We stayed at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa for almost a month and had the most incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, setting the tone for a truly special stay. The BEST stay!
The location is unbeatable — beautiful beachfront grounds, lush gardens, and a stunning walking path connecting nearby resorts in Nusa Dua, perfect for morning or sunset walks. The resort is spacious, well maintained, and offers so many fun activities that really enhance the experience. The on-site restaurants were also excellent, especially the Japanese and Mexican restaurants — consistently top-quality meals.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality from every staff member. A special shoutout to the wonderful ladies in the Kintamani Lounge — Kintam, Firma, Dayu, Ratih, Dina, and Thrisna — always so warm, kind, and welcoming, making us feel at home every day.
A very special mention to Awen, my yoga instructor, whose classes were fun, engaging, and uplifting — honestly the best yoga experience I’ve ever had.
Dipa also deserves recognition for taking such great care of our room daily — always spotless, fresh, and comfortable.
The men at the Lobby Bar were also so lovely, friendly, and welcoming, adding to the relaxed atmosphere.
Every staff member contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely return when we’re back in Bali.

We were situated near some construction so it was a little loud during the day. Absolutely beautiful setting. The breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
