Spacious rooms, multiple pools, clean and beachfront area. Free shuttle to Bali collection
Having to cross the road for the main pool, beach and restaurants. Some requests unmet when calling reception for assistance.

We loved the amenities, location all the many food options provided and how we were informed daily. Komin made the best eggs every morning with a smile and agus was knowledge of the area and Diky a great waiter. Demmy what can we say a true asset to Sakala! The man is the best!!

Great pool, restaurants on site.
Rooms where awful. Very dated, not that clean, balcony was unusable.
We were on level 5 at the back of the hotel was so far from the reception area. Mark's on walls, furniture, bedding. Could do with some serious updates.
Due to the poor standards of the rooms I would rate this a 3 star. (Definitely not a 5 star)
