Bitter Sweet! A few improvements and a willing host would make the apartment a return destination, obviously this is not

Great location. Great pool.

Property was good, however there was no tea coffee, sugar or milk available and the water dispenser was broken, these are standards irrespective of where you stay, we were provided bottled water on the third day. Also for the duration of our stay we had no air conditioning in the master bedroom, needless to say not ideal in super humid Bali! There is no room cleaning service available, which is ok if we were provided the basics, no dish soap, no bin bags, left us wondering what we were to do for our 8 night stay!! The owner of the apartment offered a discount on our next stay, which is an empty offer as there is no way we would stay with this host again!

The photos dont do this villa justice. The rooms are large especially the living area and main ensuite. Both balconies overlook the pool and restaurant area. As for service it is excellent i didnt realise that it is actually located in the novotel nusa dua resort. Usually when i book accomodation it doesnt quite live up to expectation but this apartment surpassed it. Plenty of room for a family of 4, i would not hesitate to stay here again.

There are lots of fairly tame squirrels that like to visit you on the balcony and they are as cute as. My only negative experience and this is being very pedantic was that one very inquisitive one bit me on the toe lol. This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family.

Ruby Nusa Dua

This was a spacious 2 bedroom villa overlooking the pool. The pool closed at a reasonable hour, so no worries about noise. There were a couple of decks and the bedrooms were well spaced out. The beds were large and comfortable. It was great being within the Novotel resort with access to all their facilities, including a shuttle to a lovely outdoor mall called the Bali Collection and the beach. Food outside the resort area was reasonably priced. Lastly our son forgot some money he had left in a drawer. Our thanks to the hotel housekeeping staff who found it and returned it. We were very grateful for their honesty.

The shower in the main bedroom. At best, we could only get luke warm water.

A lovely stay, highly recommend

The location within the resort was great, really close to the pool and the restaurant. The room has 2 balconies overlooking the pool, it’s a beautiful view with lovely afternoon sun. 2 huge bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room with a smart TV with Netflix etc. The air con was amazing and was zoned in the living room and bedrooms which was great.

Such a perfect way to end our holiday, this was a huge well equipped apartment. Great value for money in a self contained apartment nestled into the Novotel Nusa Dua. I didn’t know what to expect when we booked and was very pleasantly surprised.

Excellent residence with all you need. Will keep the kids happy for long.

It's an excellent property and value for money. Beautiful resort with private beach and shuttles. Kids club was fab. The residence is huge, if you're a family with kids this should be the place to chill. The pool was right opposite the residence and the restaurant and bar. Good housekeeping and room service. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing

Loved the apartment, very spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Was pleasantly surprised that it was within the Novetel Resort with a lovely view of the pool. It had a water dispenser as well which was great, and for a small cost they replaced the 20 lt bottle of water. We will definitely book this apartment again.

We don’t want to complain but just bring a few things to bring to the owners attention so to improve the experience. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly. Either we needed instructions or it needs servicing please. Also we could have done with dishwashing liquid and a tea towel so we could clean up after ourselves. A double adapter in the power point where the water dispenser is would be great so you can use the other appliances at the same time.

The apartment is fantastic, big, neat, and super comfortable! The swimming pool is such a charm. We enjoy staying in Ruby or Novotel Nusa Dua. The staff is super friendly as well! I couldn't be happier also with the value of the price! Great stay!

Keys was on reception, for family it's good hotel i can recommend. yes it's apartment in hotel area Novotel. Point on google maps is not correct. Free transfer to beach, and from beach, free sunbeds, swimming pool on hotel territory. Yes in the morning because windows on pool side it's noisy children. Novotel is a great hotel within Nusa Dua. This serviced apartment is huge and has everything you and family need. Its nice location by the pool and the hotel grounds are well taken care of. We really appreciate the fabulous service and can't wait to come back.

Would not hesitate to return. Amazing value for money

Beautiful facility which is doing its best to recover from the extended shutdown over the pandemic. The villa is amazing and well appointed. These are ‘Residency’ villas and are only serviced twice weekly (which was fine for us). Self contained and perfect for a couple or small family (two big bedrooms and bathrooms. The lounge and balcony were very comfortable. Traveler hack. Breakfast is not included with these rooms but the breakfast at the Pause cafe on site is amazing and very reasonable. the freshly baked croissants are amazing and the eggs (anyway) with bacon, mushrooms, cheese and tomato (AUD$9) is enough for anyone to start the day!! Great coffee too!

You have full use of the Novotel facilities. Some cosmetic wear and tear from pandemic shutdown is evident but they are working on it. If you see something, let them know and they will address it. All in all we had a comfortable stay and the staff were lovely.

The room is fine. Also the pool is a joy for kids.

Checking in was bad with the staff being very rude and unhelpfull. They couldn't promise us we would get our room because of a miscommunication between the owners and the hotel. They told us they would send us out because of this, although we showed them our reservation. This miscommunication between the host and the hotel took all day only to finally hear at 1800 that the room was indeed ours to stay.

The room was a great size and had a beautiful view over the pool. Beach a close walk and lovely.

Exceptional

We stayed in a double bedroom with an ensuite apartment, with a good equipt kitchen, a large living area, and a fabulous balcony with a view. I feel that it is a perfect accommodation for a family with children. The included facilities (Ruby Nusa Dua is located in the Novatel) are great and kid orientated. Thank you to all of the friendly lovely staff.

Perfect hotel living in Bali.

The photos do not do it justice. The space is enormous, the amenities and furnishings are wonderful. The room is located in the front looking over the pool. The convenience of being in the Novotel without the high price tag normally associated with it.

Fantastic value for money & ideal for families. You are staying at a private residence directly in the Novotel and have access to all of the facilities like any other guest. Pool was directly next to the apartment.

Huge apartment, very value for money.

The apartment was really huge; we were blown away by the size. We knew of the size when we booked it but didn't expect it to be very spacious. We wished we could have stayed there longer. The apartment is actually located within the compounds of Novotel; it's just that it's not owned by Novotel, so it couldn't be advertised with mentions of it. Nevertheless, we could use the hotel facilities, such as the pool and beach. So for the size and facilities, it was really value for money.

Would be nice if bottled drinking water was included. During check in, we were told that bottled drinking water was provided, but we didn't find any in the apartment. So we called the housekeeping and found out there would be additional charge for it. The lights were yellow so they weren't bright enough. So it's not exactly ideal for remote working.
