We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua for 5 nights and celebrated my birthday here. Everything about our stay was perfect!
The hotel is brand new, with modern facilities, stylish rooms, and everything is clean and well maintained.
The staff were amazing - always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer all of our questions. They made my birthday extra special by surprising me with a birthday cake and a lovely song during breakfast (a special thank you to Rahayu from the restaurant for making my birthday so memorable), and they also beautifully decorated our room.
The location is another big advantage. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, massage places, and money exchange offices nearby.
We also really appreciated the complimentary late check-out, which made our departure much more comfortable.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

The hotel was clean, functional any offered a decent location. Staff were friendly. It's was also close to the Pepito,which was great Good range of facilities.
View from the room was a aircon condenser.
