A comfortable stay.

Was in a handy location within walking distance to the Main Street, but still quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property and room were looking a bit tired. Not quite the standard normally expected from a stay at the Mercure.

The staff were friendly and the private beach is pretty.

The facilities are old and tatty. They are a far cry from the photos. I was able to book a twin room for 1 adult and 2 kids, when I asked for an additional bed, the hotel was unable to supply one.

The hourly shuttle bus to the beach . Very crowded. Would have been better to run it a bit more frequently like friends down the road had one every 15 minutes.

My stay was terrific.

I liked how the staff treated me especially Ayu she was absolutely amazing. She recorded our breakfast attendance with wide smile and with much happiness. After the first day she remembered my room number, it showed me she cared. All was terrific.

Typical Mercure. Budget "4-star" hotels that are dirty. But you get what you pay for.

-Good value for money -Room service food was actually quite decent

-As with all Mercures in Indonesia, cleanliness is always an issue. Your feet will be very dirty just by walking around your room barefoot. -Low sound insulation -Dining area is outdoors, get ready to be eaten alive by mosquitos.

It is in a good location and has a nice big pool and surrounding garden areas.

It is a bit rundown, pools had a lot of missing tiles and cleaning is not done properly.

I travel to bali every year for more than 20 year and this was worst break fast i been offer

Pools were very good, room ok.

Breakfast was bad. Not many choices for Australian guests. Omelette not cooked in the middle, fried egg too much oil and no other egg choices. Poor fruit choices, some days only 2 choices. We had to go out to eat after breakfast. Room had mould behind the curtains. We both ended up with a cough and runny nose which could be related to poor ventilation. No privacy for bathroom with vanity in the main bedroom. All decking outside is unstable and unsafe for guests.

Very relaxing.

Lovely entrance through the grounds and gardens. The shuttle to beach was very convenient. The area at the beach was lovely and very relaxing. I loved the rabbits too!

The pool area was a bit tired. The buffet breakfast didn't have a lot of food that I liked. E.g. no healthier cereal and muesli, yoghurt, brown bread.

Breakfast was poor, rooms were mouldy, and very dated. This hotel needs a full renovation. My room 327 had a very bad working air conditioner. It was never cold even on 18 deg and the fridge wasn’t cold.

Gorgeous gardens with small dark rooms

We loved the pool area and the gardens around the resort. Having a small patio/balcony was nice and relaxing

Nice gardens from main road apart from that, NOTHING

Pool was a disaster. Tiles were falling off, we collected them and put them on the side. Over pool lounge areas were falling apart, one had to be removed leaving concrete stumps in the water, another one was rotting away and was poorly repaired, the last one was just about usable. Exposed concrete was visable above waterline. Hand rails going upto the pool were loose and not safe. Not enough pool towels were available and some people had to go without until some were available. In the rooms there were no drawers at all, we had to keep shorts, tee shorts etc. in the case, a small hanging rail was there for dresses, trousers etc. The over head shower did not work only a hand held shower was working. We had to keep asking for shower towels and hand towels to be replaced. Nearest beach was several km away and had to be transported there, the private beach held about 30 people, a complete waste of time.

Great hotel, but it is inavoidable to rent a car or a bike.

The room is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room service is great, all the food and drinks are very good at reasonable prices. The parking is spacious and easy to access even when it rains.

If you want to walk outside by feet you have to walk for five plus minutes until you leave the hotel territory. For example it took 7 minutes to reach the nearest bar: 5 minutes walking to the hotel gates and two to the bar.

Unfortunately will not be back, same sentiments as others we spoke to around the pool.

Generally staff were pleasant although not eager or keen to help, the breakfast was probably the most disappointing I have experienced. The property showed its age with tiles loose in the pool, balcony door sticking due to swelling and strips coming loose, the shower was rusted and fell off the wall, the luxury pool view balcony was unusable due to the heat being pumped out by the air conditioner as it that took up a 3rd of the balcony. We also spent 4 nights at the Mercure Legian prior to coming to the Nusa due site and the difference was shocking, the staff at the legion hotel were amazing.

But information re the ""Sikent Day" was lacking. There was an information sheet but we missed that as we arrived late in the evening .. An easy oversight .The room we booked was advertised at 24sqm We were allocated an 18sqm room.

Customer service is at a deplorable level in this hotel. I was physically injured in the hotel spa after receiving a massage. I would urge you to reconsider any spa treatments you have or intend to book as the injury I suffered completely crippled me and obliterated my future travel plans. They chose to deny what happened.The email received by the manager of “deSPA” was utterly disgusting, they expressed no compassion and claimed no responsibility. Within a half hour of getting the massage, my back seized up. I was unable to walk. I contacted reception straight away and they initially did not send help. I had to outsource a doctor from outside the hotel. I ended up in hospital on an IV drip for the excruciating pain I was in. 3 weeks on I am still in pain, receiving medical attention and waiting for an MRI scan to see the extent of the damage to my back. This holiday of a lifetime literally turned into a nightmare. I missed my trip to Australia and therefore I am thousands of euro out of pocket and still suffering due to the injury caused in the spa in this hotel. AVOID this hotel and Spa at all costs.
