Beach access & pool amenities not too far to airport

Nusa Dua Beach access and pool amenities.

Had to move room 2x as I requested King bed, then next room had been issues with the aircon. On the last move, we finally settled. Good view of beach/pool and aircon finally worked. So glad the staff were helpful though and assisted us with the room changes.

It was great!

The location was great, right by the entrance ocean. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The food was okay, clean & fresh produce. Osell, the gent who owns a water sports activity is right on the beach & he helped us with a great snorkeling & tour experience.

Not much that I didn’t like, it was good value for money, can’t rave more about how great the service is!

Enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t recommend and probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The pool was excellent (except for the broken tile in the kids pool that both our kids cut themselves on)…

The room was basic which we expected but could do with a little bit more attention to detail in the cleaning & the bed was super hard…

It was a lovely relaxing hotel with a great pool and beautiful beach setting. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant meals..delicious. Staff were lovely.

There was nothing we didn't like and would've happy to come back again.

Nice beachfront hotel

Comfy beds and pillow.Air conditioning is great! Nice beachfront hotel with buffet breakfast too. It was quiet, big pool and calm sea. The most relaxing Bali stay, away from the noise, the crowd with clean surroundings.

The bathroom needs better drainage when showering. Spa and massages is expensive for Bali Rates.

*Outdoor furniture looks old and some need to be repaired. *The wall separating the swimming pool and the neighboring hotel is so ugly and should be treated by some designs or materials that makes it look nice. *Absence of activities especially at night * Beach water and sand was not attractable.

Breakfast was average. I have seen lot more variety in breakfast in smaller properties. Pool was really big and good. Rooms are good size but washrooms need an upgrade. They clearly look old.

Great experience. Relaxing holiday.

The room is clean, bed is huge and comfortable. Sheets were replaced every day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pick up and drop off to and from the airport was a good experience and less to worry about. We love the huge pool that is just a few steps to the beach.

Nothing to dislike. It was a great experience. Family friendly hotel. Maybe just 1 thing. The coffee is not great. Buffet breakfast was average. It’s good value for money no problems.

Disappointing as not as adverstised

The Breakfast was great, the staff were amazing, the pool was amazing.

The room was a let down. It was nothing like the photos and i had to ask change rooms due to the mouldy smell. The room we got moved to was better in terms of mouldiness, but still dark and mouldy. The window looked out onto concrete so our room got no light. The bathroom wasn't that clean and very outdated. Our room started leaking on the last day, but luckily i was packing my bag to leave when I noticed this. I was excited to leave...

Don’t stay there

Breakfast was very limiting not enough western choices. The rooms including the bathroom was disgusting mould in bathroom, you could wipe the mould of the walls with your finger, filthy toilet, main bedroom was dirty, bedhead was filthy, chair in room needed to be burnt it was that dirty, dirt up the walls and outside room the was so much mould over the eaves it made me feel so sick we asked repeatedly for the room to be cleaned better. The bed sheets were dirty and the mattress protector needed to be bleached and washed in hot water it was filthy I would have thrown it away at home. 4 stars no way more like 2star

The use of bleach in the bathroom. Clean sheets and mattress proctors. New chairs and attention to cleaning all aspects of the room not just the floor. Changing the yogurt when gone off in dining area would help.

A gem of a hotel. Amazing staff!

The hotel is on the beach. Lots of water sports available. The pool is large and very well kept. The restaurant is right by the pool and you can have your meals looking at the ocean. The breakfast was very good and the lunch and dinner menu had a good mix of choices. The food was delicious. I discovered a new favourite dish called Nasi Goreng. The snack bar also made the best healthy fruit drinks. Words cannot express how amazing the staff are, special mention to Andi, the hotel manager who walked around every day checking to see how everyone was doing. Sukah, the chef in the restaurant who was so kind and caring. And Erna at the front desk who always had a beautiful smile and was ready to help. So many more people I would like to list, the young men in the snack bar who are so kind throughout the day. This is a true gem. The staff really go out of their way to make your vacation a beautiful experience.

Cheap in that location

Very noisy - rooms are in a courtyard where is an echo and you hear noise from rooms and street. Dirty premises of the hotel and dirty beach. Jet skis ride on the beach nonstop, so you cant swim in the sea. Also terrible low tide in Nusa Dua as a whole Worst restaurant we got in Bali - everybody got stomach ache. For the same money you can get much better hotel in other Bali location

The pillow cases had not been changed and were dirty our room was also in total darkness as the window did not open as behind was a concrete wall.. Mabey we were given this room as it was only a one night stay but very disappointed

DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS. It is old and run down. A good hour walk to Nusa Dua. Pool was freezing, with not enough sun-beds for its size. Garden area was small and unkempt which was not appealing, with dirty bean bags. Beach area was filthy. We ordered lunch when we got there and even with only a couple of other people eating, we had to remind staff that we were still waiting. Overheard other people complaining about the pizza they ordered, telling the staff it was DISGUSTING. After speaking to the other family, they said the pizza was frozen with cheese on top. Checked out the next morning to stay somewhere else. No refund from property and even though booking.com and myself have been in touch, they have not responded.
