Relaxing and comfortable

Comfortable and very clean. A lot of good little spas along the strip if you wanna pay cheaper or the hotel spa has no availability. The pool area is amazing and you have a private beach! Also a lot of nearby water activities

We find it a bit overpriced eating and drinking at this hotel, as everything adds service and government tax

Nice location, great staff, average food.

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The gardens are very beautiful and the pool area is gorgeous. The hotel has a lift to the rooms but not at the entrance, which has a lot of steps and also a ramp.

Good luck getting a sun lounger by the pool!

Great friendly staff, nice room with a decent view. Close to the beach and walking distance to the shops, nice restaurants etc.

The pool situation. The hotel was populated by 80% plus German guests on my visit which and unfortunately they were living up to their stereotypical reputation which meant unless you get to the pool and put a towel on a sun lounger before 7:30am, you have zero chance of getting one. My wife and I would have breakfast go back up to the room to get changed, get to the pool around 8am - 8:30am and all the sun loungers had towels on despite there being absolutely no one in the pool or in the vicinity. This shouldn't be allowed and the staff should do more to prevent it or buy some more sun loungers as there's certainly space for them.

A lovely relaxing stay in a good hotel with spa

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko in Bali. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety to choose from, and the spa experience was truly relaxing. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home. The swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing, and the location right at the beach made it extra special. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Comfy beds and nice stay

Hotel was lovely and bed so comfortable I slept so well. Pool and outside was nice - beach was disappointing

No decaf coffee at breakfast, not great selection for vegetarians at lunch but Italian on site restaurant very good. Water sports not quite on site - got taken in a car to nearby area.

Very good location and we liked our stay as family of 4, little flaws only

We love the location, a lot of nice restaurants on theorise side of the road, heaps of spas, everything we needed. Hotel entrance and pool also great. Buffet breakfast was good but not wow. Maybe some extra options like some nicer mini cakes for deserts and some better quality fresh juices would be nice, some extra toppings for cereal would be nice. Happy hour drinks at the pool bar 3pm to 5 pm daily are good value. Kids club is good but not great, many plastic toys chipped off or broken. Open between 9 am to 5 pm, closed between 12 pm to 1 pm. Saras at the kids club was great with our kids, same as Rury. They were both playing with our girls and even taking them to feed the fish, our daughter loves both ladies and we felt she was well taken care of when she stayed there by herself (15 -30 minutes max only). The other lady was not welcoming at all; not engaging with the kids and making us feel like we can’t touch any toys and they needed to be put back straight away. When she was at the front desk she was much more welcoming, maybe she had a bad day the other day.. kids club not busy, it was only our kids there. Free Shuttle to Bali collection leaving couple times per day. Tried Italian restaurant on the premises, very good but pricey. When you sign up with One Harmony at the check in you get a 10% off with all restaurants on the premises. Also one Japanese restaurant. And Luna restaurant near the pool- haven’t tried those. Pool bar also serves some food as well as drinks, very friendly staff at the pool bar and also at the w breakfast restaurant. There is also spa at the hotel. Wifi was working okay. Plenty of sun beds around the pool, I feel like pool was never too busy.

Our toilet was blocked first two days, we then nearly had to stop using it being afraid it’ll happen again. Also power and air con suddenly stopped working. All was repaired promptly . Toilet was very smelly and I don’t think it was properly cleaned. Our bedsheets changed only when we asked for that. Toilet next to breakfast set buffer is being renovated so you need to use 3rd floor Also,we’ve asked for the ground floor room as it’s much easier with kids, pram etc. That couldn’t be accommodated which is fine but I was given the talk it’s because of floods (ground floor is raised so it’s not an issue), safety, better view etc. No air con at the breakfast buffet restaurant; only fans. It was too hot over there for us.

Almost perfect.

Pool was fantastic and only spoilt by uncontrolled screaming children all day. Such a beautiful tranquil place when no screeching children around. Breakfast was above average and in a very nice setting and attended by staff that were genuinely very friendly and helpful. Your staff are your best asset. The beautiful location, gardens, staff and spaciousness ofthe rooms and internal hotel area.

