Overall, the property itself is lovely, but the problems with internet and communication from the manager made the stay

Everything is brand new, the furniture is modern, and the bed linen was spotless and very comfortable. The place itself has a lot of potential and could easily be a top choice.

The Wi-Fi was barely usable, as it would drop out every few minutes despite briefly reconnecting. According to the manager, the issue was caused by bad weather and rain, but other places in Nusa Dua had stable Wi-Fi during those same days (including cafés, spas, etc.). It might be worth changing the provider instead of attributing it to the weather, especially since I had to rely on my international mobile data the entire time. Additionally, I wasn’t informed in advance that repair/construction work was happening on-site. The noise started before 8 AM every day. I requested that the workers begin at least after 9 AM, but the following morning I was still woken up before 8 by hammering. Because of these issues, I had to move to another place instead of extending my stay, which I originally wanted to do.

Nice stay in nusa dua

Really lovely hotel, large clean rooms and powerful hot water shower. The pool is clean and good for swimming.

The TV in the room was not connect to the internet so couldn’t be used, we asked staff a couple of times to fix but they never return to help. The room wasn’t cleaned or offered to be cleaned in 4 days stay, no new towels provided unless asked for.

Комфортабельный номер со всеми удобствами на уровне категории отеля 4*. Современный дизайн и качественный ремонт. Очень удобная кровать, матрас и подушки, чистое белье и полотенца., TV Netflix. Хорошо развитый район с магазинами, ресторанами, пляж в пешей доступности минут 10. Хотелось бы вернуться снова обратно) Персонал очень доброжелательный и обходительный, помогает во всем, отдельная благодарность им за помощь с переносом моего тяжелого багажа!!

Двери выходящие на балкон не соединялись полностью, а только дистанционно с зазором 5 миллиметров притягивались друг к другу на закрытый замок между створками дверей! Поэтому очень плохая шумоизоляция и слышен звук от моторбайков даже с большой дороги. Хочется, чтобы хозяева этого гостевого дома устранили этот дефект с незакрывающимися плотно дверьми, так как в будущем я планирую снова вернуться обратно! Во всех номерах первого этажа идут строительные работы- комнаты еще не достроили до конца, строительство не завершено и будет идти видимо, около 1-2 месяцев. Сильный шум и дискомфорт находится днем в номере, хотя с утра дают время поспать спокойно. Но имея такой строительный масштаб работ, цена за номер должна быть более лояльной, чтобы гости не имели претензий за создаваемые неудобства . Планировала остаться жить еще на неделю, но из за строительных работ переехала в другой отель.

Dass es schön aussieht aber der Schein trügt leider.

Der Geruch aus dem Badezimmer ist unerträglich und geht auf das Schlafzimmer über. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin ist ebenfalls eine Vollkatastrophe Es steht zwar ein Schild mit ihrer Telefonnummer an der Rezeption, allerdings antwortet sie nicht und ignoriert Anrufe, sobald es Probleme gibt! Lieber nicht buchen!

Lo staff di questo albergo è completamente assente. Quando arrivi devi chiamare perché qualcuno ti accolga, e il check out che dovrebbe essere dalle 8 è almeno dalle 9 con calma quando decidono di arrivare. Oltre a ciò sono stata accusata di aver sottratto un accappatoio, per poi scoprire che lo avevano portato a lavare chi si occupa delle pulizie
