So peaceful and relaxing.

This is our second time at the Green D’Mel and absolutely love it! We had stayed at many hotels across Bali and this hotel is the most relaxing and beautiful hotel. We love that the property is small but doesn’t feel it, as soon as you walk into the property it feels safe, relaxed and calm. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is beautiful.

Already looking at coming back!

Hidden gem. As is usual in Bali the surrounding areas appear a bit unkempt but as soon as you reach the property it’s worth it. Beautiful place to stay, staff are wonderful, all of them. A special mention to the gardener who works tirelessly to keep everything in great shape.

They have everything covered and for the price including breakfast it’s great value

Good place with happy smiling helpful staff.

Over all good property. Rooms are not very huge but good enough and clean. The property has many rooms lined opposite each other but still peaceful and maintained nicely. Pool is good size and restaurant area next to pool. Good place to stay. Our stay was comfortable.

They asked us if we wanted additional setup for honeymoon for IDR 200000, I said yes, but it was just a handful of flowers on the bed. Not value for money. It could be worth not more than IDR 50000. Honest feedback. I wouldn't recommend additional setup for anyone.

Overall Fantastic.

Hotel was really good. Maintained exceptionally well. manicured lawns and garden, beautiful poool. Bathrooms, hot water, towels, all were maintained well and good. Lovely. would recommend this place to everyone.

The road to this hotel is very narrow. and drivers struggle to get through. The day we reached, we had to walk 250m to the hotel and get one of the staffs to drive our car inside. it requires a lot of skill. and if there is another car approaching on the opposite, one of them should reverse all the way back so the other vehicle can go. We had to rush one of the days due to emergency and due to cars reversing back and forth, we lost a lot of time.

Nice place with bad management.

Good value for money for the room and pool. Nice place. The restaurant is ok.

Some of the staff over there doesn`t want to help you, they want to make money, a lot of money. I asked for transport to nusa penida and they asked 2 times the money that it worth. From 8 milion idr they were down to 6 milion in minutes, and it was still a lot. With grabs and boats we ended up paying like 4 milion for all. At breakfast if you want something extra is 100k, each, doesn`t matter what. 100k extra for some pancakes is excessive. We arrived at 2.am from the airport and the road to get there was closed. We had to walk 100m on a construction road with all the baggages and child even if I let them know the time i was going to arrive. It was bad.

Amazing stay!

We stayed in a room with a pool view and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The pool was spotless, and the whole guesthouse has such a charming, cozy vibe. I especially liked that it wasn’t crowded — probably because it was low season — which made the stay even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. You could choose something different every morning, which was a nice touch. The only small downside is the location, as it’s a bit off the main road, so taxis may have a harder time getting there. But honestly, it wasn’t a big issue for us at all. Overall, everything was great — would definitely recommend!

Incredible, 10/10 would recommend!!!

The staff were amazing! Ariel, Adele, Aldi, Putri and the others took care of us and they made the stay in Nusa Dua so wonderful and pleasant! The pool was perfect, the breakfast was exceptional as well as the restaurant. Our room was well kept and facilities and wifi were great, we can’t wait to come here again!!

Gem in Nusa Dua

Location was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and decent size. Food in the restaurant was good. Grounds and gardens were immaculate.

As a vegetarian, there were limited offerings in the restaurant. Ran out of liquid soap in the shower on the first day.

Very beautifully laid out with perfect landscaping and a real relaxed Bali feel. Excellent location a short distance off the Main Street with access to lots of restaurants etc. The staff were amazing - always smiling, friendly and ready to help out in any way. They make you feel so welcome. The free breakfast was a bonus. We tend to avoid western style food in Bali because we enjoy the local cuisine and it’s usually cooked well (that’s what the locals do best after all). That was the case here -. We had Nasi Goreng every morning and it was superb. As was the Bali coffee and fruit platter. Our waiters knew what we were going to order to the point it became a running joke. That’s special ! This was such a perfect little getaway. Thank you to all the staff.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool was too warm. Even at night. Do not at all refreshing, especially if you’d been lying out on the pool deck in the sun then wanting to cool off. We didn’t actually do that as we were out each day.

Secret gem in Nusa Dua

Small boutique style hotel with only a handful of rooms. Fantastic value for money with breakfast included. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond for all requests. Beautiful gardens and surrounds

About 100m from the main road so some taxis might not drop off straight to the hotel but it’s an easy flat walk and it was very quiet and peaceful

Exceptional place - hidden gem in Nusa Dua

This place exceeded our expectations - it’s located in a quite area with plenty of good restaurants in a walking distance (5-7 min). The staff is very polite and always smiling, constantly running an extra mile to make you feel like a boss. Fabulous breakfast with fresh juice, fruits, pastries and a huge variety of main course to choose from. Main beaches of Nusa Dua are located 10-15 min by car. Highly recommend this hidden gem. We will definitely come back when visiting Bali.

Very relaxing

I think this place offer a luxury stay for a very reasonable price. I am really pleased with everything, the room was amazing,super clean,cool,comfortable . We had 2 lunches and 1 dinner here, and we were happy with food as well.

Not worth staying unless you want cockroaches in your suite

The suite was spacious and close to the beach, however you couldn't really swim there. There was a pool as well.

While the location and concept of the resort are promising, cleanliness was a major letdown. My bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was only one trash bin in the entire suite—which hadn’t even been emptied. There were also significant issues with insects. I found a large cockroach inside my toiletries bag, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, there were animals climbing on the walls of the room, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing. It only included three limited options, with no fresh juice, vegan, gluten-free, or healthier choices available. Given the price and setting, I expected much more in terms of cleanliness and food variety.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing!! I loved this hotel, so perfect for a calm and relaxing stay. The staff were all amazing and very attentive, anything you needed they were able to get for you. Food was good, a wide selection of dishes. Rooms were amazing and beds very comfy, Netflix on the TV too!! Lots of things around on the main road, which is a 4 minute walk up the side street to get to. Would definitely recommended this hotel!! Special shoutout to Adele who was amazing!!

Really nice hotel and good value for the money. We really loves our stay in this lovely property. It has a big swimming pool area. The great breakfast was also a nice bonus. Thanks for the lovely staff who made our stay so nice that we ended up stay for two weeks.

The positives - This hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are wonderful. It is extremely good value for money and in a great location. The negatives - The bed is very hard (but so were other beds in Bali) and the shower hose is not adjustable and was at an awkward odd angle.

The location was nice and quite away from traffic noise. Well lit up at night staff were happy to help .

They need to make sure that someone is in reception. They need to tell people to pay for taxi fare from airport on arrival.