I badly knocked my shin twice on the corner of the bed while going to toilet without light on. Because the mattress doesn't sit flush with the perimeter of the bed base it if very hard to see as your eyes tend to judge by the mattress size. Neither my wife nor I ever quite came to terms with it the whole time we were there. We also stubbed our toes many times, luckily only hurting our pride. Bad mannered screaming children around pool. Of course this isn't the fault of the hotel, but it does spoil the stay somewhat.

Nice hotel at the Benoa Beach

The hotel was nice. Very nice pool. Breakfast was ok, not amazing. I was having a room on last floor, it was a nice room with good spacious bathroom and there was a shower and a separate corner bath tube

The balcony was too small. And shower old style didn't have the option to take the head in my hands.

Everything but the staff makes your stay memorable, we had a late flight back home and the staff kept our luggage and offer us the showers from the spa to refresh before leaving the hotel.

Just the beach, but this is out of the hotel’s control. Is not the best swimmable beach but the pool compensate for it 100 percent.

A holiday that started off so well that the staff rocketed up in to the stratosphere of wonderful!

A lovely, relaxing and easy going stay. The staff were exceptional and made it go from great to the best stay we have ever had anywhere. We spoiled ourselves with the ocean front room which was spacious, clean and beautiful. Beautiful views and ocean waves. The breakfast was really really good too. Heaps to choose from and fresh. Everything was super clean and cared for. During our stay we came across a small issue with our room. I spoke an excellent staff member, Dhimas at reception. He was very warm and exceptionally professional. He wanted to help. He listened carefully and sorted the problem out. The next day he had informed the manager and the whole staff followed up extending themselves, making our stay off the charts, in the stratosphere next level WONDERFUL. Wandra and Dewi need to be mentioned too, they were lovely smiling, engaged and took particular interest in us as well. We were throughly looked after. A very well run business with staff that are obviously valued by their management. Thank you to everyone involved. You made our holiday!

Very relaxing, a lovely time spent with family in great comfort.

The Luna Restaurant was very conveniently situated close to the pool and the staff were very kind and accommodating and happy to move tables and chairs so that our whole family (12 of us) could all sit together.

The pool had a sand edge on one side - meant to replicate a beach I suppose, but the tiles were very slippery down into the water from that side.

The pool and beachside facilities were very good.

The room was very poor value for money. The furniture was in poor condition (chipped broken) , the fridge was more like a hot box and ridiculously small. The location of the room being next to an elevator, staff entry and the doorway to outdoors, meant continual noise including a stray cat in the corridors. The toilet seat was broken and keeping with the poor condition of everything else in the room. The private garden was not private - with adjacent properties seeing into room as well as various handy men walking alongside it throughout the stay.

Nice hotel that needs upgraded

The location next to the beach was lovely as on a hot day there is a nice sea breeze. Plenty loungers available. Pool bar and Luna Restaurant good. Bedrooms spacious and bed was comfortable.

The shower was not very powerful and the toilets blocked a few times. The patio doors were difficult to close.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, enjoyed our time so much, my kids cried when we left...

The breakfast was a great mix, with lots to choose from, my family and I enjoyed it a lot. The pool was amazing and kept very clean. I saw the gentleman cleaning it several times a day. It also seemed to be a salt water pool which is really nice! They were also constantly cleaning the grounds and keeping everything super tidy. We booked a family room, and we LOVED it! My kids really liked the bunk beds and they were very sturdy. It is not a super modern hotel, which we do not mind. It had so much character, details and charm, all the while feeling like a luxurious getaway. I also did a massage while there and it was amazing! Having taken many beach vacations it was not the nicest beach I had ever been to, but it was still beautiful. My kiddos just enjoyed swimming in the pool more at this location. I would definitely go back here. The staff was amazing also! So friendly and kind!

If I have to pick something to be a downfall, it would just be the beach. I have been to some really nice and some not so great beaches around the world. This one falls somewhere in the middle. Not horrible, definitely enjoyed it, but not one I wanted to really swim in or lounge on the sand. There weren't any chairs directly on the beach anyways. They had some facing it but you couldn't really see it up close that great due to the seawall (mound of sand). You could however see some of the water, the ships and some other islands in the distance which was beautiful... The pool more than made up for it!
