The staff are very helpful and friendly. Anissa was attentive and solved issues with our room promptly. The pool areas were great. Breakfast was excellent.
The rooms were less than clean on arrival one room was absolutely full of mosquitos so it wasn’t the best start. There are some areas of the hotel which are undergoing maintenance and some that lost definitely need some maintenance.

You have to walk many stairs and ride many lifts to get to the restaurant if your room in the lower floor.
