the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and courteous
the location of the hotel was beachfront and amazing with lots of food venues and shopping close by
the seat allocations by the pool were not clear and caused confusion for some people

Breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of variety. The room was big and beds extra large and comfortable. Views are nice and so is the pool area with direct access to the beach.
Not 5* hotel service. The restaurant food wasn't great even though we tried the 3 different ones they have.

The pool was great, warm enough to swim all day with a swim up bar and happy hour. Staff were extremely friendly.
My children’s bed sheets had a stain on them. Rooms were dated but clean.
The noise throughout the hotel at night was very loud with banging doors and people in corridors. One particular night people arrived at 2am. The noise of yelling and screaming continued throughout the whole night. They were in the pool and bouncing basketballs throughout the property. We felt that staff had no control over the situation and it could have been handled better with security that actually walked the property to ensure a peaceful environment at night for other guests.
