The location and facilities were great had a lot of options for dining, Staff were attentive and friendly

There was not a lot of information available on the use of facilities and where to find things, they have an all inclusive package, but I didn't see this advertisement until our trip was almost over, I certainly would have utilised this option.

good old local style hotel

The hotel aged perfectly with its Balinese style, and the staff are well trained and let you feel very welcome. It isn't located on the best beach, but it is also away from the crowd.

As mentioned by other guests, if you choose the deluxe room instead of a bungalow, you will have a very high chance of being given the wall-view cell room, which may ruin your holiday mood, and it's happened many times previously. My suggestion to the management, please label this hot potato room as a discount room with full details, just like what the other hotels with the similar arrangement did, which will save everybody a lot of hassle.

Fantastic staff and experience, me and my family will definetly come back.

The rooms are great, the breakfast was fantastic and was the best way to start the day. There are so many beautiful things to see and do walking distance from the resort. The swimming pool with the pool bar was a great treat.

I think the fitness area needs to be updated. Some pins missing and the bench is wabbely. not enough dumbells and weigts. But it is a spot where you can do a bit of exersice.

Generally the stay was good.

The property was set in beautiful tropical gardens, which were well maintained. The beach was cleaned each day. Breakfast was good, with a wide choice of dishes.

The TV channels in the rooms only showed international news channels. There was no Netflix or other streaming channels for night entertainment.

Third time staying there, wonderful every time

Friendliness of staff, authentic Balinese atmosphere and accommodation. All inclusive aspects like water aerobics and bike loan were great. We liked the new roof garden (although a shame the all inclusive package didn't cover drinks there!) Evening entertainment was good. The gardens are superb and very well maintained. A wonderful place to stay, even in the rainy season.

Some of the paths, floors and bits of buildings are starting to look at bit tired and could do with a bit of attention.

Great stay✨

The style, its Balinese and authentic compared to the ones along the beach. The landscape and the garden was beautifully kept, it has a small temple too on the property.

The smell of the room was a bit off, it smelled damp.

Tropical seaside oasis on the beautiful sandy beaches of Nusa Dua

Beautiful resort by a small sandy beach, with lush, well kept gardens. Looked after by friendly and attentive staff, organised activities every day (we loved the bbq dinner on the beach) and beautiful swimming pools (esp the roof top pool is gorgeous!). The breakfast buffet offering was amazing! We also used their bikes and cycled for miles along the coast to Geger beach which is stunning. Bali Tropic is close to local sights and attractions, while being relaxing and calm.

Traditional Balinese style and service in a smaller property on a private beach.

This is a gorgeous property. Our room was lovely and more than matched the photos. AC was quiet and fully adjustable. The rooms are in separate buildings, four up, four down. Our front veranda was gorgeous with lots of carved wood and a big sofa. Very traditional Balinese architecture and all beautifully decorated and maintained. Great selection of food at all the restaurants and a fine breakfast buffet. Large comfortable rooms.

The food was ok but it would have been good to have more veg options and also there were people smoking in the pool which I feel should be banned given there are children in the pool.

Nice and clean close to the beach .

All the staff looked miserable. The hotel was only 40% full and they still made you wait till 3pm to check in . Even though we’d asked for an early check in. The rooms are very dark.

The Hotel played the same Christmas Carols over and over on repeat for the whole time we were there it drove us insane We left on the 28th of December and they were still being played it was very annoying

Could have been much better.

The grounds were beautiful and the barmen at the pool were friendly and fun.

We were supposed to be in a club room with access to roof top pool. They changed us and apparently upgraded us to the Royal. It was not an upgrade and we also could not access the roof top bar and pool as promised. Very disappointed . The bed in the Royal was awful, hard and lumpy and they would not replace the mattress. We ended up pulling the mattress of the day bed and hubby slept on that on the floor. The food for the smorgasbord was either cold and overcooked and very bland. The Alacarte was much better and food was lovely. The guy at the pool towels was a bit rude and obviously hates he’s his job. I got told off for not handing in my towel but I already did the night before. Lady on reception was not very welcoming and seemed very put out when we complained about the bed. Also we booked a tour through the hotel and the old guy doing it forgot to book it in. We were left hanging around at 7:30 am waiting to be picked up and it never came. No apologies given. Was ready to head home after this.

Could want no more from a resort

Liked the authenticity of the place. Staff were exceptional. Location very good. Our deluxe room was great and I loved the balcony - sat out there at night. It was superb- loved the squirrels

Beachfront, good food, comfortable beds

The resort is beautiful, with very lush gardens, paths, lighting and beach, Our room was large, very comfortable bed, although barely a view of gardens, pools were great, with plenty of deck chairs, with choice of 2 pools the rooftop pool was a great place for chilling out. Breakfast was great with multiple choices and changed daily, loved the 'cool room' where milk cheeses yoghurt fruits and pastries were kept chilled, pancake station and waffle station, omelette stations were very popular, View at breakfast was of the beach, Restaurants at the resort were well priced, had good selection and was tasty, Room service was good also, We had an issue with our toilet and engineering was very quick to have it fixed, Water coolers in corridors were excellent idea

We had an awful smell like a sewerage smell coming up from toilet, and shower was draining slowly, seemed to get worse after the rains, We didnt complain as we only had couple of nights left, But mentioned it as we checked out, but it kinda ruins the otherwise beautiful surroundings

I had a food poisoning from eating late lunch at restaurant between pool and Spa. I ordered gado gado. It was refrigetator cold and probably not made the same day. I got very sick and therefore missed some of my vacation time.

The hotel is a huge development in traditional style with lots of rooms, unfortunately for us we were allocated in a room close to the main road and traffic noise was constant. The resort is starting to show a little ware and tear. We also noticed a strong sewerage smell depending on the prevailing wind when walking through out the pool area and gardens.

Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice big beds with great views. The rain showerhead felt great and the lounge tub was a perfect way to end the day. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The vibe here was very chill and relaxing. The hotel is located right across from a grocery store which was perfect for us!

I can't think of anything I did not like. This place was just what we hoped for :)

Fantastic resort with the best staff, friendly and helpful. Great food. Great location. We were very surprised at the size of resort, thinking it was smaller. Well maintained, rooms were comfortable and good size.

A very disappointing honeymoon room

There was a nice path from the resort out beside the sea where you could walk a long distance. Nice warm pools Nice landscaped gardens Honeymoon gifts were appreciated but room was very disappointing Breakfast had a great choice

The noise was terrible from outside, people in the next room and builders from very early in the day 4am and the afternoon also. We were very tired from interrupted nights. View from balcony was awful,bdirty buckets and it was like being in a cage. Not a honeymoon view at all The restaurant was quite dark and dingy and unnappoealing The plumbing was dreadful. On 3 occasions we asked for the hand basin to be unblocked but it never was done despite someone coming to fix it.

Where's the beach!?

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They organized transfers and trips for us.

I was very disappointed with the beach. The picture that is provided does not reflect the TRUE beach. It was muddy and low tide the entire time. There was NO beach.

Beautiful resort in Nusa Dua

Fantastic buffet breakfast, beach in front of resort good. Water too shallow to swim. Pool mainly quite deep. Room was very comfortable with extra chairs, outdoor seating. Bathroom was good size, would be great to have a make up mirror. Mattress was very comfortable, except for the dividing cap in the middle.

People claiming pool lounges with towels when they are not being used. Staff should check and remove them so that other guest have access to the lounges.
