Overall our stay was really good and we had fun. Breakfast buffet was also great and affordable.

Fantastic relaxing place with great value for money

The pools are terrific with good options between inside and outside. Breakfast choice are plenty, but probably lesser option on savoury than sweet brekky. Access to the beach is easy. This is the side of the beach that is with calm and peaceful wabes

Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Nusa Dua was nothing short of superb! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an incredibly accommodating receptionist (Chengx—pardon the spelling). We were thrilled to find our room was exactly as requested: spacious, modern, and featuring a stunning beach view. Since the room was so large, I asked the Room Manager for an additional table and chair; the request was granted swiftly. Kudos to her for the fast action and for ensuring all our needs were met. The breakfast offered an impressive variety of choices, but the highlight was the pool architecture, which stretches beautifully from the lobby toward the beach. The gazebos are lovely, and the beachfront is impeccably maintained for strolls. We also enjoyed the beach bar, where the staff provided excellent service and great cocktails. The entire team was helpful and engaging—I will definitely be returning!

Amazing staff

The staff were amazing, so helpful, polite and fun. From the cleaning team to the hospitality team to the kids club team. Everyone during our stay was the most welcoming all the time.

It was disappointing that throughout the duration of the stay there was building work taking place. We were not advised at the time or booking, before our stay or even at check in. There was a letter in the bedroom to advise though we did not locate this immediately. Also, the work was meant to stop during certain times of the day and the week of Christmas. This did not happen and meant that during the day our room was unusable as a space to relax. Even doing the kids bed time was difficult with hammering and power tools being used past 8pm.

Great time with the family

It was easy to walk around the hotel. Staff were very friendly. I forgot my passports and money in safe once left the hotel and contacted them and everything was returned with no money missing. Food at pool bar was reasonable.

Family of four had to share one king bed and one single bed. Maybe room should have had two doubles.

Beach Paradise Hotel

I like the design and the facilities that they provided. Including the kids club and the beach, it is very good attraction for our son. But what I liked the most, is their staffs. They were very helpful and gave their all to make sure our stay was memorable.

I think cleanliness needs to be improved a little. Also the food can be better. Maybe it’s just not meet our taste. But overall, this is a good hotel with good staff. Will come back someday.

The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was really really good with lots of variety. It was surprised at how many variety were available. It was so worth the price! I can’t rav enough about the breakfast food! Ari was excellent! So is Lala.

The brochure said i had until 2pm to check out but found out it was 12pm only. Very disappointed with the misinformation on check out times

A fabulous stay

Great breakfast with so much variety, we liked being able to order eggs in a variety of ways ontop of the buffet! Staff were friendly and gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed thr restaurant for dinner. Pools were enjoyed by our family, and so was the awesome kids club! Close to other hotels and eateries and markets.

Breakfast was nice , the people where great and extended my stay with 3 hrs since it was raining thx . The ladies near the beach who did message where very nice too . All the staff was.

Some thing I seen all over the beaches of bali and in all hotels , you have beautiful beaches but they are not mantained . You need to make bin for trash and clean beaches every day.

Excellent staff and amenities! Have stayed at laguna before and this is much better in terms of service! Super friendly and courteous staff, always ready to help you if you have qurstions or need anything.

Small resort, good for families

Beautiful view onto the pool and beach, pools good for kids, beach calm and quiet. It’s a smaller resort and on a section of Nusa Dua with calm beach (different to other areas of more open ocean). As a result the beach is more quiet. Kids eat free, making food options in the resort good value.

There was a bad smell in the hall outside our room (septic) and for the first two nights my bedding smelt really bad, like a sewer. First night I thought it was the room, second night I realised my bedding smelt of sewage. Not nice at all. Staff replaced bedding on third night and it improved.

Excellent Stay – Everything Was Perfect

From the moment we arrived until our late check-out, everything was absolutely perfect. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff were outstanding, with special thanks to Musti Ari and Meira, who consistently went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay. The beach is directly accessible from the resort, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sea every single day. While the jet skis can be a bit loud at times, it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The breakfast was really good, very varied and diverse. Everything was clean, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The location is excellent, with a supermarket across the street and restaurants all around—everything you need.

Unfortunately, the property itself is quite narrow and offers less space; nearby there are also hotels with more park-like grounds.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Perfectly Relaxing Stay in Paradise!

Loved our time at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The pool was amazing (and the cocktails even better), breakfast was delicious, and the Nasi Yaaa dinner with Hanuman was a must-try. Spa treatments were so relaxing, and we had fun with snooker and indoor games. Perfect mix of comfort, fun, and Bali vibes!

Very disappointing!

Breakfast was good, and kids club was excellent! That’s the only things we liked about the place.

The place smell like sewage and there are a lot of mosquitoes. I booked for ocean views with the photos of the room showing the room facing the ocean but they gave us a partial ocean view room - photos didn’t match what we booked. You won’t sleep at night with the nightly party from the neighbours hotel. The beach, you can’t swim in it, it’s dirty and jets skies everywhere, stunk like petrol. Majority of pool is in the shade and it’s cold. Not enough sun beds around the pool and beach, you will need to wake up early to save your spot. Geckos in the room pooped everywhere. Spare bed smelt like mould and had no mattress protector on it. I would rate this resort more like a 3 and half star. You can stay way more comfortable nearby paying same or less.

Great place to stay for a few days with the family.

Great place to chill with the family for a couple of days. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The resort makes it easy for a family to relax and enjoy the place.

One of our King Suites was great, the other was average. Also, some construction out the window didn’t help the view.

HOLIDAY INN NUSA DUA IS OK

Staff were friendly but many could not cope with basic requests especially the pool bar. The pool area is entertaining and choice of lounges adequate. Room 367 was roomy quiet and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was delicious Kids club is well run and very caring staff. Spa is amazing Swari my therapist hands of a god

The details of children eat stay free on the website is not what you get nor explained to during your stay. This needs explicit explanation. Too many times we paid for our childs meals. The disappointing factor for my family and I was the NOISE LEVEL there were times it was UNBEARABLE and no staff policing this situation. I completely understand it is a family hotel but there has to be a level of endurance. The bar staff need to be more obliging in requests and also when a guest states it is not their bill and firmly told to sign it then have another staff member chase after you to explain SO SORRY THIS IS YOUR BILL !!

Enjoyable and relaxing

Staff were amazing. Very friendly and attentive to our needs.

We were woken every night by loud guests in the foyer. The rooms all back onto the open space and rude guests seemed oblivious to the noise they were making when checking in or out.
