной комнатой, чистое и белоснежное постельное белье, удобная кровать, отдельная зона с диваном, приятный дизайн номера, в котором хотелось проводить время. Сам отель новый, небольшой (всего 6 номеров), и поэтому довольно тихий, территория декорирована просто и со вкусом, персонал приятный и отзывчивый, делают все возможное для комфортного проживания гостей! Чистый и достаточно большой бассейн.

WiFi работал не всегда стабильно и быстро, не хватало удобного стола для работы, завтрак мог бы быть чуть разнообразнее для такого классного места. Также были проблемы с напором воды во время проживания, но своевременно устранялись персоналом. Это не все не помешало комфортному проживанию в этом отеле!
