Friendly staff and good service every day with a professional approach from the Bali team.
The hotel is a huge development in traditional style with lots of rooms, unfortunately for us we were allocated in a room close to the main road and traffic noise was constant.
The resort is starting to show a little ware and tear.
We also noticed a strong sewerage smell depending on the prevailing wind when walking through out the pool area and gardens.
