Location , facilities and staff are nice
Towels are years old , yes they are washed and clean but towels have shelf life ,, they must be thrown away ,, hardly any softness left ,,
Breakfast may need to add cereals and few more intercontinental items , right not it’s 95% Indonesian style

Breakfast was not fantastic but was ok. Overall was fine but I can't point out to specific very nice thing. Swimming pool was good though! Children room is ok but need to account for a staff lunch break.
Many things. The resort is clearly worn out. Very old flooring, black mold everywhere in the room, the place is in a need of renovation for sure. Can't say there are enough activities for the children. When we arrived the staff was fixing the toilet until 11 pm: me and my child couldn't sleep after a long travel. I reported issues with drainage in the sink: no one attended to it throughout the stay. The worst and most upsetting part was that I requested for late checkout even before I arrived to Bali and the resort said it would be no issue until the very last moment when I received a call from reception demanding me to vacate the room or pay another day rate. I had to urgently pack my things and vacate the room. Honestly, service could be better given the fact that the resort was under occupied and every time the staff was only worried about how and when I will pay. I would not stay again.
