What a fantastic 5 nights we spent at this beautiful venue.
Staff were incredibly friendly, remembering our names each time they saw us, special mentions go to Sudani, Dafa, Putri, Kari and Bina(GM).
We had a couple of issues with our room in the palace, which Bina resolved perfectly.
Dafa was so aware of the guests in the palace, topping up drinks, clearing tables as they were required.
Putri had the biggest most genuine smile smile I have ever seen, the best welcome each time we entered the palace for drinks.
Kari was very attentive, keying in top of everything in our suite.
Sudani was incredible, friendly, attentive, reassuring and offered any help should you require it.
All in all, a fantastic stay, and will return in the future.

Internet Wireless network was slow and flooded at times
No good for me as I need high speed access in the mornings, other than that Staff, Food, drinks and cleanliness were excellent would stay again
