It was a perfect location and staff were great and always very helpful . Loved the beach club and the food and drinks there were nice .

We had a pool access room which was awesome.
Rooms were clean and so spacious.
Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
It is a little away from the beach but we used beach shuttle which was perfect.
Room furnishings are a little tired but still very clean and did not impact our stay.
Some of the breakfast items from the buffet were soggy and not hot.

Huge rooms - friends were upgraded to spa room. Pools were beautiful, and was not crowded.
Breakfast was a bit - idk, unorganised? One girl pumping out eggs as many ways possible, but you’d finished the rest of the breaky before you got eggs - not her fault, just could’ve had 2 people on - and it wasn’t busy. This hotel is a big walk from beach - they have a shuttle bus, but only every 2hrs… NUSA Dua is quiet though - not heaps to do there…
