Friendly, welcoming staff. Very accommodating with allowance to stay in lounge for about 7 hours after checkout. Beautiful pizza on the menu. Free shuttle to Bali Connection as well as Beach Club & back.
Buffet dinner had horrid prawns with no taste & didn't appear fresh. Most other items ok. To their credit they did ask after & we would assume future buffets would improve if other guests thought the same. Love the authentic Balinese feel of the whole place with modern ammenities mixed in.

A fantastic, unpretentious, luxury experience. The rooms are wonderful, the staff are even better (especial thanks to Yuni and Santi who are the most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered). Would highly recommend staying here without caveat.
The property and staff was perfect. Very occasionally other guests would have done well to remember their manners but that is NO reflection on the service or experience.
