My family with 2 toddlers thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad. Very kid friendly place. I had originally chosen another hotel, but as that turned sour we went to Conrad instead and was thrilled about our decision. Great good. Great staff. Great, massive pool. The sandy sections of the pool proved especially nice for us. Highly recommend.

We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly. There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored! Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!

The staff was amazing. The hospitality is great. But pls be careful while booking your rooms as Hotels.com does not display the real hotel rooms that you will be getting. I was very disappointed when they displayed ground floor room and I got the 3 rd floor. The USD 75 cash value did nothing to for the disappointment that I felt

The check in process was stressful. The person at desk told me my room wouldn’t be ready on time for my check in. I asked when and he didn’t have an answer and sent someone else with same answers. I asked if I could get refund and he said there would be a charge for cancellation. I felt unsure if I would have a place to stay. Not a great feeling. This place would not be my first choice next time especially for the price of my ocean front suite. Nice resort once you get past that

During our stay we extensively used the Resort facilities. ie restaurants, gym, pools, lounges, games. All were top quality and very well maintained. The staff were competent and attentive. Always helpful. This is a 5 star resort and certainly deserved.

I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. That was amazing and something they don’t really need to fulfill my crazy request. But they did it and we appreciate it. What an unforgettable trip for our family
