Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The whole place is huge with so much to do. The free shuttle to the collective was handy. We took that to explore water blow and mushroom island. The onsite gym was 3 levels, clean and spacious.

Demmy, the manager, was amazing, he made our honeymoon stay special with all the presents and help during stay.
All hotel is quite ild and need restauration.

Pool facilities, breakfast choices, rooms were clean, friendly staff.
So for the first few days everything was smooth, but on one of the days the cleaning staff didn't lock our room (the door lock didn't engage). I let the staff know as this was obviously a major mistake but no harm, no foul. However the next day after a long day out our bedroom had not been made up, the balcony sliding door was unlocked, and the sink was blocked. I was not very happy and had a meeting with the manager the next day. She was very sorry about everything and I said this was NOT what I expect from a resort of this level. She assured me that the door unlocked had been brought up in their morning meeting that day and then to have the room be missed was just not acceptable. I was willing to accept her apology on the assumption they were working to improve and that I wouldn't have to call again about any more issues.
UNFORTUNATELY the next day the cleaning staff went in and once again, left the balcony door unlocked. Regardless what level we were on, we locked that door and the expectation is the room stays secured. The manager for that day apologized but admitted he didn't have an excuse. I personally would stay for a day or two but we would not be back for long term nor can we really recommend this hotel due to these security issues.
